Dealers are always there by WBC and will outbid you, and sell you the same car at ~30% more. And they probably brought their own inspectors, and got it priced down from the floor price. Second hand market is almost impossible to get a decent car + decent price

The one we Inspected is in frame 2 we could not understand as to how can a New car have so many defects. Little did we know that this is a norm on Brand new cars. Brand new cars are not always defect free. The biggest problem is that the Dealers and Manufacturers are in DENIAL. We encourage you ALL to rather prevent this than trying to remedy it. Dear Nirmala Sitharaman, In your PC after GST council meet, you told that used car sale will be charged 18% on the margin between purchase price and sale price. If it was bought at 12 lakhs, and sold at 9 lakhs, the 3 lakh loss will be taxed ₹54,000. We don't understand Hindi so well. As far as we know 'Baarah' means 12, and 'Nao' means 9. If this is true, we call it 'Adding salt to the wound' We've heard of capital gains tax, this is the first time we are hearing of Capital Loss Tax. Can you clarify this please?

Should it be more than 3 going on to 4 years, ask dealer or seller to replace them. The life span is often 4-5 years. 2. If car still under manufacturer warranty please check that your windscreen is an original one. 3. Check the under carriage, check if there has been any tampering of nuts and bolts any leaks etc. 4. Check if rubber boots are not torn and that control arms are intact etc. 5. Check if the mag/rim is not buckled or damaged on the outside and inside. 6. Check the tyre thread and if it’s low you can bargain for new tyres. 7.
