I’m just gonna say it: I’m disappointed with iOS 27. - It is fast, sure. - It is snappy too. - It fixes many bugs that were there since iOS 26. - It improves Liquid Glass drastically. The problem is, when I heard at WWDC26 that Apple is making iOS 27 all about optimization and polish, I was expecting iOS to return to its former glory of iOS 15. But, iOS 27 is not even 70% polished as iOS 15 was. There’s so many little things and attention to details that iOS 15 had and iOS 27 simply doesn’t. Here’s a few examples: - When you picked up a call before the contact poster update in iOS 17, using the swipe gesture, the swipe indicator itself transitions into the red hang-up button. Smoothly. On iOS 27, there’s no such transition. It just happens. - On iOS 27, the Photos app is still very slow and janky in the Collections tab. It takes several seconds for everything to load. - Just look at the Safari below. It’s just so smooth, flowy, and animations are designed so well before the Liquid Glass update. iOS 27 Safari feels like a huge downgrade. I was expecting iOS 27 to work on these little details around the system that have been going away since iOS 16. But it didn’t.

Is Trump’s Truth Social post ft. the Obamas racist? Yes & no Trump posted a video about election integrity, which accidentally included a Lion King meme video ft. Barack and Michelle Obamas as monkeys. I believe that Lion King meme video (see full video in replies) to be intentionally racist, but this post by Trump seems to be an accidental scroll (or auto scroll) while screen recording the election integrity video. BUT it is still reprehensible for the President of the United States/his team to allow this mistake to happen. People can say, “Well, Joe Biden is a monkey in that video too”, but I don’t believe that excuses depicting the Obamas, right off the bat, as monkeys. So no, I don’t believe Trump to be racist, or intentionally meant to share something racist. But yes, the LK video is racist, imo. Again, Trump puts himself and his base in a bad spot because of something stupid posted on social media. I believe the post has been taken down, but it should be apologized for.

I believe that Lion King meme video (see full video in replies) to be intentionally racist, but this post by Trump seems to be an accidental scroll (or auto scroll) while screen recording the election integrity video. BUT it is still reprehensible for the President of the United States/his team to allow this mistake to happen. People can say, “Well, Joe Biden is a monkey in that video too”, but I don’t believe that excuses depicting the Obamas, right off the bat, as monkeys. So no, I don’t believe Trump to be racist, or intentionally meant to share something racist. But yes, the LK video is racist, imo. Again, Trump puts himself and his base in a bad spot because of something stupid posted on social media. I believe the post has been taken down, but it should be apologized for.

Kling 2.6 Motion Capture is so good. It's a huge leap forward. We've been able to do motion capture with AI for a while, but the quality bump finally made this approach useful. Here are the steps: - Get a reference video - record it or get a stock video - Grab the start frame of that video - Edit it using Nano Banana Pro. Ask to replace character and background. - Select the Kling 2.6 Motion Capture model in the video generator on Freepik (now Magnific) - Upload reference video + set the edited start frame - Video prompt can be simple e.g. "Gandalf dancing"
