Stop Pushing With Your Back Leg As I trained to throw harder, I thought I needed to create a ton of momentum down the mound and really push off the rubber. That was actually holding me back from gaining pitching velocity for a couple reasons. The first reason was that pushing made it really hard for my pelvis to fire because it put me in a worse position instead of a better one. When I was pushing, it also made me fly open. The fix was thinking about keeping everything back and letting the pelvis rotate instead of pushing with my back leg. Most of your linear momentum comes from the drift and the drop in your delivery and the back leg. The back leg does have a role in building linear momentum, but its more important role is putting you in a good position to rotate. To create separation between your pelvis and your rib cage. That separation is what gives you true hip to shoulder separation that you can actually fire from.

A Planned Parenthood in Canada gave a “s*x ed” talk to a local public school. They had a table of “resources” available at the talk, which included a pack of ”s*x ABC cards.” The things that were listed in these decks of cards are absolutely repulsive. Reminder, this was for 13 and 14 year olds. The deck included: “A is for auto-f*llatio, the practice of s**king one’s own d*ck.…” “F is for f*lching. The act of s*cking s*men from your partners b*tt… Nothing says lovin’ like s*men fresh from the oven.” “H is for half and half, when someone s*cks your d*ck and then your a**.” This is just a FEW of the A-Z list that Planned Parenthood handed out to CHILDREN. First I said thank you for producing Highway 1009, and I was surprised when he said "Thank you, thank you for saying that" and "I'm so happy you said that" I said of course, we're all looking forward to your work and he was so excited to say "I'm actually preparing for it" and he was confident to say while it's his first time, he's "not nervous or anything and is actually enjoying [the process]."
