Pass or trash…’Ohana. It has its ups and downs, but I’ve been lucky enough to have more ups than downs. And it’s probably the table service restaurant I’ve eaten at the most. the dumbest trick that makes UGC videos go viral: I have seen videos go from 3,000 views to 800k+ on Instagram Reels with a 0.2 second change adding an audible stim in the first 0.5 seconds this seems like the most folklore thing ever, but I've seen multiple accounts that are TRAINED to do this. every video starts with this. - sipping on water (so you hear the ice) - slamming the phone down - clicking a pen I've tested this myself, too. Our videos where someone is LOUDLY typing on the keyboard perform, on average, signficantly better on Instagram Reels of course, the video still needs to be well made, and I think this is more applicable to Reels, but in general audio keeps users hooked in notice the pen click at the beginning of this Polymarket video (full Lightreel breakdown with multiple videos and creators in replies)

Didn't Pokimane JUST complain about how "muh sexism" because no female streamers are on the level of IShowSpeed? Meanwhile Speed gets MOBBED, chased, and followed, ALL THE TIME. Everywhere he goes requiring a team security detail. Literally people following him ALL stream. Meanwhile we have 3 of the most popular female streamers in the world co-streaming together IRL, 5 deep, and 1 5ft5 140lb socially awkward/creepy guy follows them and it's the end of the world? Then they want to drag this kid and get the police involved (when there's clear evidence they escalated the situation). To be clear, I am NOT excusing the guys behavior. Stuff like this should not happen, but it does. I also wish crime didn't exist, and war didn't exist, and everything was all kumbaya and cupcakes. But until that point, we need to live in reality and not fairytale land. This is why famous people have executive protection. These women are on that level where they need it. I don't know if these girls have management or a team, but it's a TOTAL failing on everyone involved they were not advised at all on risk mitigation. These girls are RICH, and make multi-millions a year. Hire AT LEAST 1 armed guard when you are IRL streaming. 2 is better. Also get a personal CCW.

Let’s talk about RIR, or reps in reserve. I felt like I could get 1 more at 4 reps, yet dug deep and got almost 3 more. If I had Dorian Yates yelling at me, I could have probably gotten 10 more. The issue with these arbitrary rules like RIR and RPE is they don’t account for the mental aspect of lifting. Hence why, since I’m obviously not as smart and awesome as “the science” community and my pro card was a fluke, and I certainly can’t read studies or even the menu at IHOP, I just go until I can’t do another full rep with decent form. Most people train like p*ssies already. Imagine trying to have someone soft as charmin guess how many reps they have left at 4 reps in. Stop overthinking it. No need to go beyond failure, but just lift the damn weight until you can’t do a good rep and then put it down. Or not, whatever. 😂

These two videos apparently are “the sauce”… This is the stupidest crap I’ve ever seen. 😂 First of all— all those teenagers running from the scary creatures…. You’re telling me not one ☝️ out of hundreds of people at the mall captured any kind of video? Second— Kids nowadays will film their best friends getting murdered just to put it on TikTok for likes. Just lost ALL Autopilot, FSD, even basic cruise control and Tesla Technical Assistance says they can’t do anything and apparently my car needs to go to a service center for a software update even though there are no warnings on the car. I got an FSD strike and the whole system went down. They said they can’t turn FSD back on and forgive the strikes remotely even though they did just that in January 2025 for the California fires. When I drove from Nevada into California back then my 4 strikes disappeared. Even the Tesla Technical Assistance Supervisor (who was very nice) says they have no way to fix the car remotely and it must go to a service center. Unfortunately, now I need to drive over 1000 miles with no type of cruise control or driver assistance at all. There are no warning lights on or anything of the sort. I even did a forced software update via the service mode and my Starlink, plus a few hard and soft reboots and that still did not fix it. Sadly the car is now less safe than it was a few minutes ago. Some Models (like the generally reliable Euro Model) even have a crippling 1-2" of Ice accumulating there. 🧊 To put Ice amounts into perspective: 🧊0.25” – Highly disruptive. Iced roads, scattered power outages, tree and line damage. 🧊0.5” – CRIPPLING. Severe tree damage and widespread, long-lasting power outages. 🧊1” or more – Catastrophic. Infrastructure failure, impassable roads, and weeks-long power outages. ⚠️ This is why this setup is so concerning. A prolonged, multi-day freezing rain event would lead to disastrous ice accumulations. 🙏 Let’s hope the models are overdoing this, because if they aren’t, the South could be in serious trouble. This lady was filming these parents who were in the car line at school 2 1/2 hours before school gets out. She says don’t be like them. But many people said it’s worth not having to deal with the traffic and backup and some parents may work closer to the school and it beats driving all the way back home and then coming back. I have been known to go get in line at the school about an hour before they get out so I can beat it as well. Sometimes I’ll catch up on emails, phone calls and even take a nap. Have you ever gone this early to get in the car line? Have you ever wondered when you have left early how these people are here before you? Does this bother you like it does this woman or to each their own?
