He's right, I do have it in my notes because he did say it! 😆 On multiple instances, but here's him saying it on Trader Round Up: Timestamp 1:00:00 “They have to have the last two Mondays and the last two Fridays always, because they are the beginning and the end of the week.” ---- Timestamp 59:53 "In fact, every Monday, you should have two Mondays and two Fridays. In my opinion, if you’re going to ask me, like I teach my sons, they have to have the last two Mondays and the last two Fridays always because they’re at the beginning and the end of the week. So that’s what Cameron made money with today. He used information that is gleaned from that range, where we’re at in price action, and using the higher timeframe expectancy that we saw, that rejection when it went up to take that short term high." ---- Timestamp 1:00:46 "But every one of you listening, if you were my kid, if you were sitting with me, you would be hearing me tell you: Do you have two Mondays worth? Do you have both Fridays? Present today’s Friday and then last Friday’s Opening Range high, low and close, and the gradient levels on it? And then where are we in relation to that? Are we significantly above it, significantly below it, are we in close proximity to it? Because Monday’s Opening Range gap and Friday’s Opening Range gap are like a big huge draw on liquidity. It'll act like a big magnet. Not all the time, it’s not a panacea, but if we’ve traveled a lot one way, those Opening Ranges tend to be a factor on the close of the week and the beginning of the week. So Monday’s trading and Friday’s trading, using that framework that includes two weeks worth of Monday and Friday, have them in there. Even if you don’t want to carry Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, the week prior to last week at least have that previous Monday in there, because that way you’ll gonna have a full range of opportunity that the algorithm will refer back to."

A message to anybody who suffers from anxiety, depression or addiction or who knows anybody who does... Any time I am in a dark place I can end up doomscrolling on my phone looking for any sort of inspiration to get better. I’m very lucky to be feeling good at the moment so I thought I’d just walk into the sun and make a little video of hope that might just be seen by one person who needs it. 😞 I do much better now but even 3 weeks ago I had a really bad 4-5 day spell. The dark mist returned. This is a constant battle for us all. 🏃‍♂️ I’ve been back running and eating healthy and doing all the things to make myself healthy and it’s amazing how quick it makes a difference. It’s also amazing how quick you can slip with as habits. I always found Mondays tough. It’s a day when the world moves on and everybody can be seen going about their business. I would often be anxious popping a pill to get through the day or sipping on wine in the evening. If people only knew how many people sitting or working beside them on any given day are in agony and dreading the world. The one thing I wanted to get across is things do change. The sun does shine again. You can beat this. It is possible and ok to feel “normal”. Dont beat yourself up if you can’t beat it immediately or if it never seems to be ending. It took me about 43 years to get a grip of it and as I said I still struggle. It’s totally fine to admit that. Whoever you are in the world I hope you have as good a Monday as is possible. You are not alone. ❤️🙏

"His name was Daniel. He was 34. He made my coffee every morning before I woke up. Not because I asked. Because he knew I needed it before I could be a person. He forgot his work bag Monday. Called me from the car laughing about it. That was the last time I heard his voice just being his voice. Not a recording. Not a voicemail I play with the volume low so I don't fall apart. Just him. In a car. Laughing about a bag. The bag is still by the door. I can't move it. I can't move anything. Max and Buddy haven't moved either. Four days at that door. Barely eating. Wouldn't come to bed. Just sitting there waiting for a Monday to finish the way Mondays always finish. My sister came Friday morning. She called me from outside because she couldn't make herself use her key. She said — "I can see them through the window. They're still there. How do I come in?" I didn't have an answer. When she opened the door they stood in the doorway a long time. Just looking out at the morning. My daughter came and stood beside me in the hallway. She's four. She looked at the dogs and said — "Are they looking for Daddy?" I said yes. Because it was true. Because it was the only true thing I had left that morning. She nodded — the way four-year-olds nod when they're deciding to accept something too big for them — and walked to the doorway and sat down on the floor between them. The three of them looked out at the morning together. I took a picture. I will keep it until I die. Daniel. Max and Buddy looked for you all week. Your daughter sat with them when they finally had to stop. We are still here. We don't know how yet. But we are. Drop a ❤️ for Daniel. Share this for every person who said love you quickly over their shoulder this morning — meaning it completely, not knowing. Say it slowly today. Turn around. Say the slow version. They deserve the slow version too. If someone you love is still here, tell them **"I love you."** Slow down and let them hear it. If you're missing someone today, leave their first name in the comments. If it's too hard, just leave a ❤️. You are not alone. If this story touched your heart, share it with someone you love. Life can change in a moment. Never leave love unsaid.

🚨MEMESCOPE MONDAY WARNING🚨 Yes, I am that guy again. And that is exactly why big accounts hate me. Tomorrow, March 30, Solana CT will dress this up as "the biggest liquidity event on the timeline". What it really means is simple. A mass scale feeding event for bots, bundlers, insiders, and serial grifters. Memescope is not a safety tool, not alpha. It is not due diligence. It is just a faster conveyor belt for fresh garbage. We all know around 98.6% of Pumpfun tokens and 93% of Raydium pools showed signs of fraud, manipulation, or rug mechanics. The machines gets paid no matter how many people get slaughtered. The social layer is no better. CoinWire analyzed 1,567 memecoins promoted by 377 X influencers. 76% of those influencers promoted dead memecoins. MASTR research thinks this number is likely 95%. 86% of the coins they pushed lost 90% of their value fast. Many do not even need that long. They die in hours. Sometimes minutes. So what should you expect tomorrow? Bundled launches. Fake hype. Snipers. Fake momentum. Insider unloading. Fast rugs. Paid shills. Fake excitement from people who need your money more than you need their lies. If you are buying because a chart is green, because some KOL is barking, or because a platform screams 0% fees..... .....you are the exit liquidity. That is the whole model. The house gets paid first. The scammers rotate. Retail gets stripped for parts. Check wallet concentration. Check linked wallets. Check liquidity. Check holder distribution. Check bundling patterns. If you cannot verify it, do not touch it. My recommendation is the same as always. If you are not desperate enough to willingly feed a scam machine, keep your hands off this filth and support real builders. Memescope Monday is not a festival of alpha but a public harvesting operation. Like and repost this so fewer people walk into the slaughterhouse smiling.

🚨 “I KNOW I’M GOING TO RUN AGAIN.” WEEK 3 OF HER MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS JOURNEY WITH IVERMECTIN, FENBENDAZOLE + METHYLENE BLUE Three weeks into her journey, she says something has changed: “My body is quiet.” Her latest update follows a personal routine involving: 💊 Ivermectin 💊 Fenbendazole 🔵 Methylene blue 📆 WEEK 3 UPDATE She says: • 3 weeks since starting Ivermectin • A little over 2 weeks since starting Methylene blue • Her first round of Fenbendazole was completed the previous week And then she describes the changes she is noticing. 🔥 “MY PAIN IS REDUCING” She says her pain is reducing. She still believes she has a long way to go, but for the first time in a very long time, she describes her body as feeling: “Quiet.” She also says she has been experiencing what she describes as a Herxheimer reaction, which she refers to as a healing crisis. But one particular change stands out: Her legs aren't buzzing. 🦽 THEN SHE STARTS THINKING ABOUT THREE MONTHS FROM NOW She explains that she currently needs to lie down and rest several times each day just to have enough energy for basic activities. She uses a rollator and sometimes a wheelchair. But now she's looking ahead. She says she is excited to see where she might be in: 📆 3 months And she hopes she may be able to: • Walk without her rollator • Go somewhere without her wheelchair • Run again • Jump again • Climb again Her words are filled with hope: “I’m getting my life back.” ❤️ FROM PLANNING HER FUNERAL TO PLANNING HER FUTURE This is the most emotional part of the update. She says that around two years ago, she started planning her funeral. At that point, she believed she would simply enjoy life as much as possible before aggressively getting worse. Now her mindset is completely different. She says: “I know I’m gonna run again.” “I know I’m gonna jump again.” “I know I’m gonna be able to climb again.” 👩‍👧 THE LIFE SHE WANTS BACK She's also thinking beyond mobility. She wants to return to running her business. She wants to regain the independence to do things that had become extremely difficult. And she has one particularly vivid goal: Being able to run around the play park with her child again. That is what makes this Week 3 update so powerful. It's not just about symptoms. It's about hope, independence, family and getting her life back. 📌 Save this Week 3 update if you're following Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Methylene blue and personal MS journeys. 🔄 Repost this story for others following personal experiences with Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Methylene blue. 💊 Looking for Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Mebendazole or other repurposed medicines? 🇺🇸 DEM GOVS BLOCK TRUMP'S 'NO TAX ON TIPS,' SCREWING SERVICE WORKERS Democrat governors in California, Illinois, Colorado, Maine, and New York are straight-up refusing to roll out Trump's game-changing "no tax on tips" at the state level. Even though it’s been implemented federally, they’re holding out, just to spite Trump, even if it hurts workers relying on gratuities to survive. In NY, furious diners and servers are ripping Gov. Kathy Hochul for weaponizing their paychecks in this petty political feud. Talk about low, using blue-collar livelihoods as pawns while prices skyrocket. Take Zoe from Embassy Diner: "It's disgraceful. People live off of tips, so for her to do that is just... It's disheartening. It's upsetting." She's been slinging plates for two years, and this hits hard: "It's all my livelihood. Really, we live off of tips, so getting taxed on them and losing money is definitely a big hit and it makes living a little bit more difficult." This could mean hundreds to a thousand bucks gone, she says, especially tough with everything so pricey. Her mom's waitressed 30+ years, raising 5 kids, imagine the impact back then. Others echo the rage: "Screw her," one worker blasts Hochul. These governors are thumbing their noses at relief for tipped workers, seniors, and overtime earners, while the Treasury calls it out as blocking historic cuts for Americans. Disgraceful doesn't cut it; it's outright cruel, prioritizing anti-Trump hate over feeding families. Source: NY Post, Right Angle News Network

This is not an easy post for me. I’m a strong, fearless conservative candidate, who knew the risk when I took on my first race in 2022. This morning an anonymous caller threatened me directly after I answered my phone, like I always do as I get calls from Maryland constituents and want to give them the opportunity to engage, ask questions, and on a few occasions I’ve received calls from those who simply hate me because I’m not on the left, but 99% of those conversations always ended up with a kind “thank you for listening,” or “ While I don’t agree with everything you stand for, you have my vote because you’re fair, balanced and I’ve never been able to reach my representative in MD-8, Raskin.” This morning’s call was so vicious, it shook me.. the tone, the threat, the absolute screaming out of control was jarring given the actions this weekend. I’m running for Congress against the radical establishment because we need fair elections, safety, and America First policies that keep us prosperous, safe and free. I’ve never hidden the fact that I’m just a normal citizen who wants to represent all constituents, who wants MD-8 and America to have genuine, representatives who want to honor the true purpose of being a civil servant… to work for the people and restore our republic. I’m not in this race for any other reason, but to do the job well… not to follow the status quo M.O. too many make their priority for self serving reasons over their oaths. Again, I’m not living in fear… never, and am strong enough to allow the opinions of others who disagree with me.. it’s their right to free speech, but threats are not something I will tolerate. My family worries about me daily, and this call was horrific. I’ve reported it to Montgomery County PD and they are the best. I’ve always backed the blue, always will. It is now on file. I wanted to share this incident because here’s the reality: Conservative challengers like me are sitting ducks with ZERO taxpayer protection. Incumbents get Capitol Police resources, security details, and teams. Meanwhile, candidates on the right live under the veil of potential dangerous attacks. Again, I am not living in fear, just sharing to shine a light on the sad state of affairs we face for simply running as genuine, non establishment, decent citizens who want to give voters a choice. I’m so grateful for the support I receive daily, and am in this race with my heart, my soul and my love for my district, county and state. ❤️🇺🇸✊✊✊

This weekend I shared a post voicing my concerns about the far left. The response has been overwhelming. Leaders in both parties called to tell me the same thing: this stuff has gone too far. To be clear: I'm a progressive Democrat. My whole life, I've wanted to see a youth movement fight for affordability, for healthcare, for real opportunity. It’s time! The system has utterly failed the next generation. Young people deserve real change — and they are right to fight for a better future. But the movement is being hijacked by too many people with insane, outlandish and nutty ideas that have nothing to do with affordability, climate solutions or health care. For example: Mamdani picked a DSA candidate who wants to abolish the police, empty every prison, erase every border and discourage interracial dating. Okayyyy ... So clearly, Chevalier has no problem condemning things! UNLESS it’s a designated terrorist organization. Believe it or not: Chevalier has refused to denounce the terror group Hamas — four times. That’s INSANE — and progressives can’t be afraid to call nonsense like that out. Supporting Hamas is NOT progressive. The idea of “no police, no prisons, no borders” — which would let pedophiles, human traffickers, terrorists, hate groups and crime syndicates run wild — is NOT progressive for vulnerable communities. Celebrating the murder of Israeli civilians is NOT progressive. These ideas are REGRESSIVE. If we can't tell right from wrong, good from bad, smart from loony tunes — Team Blue will go down the same road that turned the Republican Party into a shell of itself. We can’t let that happen to the Democratic Party.
