Thats really cool: Google DeepMind just released a predictive map of every possible single-letter DNA change in the human genome. The AlphaGenome Atlas contains predictions for roughly 9 billion variants, creating a one-petabyte map of how mutations could affect gene expression, RNA splicing, protein production and other molecular processes. This is especially important for the 98% of our genome that does not directly encode proteins but regulates when and where genes are activated. Potentially an AlphaFold-like moment for understanding the regulatory genome. Every day a new breakthrough or release!

Really appreciate how thoughtful Jordan Burroughs is here about why he never made the transition to MMA: "I really considered it, like heavily considered it. One of the hardest parts about growing older, Ariel, is that you have to let dreams die. There are certain things that, when you're young and when you're hungry... you believe you can do it all... As you get older, you start to realize that, man, this may have passed for me. At the heart of why I wanted to go to MMA was the glamour. It was the celebrities ringside, it was the big paydays, it was the global recognition, and it wasn't the purity. Being a Christian... I thought that transition would be more about what I could get and who I could become, and I just don't think it would have been good for my faith, for my family, or for my marriage. That lifestyle would not have been healthy for a family man."

The storage capacity of DNA is so high that all the world’s digital data (estimated around 175 zettabytes by 2025) could theoretically be stored in just 178lbs of DNA. Imagine, one single server that could handle the entire world's annual data needs. And yet, all of this fits inside the nucleus of a cell, invisible to the naked eye. How is that even possible? To prevent DNA from becoming an tangled mess, unusable for anything, it is organized and packed very specifically. If not for this organization, DNA would be completely unusable for any of Life's processes. It would clump together, unable to be pulled apart to be read by the many interacting molecular systems. To start, smaller segments of DNA are coiled tightly around a special protein called a Histone, whose sole job is to keep DNA organized. This coiled product is called a Nucleosome, which are then further coiled and packed together into long fibers call Chromatin. Chromatin then is further coiled into larger structures called Chromosomes. This organization is not only incredibly efficient, but it also provides functionality to the DNA itself. Chromosome and Chromatin architecture actually effects how DNA functions and communicates with the different systems in the cell, and the number of chromosomes is important to overall function of the DNA in an organism. Without this specific organization, Life could not exist. What does this mean? This means DNA could not have evolved and functioned without simultaneous organization. And DNA can't be organized without the proteins and systems that hold it all together. "In other words, oh, so my body is going to start producing foreign proteins and identifying itself as a foreigner to be attacked by my own immune system. But for how long? Well, nobody knows because this is completely experimental, this new N1 methyl pseudouridinated version of messenger RNA. "But as you know, and as Dr. Speicher, Dr. McKernan and others have revealed through repeated analysis around the world, 30% of the genetic material in there is DNA and it includes plasmid DNA and it includes, in the case of Pfizer, completely covered up that it could even possibly be there. And the fraud they committed to the FDA and the public health agency, european agency, et cetera, that they put in these genetic sequences which were derived from the simian virus, not the virus, but some specific genetic sequences which we've known since 1990 research. "These are genetic hacking tools. When you put foreign DNA with something like a pegylated nanoparticle into a human cell or any mammal cell, and if you deliver as well these little SV40 promoter enhancer sequences... I mean, and this is pre-existing research, that will cause the DNA to be moved into the nucleus and cause it to be incorporated. "So you're permanently genetically modifying and damaging the genetic code of the humans. And we have evidence of this now, Joseph. Some of the most shocking evidence. And I think what you've pointed out is really important. This is not just an attack on the people health that are alive right now. This is attack on our possibility to produce viable offspring and have the continuation of the human race. "We now have tests on male sperm cells where the sperm cells contain in their DNA the genetic code of the spike protein. So men's sperm has been genetically modified so they will pass this toxic genetic flaw into their children if they're able to reproduce. Every sperm cell, we don't know, we don't know how many, but many. We have evidence that 30% of a woman's eggs die shortly following the injections as a result of these injections. Assault on the ovaries where they're particularly drawn to go and deposit the genetic code. "We have cancers that have now been taken out of people. And when you look at the DNA in the cells of the cancer, that DNA has been modified by these injections. So you're looking at permanent genetic modification of human beings without their consent based on a lie that they're getting a safe and effective vaccine for a disease claiming there's no treatment for which there was good treatments. Can’t believe that’s it have been one year since i did my heart surgery and i started a new life after suffering since i born until i become 28 I’m finally free from all the pain i can breath no more pills no more medicine or treatment months I’m just totally free now and " I'm free to be the greatest, I'm alive " I still have a big scar in the middle of my chest but one day i will remove it i know i should be proud because of that scar I’m alive and here with y’all but this scar always reminds me of the pain i went through so yeah my grandma passed away before live this moment with me she was always by my side she was my mum dad and whole family it was so hard to do it alone but at the end i did it for me and my grandma i hope she is proud of me now i love you muma you will always be in my mind whenever my heart beat you will be there also thanks to my Taehyung for let me strong all of those years sometimes before i did the surgery i was thinking about end my life because the pain was already killing me but now i just wanted to live more have my little family my little kids and more i love you Kim Taehyung and thanks for saving my life now i would like to thanks my friends here who supported me and was worried even when i wasn’t here tysm for everything and yeah i believe that i will live more time and meet Taehyung again and again <3 For those who hate me on this app and always keep hurting me i just wanted y’all to know that people went through a lot so be kind and stop hurting others and live happy life AT THE END I LOVE MY TAEHYUNG SO SO MUCH THANKS FOR SAVING MY LIFE AND BEING MY IDOL AND FAMILY 🫂💜
