There are multiple reports of U.S. special forces landing in the deserts of Iraq and clashing with Iran-backed resistance groups. Heavy clashes continue. It is reported that helicopter landings were carried out in strategic desert areas in the provinces of Anbar, Karbala, and Najaf. There are reported casualties and wounded. The special forces are looking for the missing f-15 fighter jet pilot.
