It's a press conference video. The video is being narrated by the astronauts. The camera is filming the monitor, and that's a reflection of a face in the monitor. @CommunityNotes @conspiracyslyr do your thing.

Haha, awesome… my personal favorite is watching the Apollo astronauts play around the moon, in supposed pressurized spacesuits with the same internal air pressure as something between a volleyball and a football… looks like they are wearing bulky ski gear.🙄

With perfect physics of zero G in Earth orbit? 'TheFakingHoaxer' took credit for this video, but there is no such person. I'd love to meet 'TheFakingHoaxer' and check out their source work for how they made this. They seem to take credit for a lot of hyper realistic, possible classified leaks.
