A pain 💔 and sleepless nights for 2 years that finally ended and was resolved in a week 🙏🏾 You may find that you are going through the same, read this 👇🏾 This client contacted View4You after battling for almost 2 years with MIOSA and dealership. We got involved, did the inspection and provided our report. MIOSA then ruled in favour of the client and said the car must be repaired. However the dealership did not repair the car as per ruling, we were grateful for the ruling however we felt it was unfair to rule that the dealership should repair, this ruling should have been a full refund or to replace the car as it was a lemon 🍋, unsafe to drive and not roadworthy!! Keep in mind this client has been paying insurance and instalments for a car she is not using, it’s either stuck in her yard or at the dealership 😔, the finance house had refused to uplift this deal and stated the client must sort it out with the dealership. We all know how that goes, it’s straight into a brick wall !! The dealership refused to repair the car, which made us happy because we knew where this will end up. The matter returned to MIOSA, MIOSA then issued a closing letter for the case to be escalated to The NCC. This did not sit well with our Founder, he then made some high-level calls to the finance house which was ABSA, and within a week this deal was uplifted and the process of paying the client back all their instalments started. This story is a reality many people in South Africa are faced with, they are driving lemons 🍋 🍋 because they trusted the dealership. So listen to these findings. ABSA does not finance salvaged cars. The dealership had lied to ABSA, as many others do to their financing houses, and sold this car as non-salvage and accident-free. That is why they did not entertain the client. The client then also didn’t know the car was a salvage car until we at View4You inspected the car and found out not only was it a salvage, this should be scrap metal, not roadworthy, unsafe, it was in a terrible accident🙏🏾 The culprits here are the Car Dealerships, they are not being honest with the finance houses !!! People of South Africa, you may be driving a salvage car that is financed illegally, you may be thinking why is this car so problematic? Well you could be a victim because you trusted the dealership and you are now driving a salvaged car unknowingly!!! If you bought a second-hand car and you did not get it Inspected wether financed or cash. Please get it checked, and get the history checks done as well. You are welcome to book us to do it for you anywhere in South Africa as we are a Nationwide company. If we find out that the car you bought and financed was a salvage car we will help you contact the right people in all the finance houses and bypass those that are not telling the authorities in the finance houses the truth !!!! MZANSI🇿🇦WARNING‼️ 🏃 <<< 🚙 This car was being sold by various dealers, we had to wait for them to bring it from another dealer. 👎🏾 Advertised as accident free, Great condition etc etc. 🫤 1) We could not test drive this car, the brakes were not working. 2) Diagnostic came back with 12 out of 15 faults. Motor, airbags, brakes all fault codes confirming this smash it had. 3) While inspecting car the dealer got upset and took the car away as you see in frame 3, he says there is another buyer who wants it. 😞😞😞 SAD 😢 PART IS SOMEONE WILL END UP BUYING IT IN THIS STATE. ⚠️Auto Exchange Group AKA SouthGate Wheels. Has banned us, oh well we did see it coming it was just a matter of time !!! The reason for the ban is every car we inspected there, they had lied about the condition, often times the cars were in terrible accidents and were being sold accident free so our clients would not buy them after we reveal the true condition of the car. We welcome this ban with open arms 🤗 NEVER buy a car from this dealership without inspecting it‼️Because we are not allowed please use someone else, just do not buy without inspecting it‼️You can still book all the history checks with us, they can’t ban us from that‼️ If you do buy and want us to Inspect it, please put it as a clause on your agreement that you will be getting an independent inspection company within 48 hours and if the condition was a lie, you will bring it back, to cancel the deal, for a 100% full refund, make sure they acknowledge that. Then make sure we Inspect it the same day you buy it. Every car we inspected there was never bought, they got tired of us rejecting their lemons 🍋 🍋 this place used to be called SouthGate Wheels. Even that bike er is too small for that, what really goes on? Your assessors said this car is ready for collection🤔 come on. Car is a mess, Panel Beaters should not release a car in such a condition. Here is what is sad 😔, there many people out there driving 3 tone cars because the insurance assesor said it’s fine. We refuse our client who is your client to accept this car in this condition. That mirror that’s not working messed up mags, components missing so there is just too much to mention here, lol even the windscreen is still cracked HEBHANNA 🫣. Dear Nolly Motors We write to you after we have received numerous complaints about your dealership, some complain about mileage reversal, others complain that you sell written off cars the list is actually endless of the concerns people have. This video below is one of our clients, sad part is he contacted us after he already had purchased the car and you delivered it to his partner as he is abroad. This right here is a fraud and robbery. You said this car was in excellent condition and accident free. Well let us tell you, this is a piece of scrap and it’s almost 200k to fix. As a representative of this country in the vehicle and property inspection space, we humbly ask you to refund this client and take your piece of scrap and we also ask you to stop selling scrap to people, rather disclose the truth and from that let them make a better informed decision.
