My V5.2 framework (preview) Most AI UGC on X wouldn’t survive real ad spend… “Quick” Seedance clips don’t print money. (yet) But a few great storytelling ads do. That’s what 5.2 is built for: AI ads that convert like real UGC (or better)

AI video just had its Fable moment. Seedance 2.5 is coming, and I actually think there's a huge opportunity to print money once it releases. AI UGC ads have quietly become one of the best-performing marketing tools. Brands will always need a constant volume of video content, testimonials, demos, unboxing videos, etc., yet paying for real influencers is extremely time inefficent/expensive. If you know how to create high-converting AI ad videos, I have no doubt you can absolutely print with this business model (and people already are). If I wanted to make my first $5k online with AI UGC, this is exactly what I'd do: Step 1. Learn the tools Get access to Seedance 2.5 the day it launches - Higgsfield has unlimited Seedance for 14 days once it releases. Spend a weekend learning what separates generic AI slop from something that actually looks like real UGC (tons of inspiration on TikTok). Step 2. Build a sample portfolio Pick 3-5 real products (things you already own or can screenshot online) and create sample UGC ads for each: a testimonial style, an unboxing style, a demo style. This becomes your proof of work before you ever pitch anyone. Step 3. Sourcing clients Look for small ecom brands, supplement companies, phone accessory brands - really anything running Meta ads right now. Even better if they're already budgeting and running AI video ads. Step 4. Offer Don't say "I make AI videos." Sell the outcome of cheaper/faster UGC. Tip: at first, it may even just be a good idea to work for free to gain experience (learn how to manage clients, refine your pitch, etc.) Step 5. Reuse everything Every UGC ad you make should become a portfolio piece, a case study, and future content for your own page showing the results. This is how you build a proper client portfolio. So many huge opportunities here with AI video and media. People are already making $20k+/mo on TikTok with this model.

Claude Cowork + Seedance 2.0 is f*cking wild 🤯 I built a skill inside Claude Cowork that generates UGC video ads on demand using Seedance 2.0, the best AI video model. One product image + one prompt = a full UGC ad with multiple shots, dialogue, and on-brand pacing. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need UGC creative at volume without hiring creators or paying per-video SaaS fees. If you're briefing creators every week, waiting days for footage, paying $150–$300 per UGC video, and still getting ads that miss the brand vibe... This skill eliminates the entire loop: → Drop a product image into Claude Cowork → Tell it the ad angle (unboxing, review, lifestyle, demo) → Claude writes the dialogue, shot list, and pacing → Fires it to Seedance 2.0 via FAL AI API → Downloads finished clips into organized folders → Stitches multiple shots into one finished ad No creator briefs. No waiting for footage. No $200/video platform fees. What you get: → UGC video ads generated in minutes, not days → Full control over dialogue, pacing, and shot composition → Your product photos as reference so Seedance matches your real packaging → A reusable skill: new product, new folder, same pipeline Built 100% in Claude Cowork with the Seedance 2.0 API. I put together a full playbook with the Claude Cowork skill file, the exact prompts, and the FAL AI setup to get this running yourself.
