A patch shipped with PCSX2. It's weird because that version was apparently 60FPS until *the last month of development*, or at least was 60FPS in dev/debug builds. Final build is compiled August 2002, a July 2002 build has 60FPS enabled.

I always thought the sense of speed in HP2 (on the PS2) was crap and I switched to Underground since it was superior to the previous one.

PS2 Version best version. Change my mind.
