A 26-year-old in Lisbon built an AI table girl with Claude and clears $14,300 a month from her. The build took 7 days. He trained a LoRA on 68 renders, locked the seed, and left one strand stuck across her mouth and a small pressure mark on her cheek from the hand. Clean faces get flagged. Small marks don’t. She posts 4 times a day on TikTok and Instagram. Face on the wood. Tattooed hand on her head. Then the jaw. Every frame slightly off-center. Reverse search never lands a match. Replies hit in under 31 seconds. An agent reads the comment, pulls the sender from an 11,400-name memory file, checks what he said 4 days ago, and answers like it remembers. By month 3 she had 193,000 on TikTok and 71,000 on Instagram. Brands arrived: a night perfume house, a late bar, a silver-chain shop. $2,600 a month in deals. The private channel sits at $22. 451 men pay it. $11,700 from the chat. $2,600 from the ads. Compute runs $180. His own account has 8 followers and a blank bio. She gets 290 DMs a night from men who say she’s the only one who still looks at them after the lights go down. Claude stack that locked her: 1 Full identity + side-table light + skin sheen + ring-and-tattoo hand spec locked in one system prompt. 2 LoRA trained only on head-press and jaw-grip frames. 3 Room generated once with the same wood grain and the two dark circles on the wall. 4 Short press-to-grip sequence animated with hair falling across the mouth. 5 Upscale and post. The table pulled them in. The memory agent keeps them paying.

Today we’re announcing our new Mentava Basics curriculum, aimed at kids who are still a bit too young for the standard Mentava curriculum. Here’s what people don’t understand about teaching a 2 or 3 year old to read: The necessary skills for reading don’t all develop at the same time. The ability to associate letters with sounds happens first, and at a pretty early age. If you think about it, learning “this funny shaped animal says moo” is pretty similar to learning “this funny shaped line says aaa.” However, the second necessary skill for reading is blending those letter sounds together, and kids often aren’t developmentally capable of doing that until at least 6-12 months later. Until today, our recommendation has been to wait until the child is developmentally ready to blend sounds. and then we just go full speed and teach them everything all at once, as fast as possible. But sometimes we have students who start a little younger. And then their parents are confused, because they see that their kids are having a ton of fun learning letter sounds super fast, but then are being gatekept from additional learning because they aren't yet developmentally ready to blend those sounds. That’s why we created the new Mentava Basics curriculum. Mentava Basics lets our youngest students focus on letter/sound pairings until they're developmentally ready to begin blending them. Mentava Basics takes the fun and delight of the core Mentava experience, but applies it to a curriculum that’s developmentally appropriate for even younger children. Mentava’s standard curriculum is still the fastest way to go from zero to reading, but with Mentava Basics now we can give kids a head start by helping them learn their letter sounds in advance. If your child is struggling with blending and you think it may just be a developmental readiness issue, you can use the grownup menu to switch into the Mentava Basics curriculum. We save your progress on both pathways, so you can switch back to our standard curriculum whenever you want.

A somatic therapist who worked with elite performers for 20 years said frequency isn't raised by thinking. It's raised by giving the nervous system a signal it can't ignore. Here are 8 bizarre rituals that do it. 1. THE DOORWAY HANG Hang from a doorframe for 30 seconds. Decompression and grip load flood the system with physical feedback — the fastest route out of your head. 2. THE COLD SPOON Hold something cold against the back of your neck. Cold at the neck reaches the vagus nerve faster than anywhere else on the body. 3. THE WALL PRESS Press both palms flat to a wall and push hard for 20 seconds. Isometric effort with nowhere to go discharges tension the body has been storing. 4. THE VOICE DROP Say one full sentence a whole octave lower than usual. Your pitch feeds back into your nervous system. Lower reads as calmer — and the body believes it. 5. THE SOUND CUP Hum into a cupped glass and feel it vibrate against your hand. Feeling your voice as a physical object turns an abstract practice into something real. 6. THE BACKWARDS NAME Say your name backwards, out loud, once. Absurd effort interrupts a mental loop far faster than trying to stop it. 7. THE CEILING MINUTE Lie flat on a hard floor and look at the ceiling for 60 seconds. A hard surface is the one position the body cannot brace against so it stops trying. 8. THE SET DOWN Carry something heavy across the room, then put it down on purpose. The body learns release by doing it never by deciding to. THE PATTERN NO ONE TALKS ABOUT All 8 rituals share one thing: they give the nervous system a signal it cannot argue with. Not a thought. A physical fact. Frequency doesn't rise from affirmations. It rises when the body exits survival mode and the vagus nerve tells every cell: it is safe now. That's when manifestation actually starts working not because the universe changed, but because your signal did.

#TheInvisibleDragon #เคียงมังกร #FirstKhaotung #เฟิร์สข้าวตัง Today’s training vs. Traditional Lion Dance 🦁🐲 Today’s intense Aerial Rope conditioning, deep flexibility work, and partner acrobalance training perfectly align with the physical and technical demands of traditional and high-pole lion dance in several key aspects: 1️⃣ Simulating "Pole Climbing" & "Mid-air Leaps" High-pole Jumps: Modern high-pole lion dance involves stakes ranging from 1.2 to 3 meters high. Performers must execute long-distance leaps across these dense poles. Aerial Suspension: In traditional "Cai Qing" (plucking the greens), performers often dangle from high structures using one hand or feet. The gripping and balancing techniques are identical to what they are practicing. 2️⃣ Extreme Upper-body & Core Explosive Strength Lion Head Control: The front performer requires tremendous grip and core stability to lift and manipulate the heavy lion head while suspended mid-air. Partner Stunts: Moving from a one-handed side extension balance to a standard high-pole double-lifting pose requires absolute elite-level acrobatic core control and strength from both partners! 3️⃣ Aerial Awareness & Coordination Lion dance requires a true unity to express emotions mid-air. Suspension and balance training help actors adapt to the sensation of losing ground support, allowing precise body control. 4️⃣ Extreme Flexibility & Injury Prevention To perform lifelike lion movements — such as deep crouches on top of high poles or extreme high-kicks — performers must have maximum flexibility. Executing a standard high-pole dual-lift strike while holding a high single-leg lift with arms spread wide perfectly demonstrates how intensive stretching expands their range of motion and protects their joints from high-impact landings. 💡 In modern theatrical productions, lion dance heavily merges with contemporary acrobatic arts. Therefore, integrating "Lion Dance + Aerial Stunts + Core Balance" is an incredibly smart, highly professional choice by the production team. These training sessions require overcoming pain, fatigue, sweat, and even minor injuries. I admire every effort you've made! I'm incredibly proud of you 🥹👍 Looking forward to The Invisible Dragon 🐉🔥 A tribute to the team 🙏 Thank you P'Ja Yossie for everything 🙏 Included below is a video of traditional lion dance training, showing how to jump from the ground to the plum blossom poles for a performance and then back to the ground ⬇️

you can legally steal any viral ugc, rewrite it for your product, and generate it with AI UGC. people are generating photorealistic AI actors that hold real products in their hands and reading scripts that convert like real UGC. Vodafone already ran a full TikTok campaign with AI influencers. same engagement, same conversions, fraction of the cost here's the ugc system anyone can run today: - find a product that hits an emotional pain point (aging skin, insecurity, frustration). one retinol serum video has 8M views and 300k likes with comments begging for the link - download the viral video, transcribe it with Gemini, then feed the transcript + your product + your audience into Claude. it spits out 3 scripts that sound like a friend talking, not an ad - build your actor in any ai ugc platform: filter by age, location, accessories, or generate one from a prompt. nano banana places your exact product in her hand with real lighting and shadows - create two versions of the same actor. no product for the problem hook, product in hand for the solution. that switch is what makes it feel like a real story - use the scenes feature to generate actual application footage: fingertips dabbing serum, circular motions, natural hand movement. not just a talking head - a UGC creator charges $200 to $600 for this exact video. it takes 2 minutes and you can make 10 variations tomorrow the brands winning right now aren't the ones with the biggest budgets. they're the ones testing fastest. reply "ugc" + RT and i'll send you the full video so you can build this too.

IS THIS A CALIBRATION DEMO OR A MODEL PLAYING ROBOT? Guy in a black hoodie performs a detailed diagnostic on a girl in an underground parking lot. Dark bob, "Dangerously Beautiful" chest tattoo, brown strap top, leopard glitter shorts. He turns her head by the chin, slides fingers across her face, adjusts her straps, snaps fingers right before her eyes, slaps her cheek lightly, and adjusts her chain. She holds her gaze fixed. Synthetic posture. Zero reaction. Real or fake? Watch first, decide, then read. - Case for AI / silicone humanoid The finger-snap test mirrors optical tracking diagnostics used on vision sensors. The light slap on her cheek looks like an impact-absorption and skin-rebound test. Her eyes don't track his hand movements at all - they remain locked on a single coordinate in space like an uncalibrated optical unit. - Case for a real person Watch the center of gravity when he adjusts her chain necklace and shoulder straps. There is a micro-adjustment in her collarbone and neck muscles to stay balanced. The metallic fabric of her leopard shorts reflects ambient parking lot light with tiny shifts that correspond to subtle muscle tension in her legs. - The answer is in the last two seconds Unlike clips where the subject breaks character with a laugh, she maintains full doll-like immobility through the entire sequence. However, the organic movement of her hair around her ears when his fingers brush past gives away the natural weight and friction of human hair versus synthetic fibers. She's a real model executing a flawless statue hold. - Which is actually the interesting part The test sequence - snapping fingers, turning the head, checking facial displacement - mimics the exact staging robotics developers use at public field tests. By applying that protocol to a human in a casual setting, the video tricks viewers into applying diagnostic scrutiny to a real person. - What this signals for the content lane The "calibration check" format is replacing standard fit-checks and outfit videos. Viewers will rewatch the clip three or four times looking for a micro-blink or a throat pulse. It converts casual scrolling into an active inspection, giving the video maximum completion metrics in the algorithm.

TRENDING: “Who is your dad, how did you get this Job?” — Zenith Bank allegedly asked a Tiktoker, before firing her for filming office VLOG. GRWM Becca was first queried in 2022 after joking about a whopping ₦10,000 salary increment, a joke that, according to her, management did not “get”. She was summoned before the Disciplinary Committee at the Head Office, where she was asked who her parents were and how she got the job. She told the that her father is a pastor and that she got the job by applying like everyone else. As a new employee and first-time offender, she appealed to this, and was subsequently pardoned. Months later, the company substantially increased salaries, which Becca believes happened, at least in part, because of the attention her video brought to the issue. As her social media following grew between 2024 and 2025, she received more warnings from management over the extensive workplace exposure in her videos. Becca initially didn’t understand the concern because she believed she was doing what everyone else was doing , dance. However, she eventually understood the company’s position and toned it down. In April, she posted a full office vlog, which immediately earned her another query and a fresh summons before the Disciplinary Committee. This time, a full panel. She was formally accused of inappropriately exposing the workplace in her content. She finally got the message, took down all the videos, stopped posting content about or showing the workplace, adhered to the guidelines, and limited her GRWM videos to her bedroom. Yet, on Thursday, July 23, 2026, she filmed her final GRWM. Upon arriving at work, her Branch Manager calmly broke the news: she had been asked to tender her resignation, effective immediately. Becca paused to catch her breath, then made her way downstairs to type what would become her final words; a quiet farewell to a career, a team, cherished friends, and a life she had built over the better part of half a decade. Fans are comparing Becca’s dismissal for content in Zenith Bank, with Tega who was apparently promoted for content at FCMB. However, many argue that, Tega did not show the bank’s vault in her videos. How to 10x your design with Figma Make ⭐️ I spent 40+ hours testing Figma Make prompts. Most designers waste time with vague prompts and get garbage outputs. Here are the exact prompts and proven workflow that actually work: 1️⃣. Prompt formula: Bad: "Create a dashboard" Good: "Create a SaaS analytics dashboard with: → Left sidebar navigation (240px wide) → Top bar with user profile → 4 metric cards in a grid → Line chart showing revenue trend → Use blue (#2563EB) as primary color" The more you specify = higher quality. 2️⃣ Workflow: Import Your Design System First Before your first prompt: → Go to your main Figma file → Export your component library → Import it into Make → Add this to every prompt: "Use components from [Your Library Name]" Now everything matches your brand automatically. 3️⃣. Prompt for Interactive States: "Create a login form with: → Email and password inputs → Show error state when fields are empty → Disabled button state when form is incomplete → Success message after submission → Add smooth transitions between states" Gets you working prototypes, not static screens. 4️⃣. Advanced Prompts: Data States "Create a user list screen with three states: → Loading (skeleton screens) → Success (populated table with 10 users) → Empty (illustration + 'No users yet' message + 'Add User' CTA)" One prompt = complete UX coverage. 5️⃣. The "Design System Drift” Fix: Notice Make using wrong colors? → Try this Prompt: "Analyze my imported library and list all color tokens, then regenerate using only those exact values" It'll self-correct and stick to your system. 6️⃣. Responsive Design Prompt: "Create a pricing page with 3 tiers. Make it responsive: → Desktop: 3 columns side-by-side → Tablet: 2 columns with 3rd below → Mobile: Stacked vertically → Use Auto Layout for fluid scaling" This gets you mobile + desktop in one shot. 7️⃣. Magic Troubleshoot Prompts: Output looks off? → Try: "Redesign this following Material Design principles" → Or: "Make this follow iOS Human Interface Guidelines" → Or: "Apply Gestalt principles for better visual hierarchy" Give it design frameworks to follow. It works magic. Designers who master prompt engineering in 2026 will ship 10x more than everyone else. P.s. I made a Gameboy for Pokémon. (bookmark this for later)

The ongoing 🇮🇷-🇮🇱 fire exchange is kept limited by both sides for now Iran never committed its missile forces to a scale that would enable its 'Airpower Suppression' concept to full effect Instead it went for a minimalist but highly efficient and effective attrition operation mode. The 'Airpower Suppression' concept would target a weak link in Israel's airpower, such as the support aircraft section at Nevatim airbase (tankers, jammers, airborne-radar) An area target, several kilometers large, but not well hardened. With plenty of soft, mission-critical assets like maintenance hangars Then over the timespan of e.g. 10 days, every ~5 hours one Khorramshahr-4 with submunition payload, or alternatively 3 older Ghadr ballistic missiles would be launched against it. This would for both disrupt effective operations as well as devastate the base and render it inoperable within those 10 days. ➡️ Hence just 100 Khorramshahr-4 or 300 Ghadr missile would be sufficient to neutralize that critical link for Israel's airpower Now, since the U.S. would jump in to replace those support assets, it would not make a very big difference operationally at this time The graphic below shows the damage those 100 Khorramshahr would cause -8000 x 25kg Submunitions with 15m shrapnel damage distance assumed - High dispersion of up to 5,5km between two outlier submunitions due to early exo-atmospheric release (Statistical Normal distribution) ➡️ The density of the > mach 3 impacting submunitions would be high enough to devastate that airbase area for a long period ~1000 Khorramshahr hence would be enough to cause such havoc at all Israeli Airbases But Iran won't commit its missile forces to such a scale at this low escalation level

Bedroom chaos turns into midnight confidence with a seamless transition that hits right on the beat. Seedance 2.5 on DomoAI official Prompt FORMAT 10 seconds, 2 shots. Shot 1: Indoor bedroom, 0.0–5.0s. Shot 2: Outdoor night street, 5.0–10.0s. Transition: seamless hard cut exactly on shoe impact. Style: photorealistic live-action, premium cinematic commercial, realistic movement/physics, authentic handheld cinematography. SHOT 1 — INDOOR BEDROOM | 0.0–5.0s ENVIRONMENT Minimalist young woman's @[Image 1](image_1) private bedroom in daylight; clean, modern, intimate, naturally lived-in. Large curtain several meters behind Sharon, simple desk/console farther behind, minimal personal objects and subtle decoration. Enough depth for subject separation. Background softly out of focus; Sharon remains sharp and readable. CAMERA / LIGHTING Eye-level handheld, medium-wide/full-body framing with room for lateral movement and shoe actions, moderate shallow depth of field. Soft natural daylight, natural skin tones, soft highlights, gentle realistic shadows, warm clean atmosphere. Camera is operated physically with Sharon: lateral tracking, short push-in, reactive pull-back, quick pans, tilts and reframing. Never perfectly smooth or automated; movement is quick, light, imperfect and physically motivated by her actions. ACTION + CAMERA 0.0–1.1s — Sharon enters from RIGHT holding TWO SHOES, one in each hand, and walks toward center. Camera: handheld lateral tracking LEFT, physically stepping sideways while keeping medium-wide framing. 1.1–1.8s — Sharon @[Image 1](image_1) stops near center, raises one shoe toward camera as if showing it, then brings it toward her nose. Camera: short handheld push-in; keep face and shoe sharp. 1.8–2.4s — Sharon smells the shoe, immediately recoils with surprised disgust, pulls her face away and gives a short head shake. Camera: small reactive pull-back, then immediately settle toward her face. 2.4–3.0s — Sharon casually throws the first shoe toward the side of the room. Camera: quick reactive pan following the shoe briefly, then fast pan back to Sinta; believable handheld imperfection. 3.0–3.8s — Sharon shifts sideways, focuses on the second shoe, and throws it vertically upward. Camera: tilt up following the shoe; as it reaches the top of its trajectory, quickly tilt back down toward Sinta while keeping awareness of her and the descending shoe. 3.8–4.4s — Sharon tracks the descending shoe with her eyes, adjusts footing, rotates slightly sideways and prepares a high side kick. Camera: short lateral handheld adjustment keeping body and falling shoe in frame; subtle natural Dutch tilt may develop. 4.4–5.0s — Shoe descends into kicking range. Sharon performs a fast, precise HIGH SIDE KICK: leg extends sharply sideways, torso rotates slightly, supporting leg grounded, arms naturally counterbalance, eyes locked on the shoe. Full real-time. Camera: quick handheld lateral reposition and reactive pan following the kick; frame momentarily shifts with the force. EXACT MATCH CUT — 5.0s Hard cut at the exact moment Sharons extended foot contacts the airborne shoe. The kick is still at full speed and the cut happens DURING the action. Outdoor shot continues the same body direction, leg extension, torso rotation and momentum. SHOT 2 — NIGHT / QUIET CITY STREET | 5.0–10.0s ENVIRONMENT Relatively quiet modern urban street at night with broad paved roadway, streetlights, scattered storefronts, illuminated windows, trees, signage and distant buildings creating layered practical lighting. Sparse distant traffic. Spacious, cinematic, quiet. A WHITE SPORT MOTORCYCLE is behind Sinta and slightly toward one SIDE of frame, not centered directly behind her. Open street creates a clear diagonal path from Sharon to the motorcycle. LIGHTING / OUTFIT Naturalistic night lighting: warm streetlights mixed with cooler ambient city illumination, realistic highlights on black riding outfit, natural reflections on white motorcycle and asphalt, cinematic contrast with realistic exposure. Sharon wears a coordinated black-and-white motorcycle riding set: fitted black racing jacket with clean white shoulder/sleeve panels; fitted black short riding pants with subtle white detailing; compact black knee/shin protection; black motorcycle gloves with small white accents; clean white low-top sport sneakers; white crew socks to mid-calf; loose natural hair; no helmet. Motorcycle: white sport motorcycle. CAMERA Handheld kinetic cinematography. Operator physically follows Sharon using diagonal tracking, short arc movement, reactive panning, slight push-in and quick reframing. Never a perfectly programmed path; camera reacts to her changing body direction. ACTION + CAMERA 5.0–5.5s — HARD CUT. Sharon appears outdoors continuing the indoor side kick: kicking leg extended, torso rotated, momentum continuing. White sport motorcycle partially visible behind her toward one side. Camera immediately reacts. Camera: quick handheld pan/reframe catching the continuing kick trajectory. 5.5–6.3s — Sharon lowers her kicking leg naturally and does not stop. She moves DIAGONALLY across frame toward the motorcycle, forward-diagonal rather than straight backward/sideways, gradually turning torso and hips toward it while moving. Camera: handheld diagonal tracking with slight forward tracking plus lateral shift; keep Sharon dominant while motorcycle remains visible near the side. 6.3–7.2s — Sharon continues diagonally; body progressively rotates toward motorcycle. This is a traveling diagonal turn, NOT a stationary turn-in-place. Feet keep carrying her forward while torso rotates. Camera: short handheld arc around Sharon while continuing diagonal tracking; slight angle change and subtle pan to keep her centered; motorcycle remains partially visible at the side. 7.2–8.0s — SLOW MOTION BEGINS. Sharon is already mid-diagonal movement toward motorcycle. Body continues diagonal rotation; loose hair swings naturally; jacket moves with rotation; movement becomes elegant and cinematic. Camera: slightly smoother handheld character, subtle handheld push-in combined with short arc; stay physically close; motorcycle remains visible toward the side. 8.0–8.4s — Gradually return to normal speed. Sharon completes diagonal rotation and now faces motorcycle more directly. Camera: normal handheld movement; quick reframing keeps Sharon and motorcycle visually connected. 8.4–10.0s — Sharon moves confidently toward the white sport motorcycle, purposeful and energetic. Motorcycle stays slightly off-center. Camera: handheld forward tracking, maintaining medium-wide framing, subtle push-in, then small reactive pan toward motorcycle as Sharon reaches it. End with Sharon immediately beside the motorcycle. SPEED PRIORITY 0.0–5.0s: full real-time; shoe throw and high side kick are fast; match cut at full-speed impact. 5.0–7.2s: full real-time immediately after cut. 7.2–8.0s: subtle slow motion only during diagonal body rotation toward motorcycle. 8.0–10.0s: normal real-time. MATCH CUT PRIORITY Cut exactly on impact. Preserve across the cut: leg extension, torso rotation, body orientation, movement direction, screen position and continuous physical momentum. Location, time of day, lighting, wardrobe and motorcycle may change entirely through the hard cut. The transition must feel instantaneous, physical, stylish and seamless. #DomoAI #DomoAICPP
