This video here is why I know Dalton “Chud the Builder” Eatherly’s case is open and closed self defense. See, after 6 months of streaming, Chud has become somewhat of a public figure. People know who Chud is and have formed an opinion on him before ever meeting him. Chud doesn’t have to say anything for some people to become aggressive to him. This video is a great example of this dynamic at work. Here is Chud, just at a coffee shop, being completely calm and respectful, yet this person is being aggressive, antagonistic, and threatening. Without Dalton ever saying or doing anything antagonistic to this person, this man has taken it upon himself to become aggressive and make verbal threats to Dalton - not because of anything that Dalton has done to him personally, but because of what he’s seen online. Joshua Fox was one of these same people. We know Joshua Fox knew who Chud was based on his statements on Facebook. Joshua Fox went as far to say that he HOPED to run into Chud in public so he could fight him. According to viewers of the live stream, and Dalton’s own testimony, this video is almost exactly how the interaction with Joshua Fox went. Dalton was polite, respectful, and not antagonistic, but Joshua Fox had already made up his mind about Dalton from what he had seen online. Joshua had a PRE CONCEIVED animosity towards Dalton before ever meeting him. And so, when Dalton said “have a good day” walked away, Joshua Fox got up and followed him. This is a clear and obvious case of targeted harassment and assault, and it’s a fucking MYSTERY to me as to why Joshua Fox STILL has not been charged with ANYTHING to this day. What they are doing to Chud is despicable and only happens when we live under an Anti White system that favors black people’s feelings over reality. The prosecution argued that though they don’t have the audio of the altercation, “we can only assume” that Dalton started his stream to harass the first black people he saw. What a fucking PATHETIC, prejudiced, and assumptive basis to charge someone with attempted MURDER. “We have no idea what was said, but let’s charge him with murder based on what we’ve seen him do in the past” In what fucking world is that how you establish probable cause?? What about Joshua Fox’s Facebook comments where he said he HOPED to run into Chud so he could fight him? This prosecutor, DA General Nash, OBVIOUSLY has it out for Dalton. He goes on to say that deciding on whether or not Dalton provoked the altercation is for a jury to decide later, but then immediately spends the next 2 minutes reading off Dalton’s tweets, falsely trying to paint Dalton as a racist intent on killing black people and thus the reason for the altercation. Fucking ridiculous. How in the world do you have enough video evidence to charge Dalton with ATTEMPTED MURDER but simultaneously not have enough evidence to charge Joshua Fox with assault when HE’S THE ONE THAT FOLLOWED AFTER DALTON AND ASSAULTED HIM?? This is nothing more than prejudiced, cowardly prosecution from the Montgomery County DA office. They’re choosing NOT to charge Joshua Fox because they’re scared of getting protestors outside their courthouse. Just a couple days after Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder shot Joshua Fox in Clarksville, this incident occurred in Lebanon, TN. How is this relevant? In the video below, two men are arguing in a road rage altercation. Eventually, the man in the yellow pushes a woman in the face and then tried to strike the man in the grey shirt in the face. He then retreats to his vehicle to grab his weapon. The man in the grey shirt approaches him and swings at him as the man in the yellow grabs for a gun. Then a struggle occurs where the man in the grey tries and eventually disarms the man in the yellow, where at some point shots were fired. The man in the yellow was arrested and charged and the man in the grey wasn’t. Now, how is this similar to ChudtheBuilder’s scenario? It’s been reported by multiple sources that saw the video played in the courtroom that Dalton approached Fox, a verbal altercation occurred, Dalton walked away while still turned around saying something towards Fox (per the DA). Fox approached, waving him to walk away. Dalton got into a bladed stance, facing Fox. While grabbing for his gun in his jacket pocket, Fox punched Dalton and a struggle ensues, where Fox is shot multiple times but still subdues Dalton. In both situations, both Fox and the man in the grey were faced with a man trying to pull a firearm on them with the intent to shoot them after a verbal altercation. Like the man in the video below, it is very reasonable that Fox also hit Dalton and tried to disarm him to save his own life, hence why Dalton was charged and Fox wasn’t. This is a precedent that I feel is evidence that Dalton will be found guilty if it goes to trial. His intent was there, especially given previous social media posts, and initially confronted Fox. When both men were facing each other, Dalton tried to draw his weapon first before a physical altercation, which means he was not faced by an imminent threat to his life, especially considering Fox was unarmed. Reid Poland III issued a $1.25M bond on May 15th following the self defense shooting outside the Clarksville courthouse 2 days prior. Does this look like an “honorable public servant” to you? How about a monitor lizard with that gullet? How about a tiny hat evangelical tyrant with pockets greased with lard? “If you interrupt this hearing you’ll be charged with contempt and thrown in jail for 10 days” and how about that psychotic power tripping smile after he said that?… Judge Reid keeps repeating Dalton is out on “multiple bonds for multiple cases” when his only other charge is a misdemeanor in Davidson county for not paying a $400 bill after restaurant staff kicked him out of the establishment after receiving phone calls from swatters. He also mentions this as a case of criminal homicide and not self defense from Joshua fox chasing Dalton across the street to continue assaulting him after he had walked away to deescalate. From an unbiased point of view, there were 7 spent casings recovered from the scene (even though only 2 hit Joshua once in the shoulder and one in the gut) hence the charge for reckless endangerment, one probably would have done enough to stop Joshua fox but then again there has been no news on if Joshua was armed or not or claims that Dalton saw or thought he saw a firearm which in that case, like anybody, you would want to make sure someone was fully incapacitated. Today on may 21st during the hearing it has come to light that daltons truck and home were searched (unclear if a warrant was issued by a judge) in where his firearms and electronic devices were confiscated as evidence without any probable cause for search and seizure. In this search what stood out was an airline ticket to Istanbul turkey set for tomorrow may 22nd which I believe is a plant to sow dissent among his supporters but they have also placed a gag order on him so if he gets out he still cannot say “I didn’t buy a ticket to turkey this is a set up” because they will just throw him back in jail in violation of his gag order, not to mention he’s already been debanked but they are preventing him from bond as his phone is confiscated for evidence which prevents him from accessing funds from his GiveSendGo account. So what do you think? Is this judge protecting the public by giving Dalton a 1.25M bond, issuing warrantless search and seizures and gag orders while giving a black man with premeditated intent to kill in a seperate case only a 250k bond or is this judge trying to (or told to) make an example of Dalton for exercising his first amendment and putting his entire life on trial? My sentiments remain the same. Niggers are terrorists and even the well mannered black people need to go back to Africa as they are segregationist all the same and unAmerican according to our founders in the 1790 naturalisation act. I also think the bigger threat to public safety are these corrupt courts all across the nation who serve only their private prison industrial complex for tax laundering and allowing crime ridden areas to fester as a steady revenue stream
