Great takes @TeslaBoomerMama

Oh my, Dan, you made this lady happy today. 🥰

$TSLA is dead money for the next couple years, let's face it. That doesn't mean the yearly results were bad, IMO they are OK for a growing company in a tough macroeconomic environment. Many positives I read yesterday on the shareholder deck for FY23, doesn't mean I aint buying.

The whole Apple-Aramco and most valuable company talk has no place in the earnings call, imo Probably the stealing of ideas wasn't that big of a deal or material to Tesla, hence the laughing. More care will simply go into future presentations to avoid disclosure of any secret sauce ingredients

I think Elon is naive by nature. He has such a positive view in general that he doesn’t see things that are second nature to others. I’m reminded that he has a touch of autism so social intuitiveness is a weakness of most autistic people. I’m glad he realizes now that others are stealing his ideas. He will be much more cautious going forward. He is an amazing person with intellectual capabilities that most just strive to understand, never mind execute, but he lives in a World of regular people and I submit he is still learning how to be effective in that social world.

This was very good. Yes the CFO is not a good communicator, and why is he speaking for marketing on ad spends? If that call was handled better the stock would have been flat today. That said, I bought a lot today.

One thing I think we need to keep in mind is that the 10B+ of CapEx could easily be funded JUST from free cash flow (assuming no material changes to sales) leaving the existing war chest alone.

Great Points!

And this one...

yes they have both been up for a while, I think
