Very good. In my opinion, the only issue is the likeness, SCAIL struggles to maintain a consistent appearance. It works well for a character whose features aren't widely known, but it would be interesting to test it with someone very well-known, that’s actually some feedback I once received regarding SCAIL. Regardless, it’s very good. Another challenge with using a mask arises when there are objects, for instance, items positioned over the character's face or interacting directly with it which would require more time for adjustments.

@ComfyUI H3 tends to regenerate more than I want. Have you tried it for this kind of controlled swap?

@ComfyUI Yes similar feedback from my tests, it doesn't do a perfect job of just keeping only waht you want.. I do bet there is a really good technique to be done with it though maybe along these lines

@ComfyUI same I bet theres a way, but this my first pass at the challenge, maybe Ill have more time to experiment with H3 over the weekend
