During our investigation into the case, we discovered that the police may have been misled by the suspects into describing the event as a birthday party. Our investigation confirm that it was not a “birthday party” but a “cult end of regime party.” NBM sources informed Naija Confra that the gathering was a “Buggy,” a celebration marking the end of a successful cult regime before handing over to the next cult leadership. Naija Confra also gathered that the event had already ended before police arrived and arrested only a few participants, as many cultists had already left the venue.
