I've put together a straightforward protocol that seems to work quite well for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). A carnivore/lion diet works great for MS, but if you optimize a few nutrients and habits it can really improve your results and spur recovery. By just doing a carnivore/lion diet, there are now people who have not only put their symptoms into remission but have started to reverse their lesions on MRI. Some of these individuals will be in our upcoming case series on MS patients who are recovering using the carnivore diet. This full protocol can help even more. Dr. Chaffee's Protocol for Optimizing Multiple Sclerosis Recovery: This protocol outlines a comprehensive approach to supporting recovery from multiple sclerosis (MS), emphasizing dietary modifications, light optimization, and physical activity. 1) Dietary Intervention: The cornerstone of this protocol is a strict, high-fat, carnivore "lion" diet, predominantly consisting of beef and lamb, with 2g of fat for every 1g of protein, as detailed in my videos. All carbohydrates, sugars, and alcohol must be strictly excluded to induce and maintain ketosis, and to prevent further damage and inflammation to the nervous system. Ketones serve as the brain's preferred energy source and readily cross the blood-brain barrier, where they are converted into fatty acids, the essential building blocks for brain tissue. Prioritize grass-fed fats such as tallow, butter, or lamb fat, incorporating them into every meal for optimal results. Exclusively eating grass-fed meat is not required, these fats can be purchased separately. Grass-fed butter is readily available, as is grass finished tallow, and less often grass finished lamb. Bone marrow and even brain are excellent options as well. Wild-caught fatty fish is also acceptable; however, grass-finished lamb fat contains approximately 20 times the omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) compared to even oily wild-caught fish. DHA, EPA, and cholesterol are essential for myelin sheath regeneration on axons. 2) Nutritional Supplementation: For the first month, consume 50-100g (a few ounces) of liver daily. This can then be reduced to three times per week, with concurrent monitoring of B12 and homocysteine to maintain optimal levels. Maintain B12 levels between 800-1200 pmol/L or 1100-1600 pg/mL (American units). Homocysteine levels should remain below 7. If homocysteine is elevated, regardless of B12 levels, increase B12 intake. If liver consumption is not feasible, supplement with a methylated multi-B vitamin and/or sublingual methylcobalamin (methylated B12). Allow the sublingual dose (2000-2500 mcg daily for the first month) to dissolve under the tongue for at least five minutes before swallowing. Monitor B12 levels as described above and adjust accordingly. When testing B12 levels, discontinue B vitamin and B12 supplementation for approximately one week prior to the test to avoid artificially elevated results. Supplemental B vitamins can also interfere with other blood tests, particularly B7 (biotin). 3) Light Optimization and Circadian Rhythm: Optimize vitamin D levels and circadian rhythm by exposing yourself to direct sunlight for 30 minutes each morning, looking towards the sun (but not directly at it). Refrain from wearing sunscreen, sunglasses, or corrective lenses during this time. Direct, unfiltered sunlight exposure on as much skin as possible, including the eyes, is crucial, and multiple exposures throughout the day are beneficial. Minimize exposure to screens and artificial blue light, especially in the evenings. Wear blue-light-blocking glasses when using electronic devices or under artificial light after sunset. Remember that MS prevalence decreases closer to the equator; emulate these conditions as much as possible. Maximize vitamin D absorption by delaying showering for at least six to eight hours after sun exposure. Vitamin D is produced in the skin's sebum and can be washed away, particularly with soap. Absorption can take up to 48 hours, so allowing at least six to eight hours is essential. Vitamin D3 can also be obtained from wild-caught fatty fish and grass-fed animal fats. Monitor vitamin D levels six weeks from commencing the protocol, aiming for the high end of the normal range or preferably above. While supplemental vitamin D3 with K2 is an option, natural sunlight exposure and proper diet is preferred. Take repeat blood tests every 6-8 weeks in order optimize these levels and maintain them there. Once stabilized with your current diet +/- supplementation, you can can extend this period to once every 6 months. 4) Physical Activity: Maintain an active lifestyle. Nerve stimulation promotes growth and repair. Engage in as much activity as possible, gradually increasing intensity each week. As tolerated, incorporate resistance training and, if possible, sprinting. If walking is all you can do though, then walk. If not, then work your way up to walking. Important Considerations: Underlying Principles: This protocol addresses the root causes of MS and provides the resources and stimuli for tissue repair. The dietary and light hygiene modifications aim to halt further damage. The specified nutrients and light exposure provide the building blocks for repair, while exercise and light stimulate regrowth. The Crucial Role of Light: One example of the beneficial nature of light is UVA exposure. UVA light directed into the eyes (without glasses or other filters), stimulates the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which promotes brain growth, healing, and myelin repair. Proper light hygiene offers numerous benefits beyond BDNF stimulation, but it would be well worth it even if this were the only one. By adhering to this comprehensive protocol, individuals with MS can potentially achieve significantly improved outcomes compared to standard care. For the best results, ensure you are receiving proper medical supervision, particularly with regard to supplementation, blood work, and medications. This is how your eyes work. Eyes are part of an irreducibly complex system of structures that work together to give you vision. There is no evolutionary pathway that could produce even the simplest eye. Here is everything you need to know about why eyes did not evolve and are certain evidence of design. This is the proposed version of eye evolution: 1. Photosensitive cell 2. Pigment cells without a nerve 3. Optic nerve surrounded by pigment cells, covered by translucent skin 4. Pigment cells forming a depression 5. Skin gradually takes a lens shape 6. Evolution of muscles for lens to adjust But each one of these steps still relies on a similar irreducibly complex system of machines for vision to function. The very first step, the mythical light sensitive cell, is actually incredibly complex by itself and has no plausible evolutionary pathway. A single photosensitive cell is an incredibly complex system of nanomachines. The simplest known light-sensitive prokaryotic cells have genomes with around ~1.3 million base pairs of DNA information, with around ~1,300–1,400 unique proteins. Knockout tests in cells have been able to simplify cells to 500,000 base pairs of DNA, with close to 500 unique proteins (but these are not light sensitive.) ALL vision systems require rhodopsin proteins. These handy little proteins capture light, transforms light into a signal, and sends that signal down a transduction pathway to the processing center (brain). So basically, ALL vision systems require at least 3 separate major systems, which are themselves filled with multiple subsystems - it's complexity on top of complexity on top of complexity. And none of it works if all of those systems are not in place together. There is no evolutionary pathway by which all of this arises together - nature doesn't engineer multiple interdependent systems together. Eyes are so complex and so different among various organisms today that evolutionists even widely recognize that vision systems must have arisen independently at least 30 times, because there is no genetic pattern to explain the origin of eyes from a common ancestor. The odds of that happening are absolutely absurd. Beyond logic. There is no evidence of eyes evolving in the fossil record, either. Complex, fully functional vision appears almost at the very start of the fossil record. The oldest eye in the fossil record, that of a trilobite, is a complex compound eye originating in the Cambrian, conventionally dated about 540 million years ago. From there, various different kinds of eyes appear in the fossil record of varying degrees of complexity - with both simpler and more complex version of vision systems scattered all throughout in no particular pattern of development. Evolutionists also like to claim the human eye is designed poorly. They point to “blind spots” & “backwards retinas” as evidence of poor design, which is why, they say, evolution makes more sense. But that is completely false, and shows they simply don't understand the biology of the eye in the first place. But this design actually makes our eyes better and fully optimized for our necessities. The Blind Spot: Vertebrates have an inverted retina, where photoreceptors face away from light and nerves bundle through a hole in the back, creating a tiny blind spot. The blind spot is only~1% of visual field and each eye's blind spot overlaps with the seeing part of the other eye - there is no actual vision loss. This could be seen as evidence of intelligently designed coordination. Vertebrate eyes also provide the sharpest vision among animals. Eagles (with inverted retinas) see clearly up to 2–3 miles away and spot prey from great distances. Features like oil droplets in photoreceptors improve color vision, and mitochondrial clumps focus light better, giving higher vision acuity overall. The Inverted design also allows direct, close access to the Retinal Pigment Epithelium (RPE) layer. RPE supplies massive nutrients/oxygen (vertebrate photoreceptors have the body's highest metabolic rate) and removes toxic byproducts from light detection. RPE's dark pigment absorbs stray light, giving a sharper image, and protects against sun damage, which makes our eyes last longer and stay healthier. Cephalopods eyes - often compared as a "better version" by evos who don't know better - have the everted retina which limits nutrient/toxin access, causing slower repair, shorter cell life, more vulnerability to damage. In summary, the human eye is optimally designed for the function required. The orientation of the retinas improves vision sharpness and the longevity & overall health of the eye. Anyone claiming the eye is evidence of “bad design” simply doesn’t understand how beautifully their eyes are designed. Even the simplest forms of vision require incredibly complex systems to come together at the same time for vision to arise. Evolution cannot do that. Only intelligence engineers irreducibly complex systems like Vision.

Ladies and gentlemen, if you wanted to see Trudeau’s house of cards start to collapse, yesterdays Question Period was it. What we saw was Liberal arrogance in full bloom, completely detached from the struggles of everyday Canadians. This government, led by Justin Trudeau, is hanging on by a thread, propped up by the NDP and their delusional belief that taxing people into poverty will somehow save the planet. Let’s walk through the insanity that unfolded today. Carbon Tax Insanity: Trudeau’s Cronies Keep Selling the Same Lie First, we had Ben Carr, MP for Winnipeg South Centre, grinning like a man who thinks you’re too stupid to realize what’s happening. He was bragging about Manitobans getting $300 rebates on October 15th, thanks to the Canada Carbon Rebate. And then there’s Jaime Battiste, the Liberal MP for Sydney–Victoria, boasting that Nova Scotians will get $206. Isn’t that great? A few hundred bucks to cover the massive hole the carbon tax is blowing in your wallet. But here’s what they won’t tell you—and what the Conservatives were quick to point out: the Parliamentary Budget Officer (PBO) has exposed their game. Sure, they give you a couple of crumbs, but by the time Trudeau's carbon tax has fully ramped up, families in Saskatchewan will be $2,000 poorer every year. They want you to focus on a small rebate while they reach into your pocket and take thousands. It’s like robbing you blind and tossing you a handful of change as a consolation prize​​. And the man leading this con? Steven Guilbeault, Trudeau’s Minister of Environment. He had the nerve to selectively quote the PBO report, claiming Canadians will come out ahead. He forgot to mention that, by 2030, you’ll be getting crushed under the weight of this tax, and big polluters—the ones he claims to be targeting—are getting sweetheart deals. This is the Liberal lie at its core: "We’re saving the planet," they say, while making your life unbearable​. Conservatives Hammer the Government on Corruption If that wasn’t enough, Conservative MPs took aim at the NDP-Liberal swamp propping up Trudeau’s latest scandal—this time involving a $400 million slush fund for Liberal insiders. Bob Zimmer, MP for Prince George–Peace River–Northern Rockies, went after Steven Guilbeault again, accusing him of obstructing justice by refusing to turn over documents related to the Sustainable Development Technology Canada fiasco. This is classic Liberal corruption—they take your tax dollars and funnel it straight into their cronies’ pockets, while ordinary Canadians are left wondering how they’ll pay for their heating bills this winter​. Andrew Scheer Takes on the Justice Minister: Liberals Soft on Terrorism At the 20-minute mark, things got even more heated. Andrew Scheer, the MP for Regina—Qu'Appelle, sparred with Justice Minister Arif Virani over the Trudeau government’s failure to act quickly on listing terrorist organizations like the Houthi rebels. Scheer slammed the Liberals for their sluggishness, pointing out that the Houthi group has been responsible for attacks on civilian ships and openly supports violence. Virani fumbled through his response, offering some weak excuse about an "expedited review" process. But Scheer wasn't having it, hammering the government for its typical pattern of inaction. Pro-Houthi protests in Vancouver have already involved chants of "Death to Canada," but still, Trudeau’s government is dragging its feet . This was yet another example of the Liberals’ soft-on-national-security approach, leaving Canadians vulnerable while radicals are allowed to operate freely. Farmers Under Siege: Trudeau’s Tax is Destroying Agriculture But the most jaw-dropping part of the day? That was when John Barlow, MP for Foothills, exposed how Trudeau’s carbon tax is crushing Canadian farmers. He laid it all out: Farmers are already dealing with floods, droughts, and rising costs, and now the carbon tax is driving up fuel prices, making it impossible to survive. Canadian agriculture is on the verge of collapse, but all Guilbeault and Trudeau can do is prattle on about how “climate change” is the real enemy. Here’s the truth, folks: Trudeau’s carbon tax does nothing to reduce emissions, but it devastates farmers and makes your food even more expensive. But Steven Guilbeault? He’s too busy appeasing his eco-radical pals to care​​. Mental Health Day: Liberals Make It Worse with Free Drug Policies We also had Peter Julian, MP for New Westminster–Burnaby, talking about World Mental Health Day, acknowledging the struggles of public safety employees. Now, don’t get me wrong, mental health is important—especially for public safety workers—but let’s talk about the mental health crisis Trudeau’s government is creating with its policies. When people can’t afford their bills, when they’re watching their paychecks get devoured by inflation, and when they see no future because of policies like the carbon tax, it’s no wonder mental health is deteriorating across the board. Yet, the Liberals don’t seem to care—especially when it comes to the disaster in British Columbia, led by David Eby, the NDP Premier. His “safe supply” policy—handing out free drugs to people struggling with addiction—is making things worse, not better. We’re seeing it right now: homelessness is skyrocketing, overdose rates are out of control, and instead of helping people get clean, they’re pushing them deeper into addiction. The Trudeau Liberals support this madness, and guess what? They’re ready to spread this destructive policy nationwide​. The Trudeau Agenda: A Slow, Steady Destruction of Canada Let’s not mince words: Trudeau’s government is a train wreck. They distract you with token rebates, sell you on climate propaganda, and line their pockets while Canada burns. Today’s Question Period showed us how far the rot has gone. The Liberals want you to believe they’re looking out for you while they steal your money, destroy your jobs, and fuel addiction in your communities. And they do it all with a smile, thinking you’ll be too distracted by their virtue-signaling to notice the carnage. Bottom Line: The Trudeau Liberals are playing a dangerous game with Canada’s future. Steven Guilbeault and his carbon tax will bankrupt this country if they get their way. David Eby’s free drug policies will create a nation of addicts. And the NDP-Liberal cartel will keep propping up Trudeau because they know they can’t survive an election where Canadians finally get to have their say. It’s time to take back Canada from these corrupt elites before they’ve destroyed it beyond repair.
