@HQ_DG_NCC 15+ yr old story :: Given my NCC B test., I am disqualified in 1st attempt…. Post qualifying in 2nd attempt after 12 months I understood my 1st disqualification was a scam.. my college professor know person got passing certificate without attending on my passing out exam. 🙏🏽
