Man claims he was only illegally parked for a few moments yet there was time for a tow truck to come and tow the car. He had a kid in the car, the tow truck driver claimed he checked the car and proceeded to tow the car. The police finally show up and arrest the tow truck driver for child abuse. Do you feel this was the tow truck drivers fault or should the parent have been charged with leaving the child in the car.

“Mom Threatens to Pull Gun on Tow Truck Driver Over Daughter’s Expired-Tags Car — Then Calls Police A woman parked her car with expired tags. Apartment management called a tow truck. When the driver arrived, she came down, claiming it was her daughter’s car. She said her daughter was at school and that no one used it. The tow driver told her to contact management — he was just doing his job. She then threatened to pull a gun on him. She called the police but refused to mention the threat. Officers told her it was a civil matter and they could not stop the tow.

Tow truck vs. citizen! This tow truck driver has a car hooked up and is driving away. The problem is, the owner runs after it and jumps in. He’s pressing the brakes and causing a scene. So the question is: Should the tow truck driver have stopped the second the owner got into the towed car? I wonder what the law says about this, but I imagine it would say yes.

POV: You’re a police officer trying to tow a $3.2M McLaren and somehow make the situation WAY worse This $3.2M McLaren belonged to Krishna Sahay, and what was supposed to be a simple tow ended with the officer crashing the car. Now he’s reportedly been ordered to pay over $800,000 in damages. Imagine being responsible for a $3.2M car and turning a tow job into an $800K bill

This tow truck driver is attempting to repossess a car and the owner and his friends are refusing to get off the car and in fact, they actually use a Friends truck to block the tow truck driver into the driveway.. But as we all know, tow truck drivers were not born yesterday, especially the ones that do repos. And this one has a satisfying ending. 😁

Arkansas police arrest senator. Little rock PD get involved in a traffic stop involving the former state senator Bill Walker's Daughter. The officer involved made the decision to give her a citation for her suspended license but said he needed to tow the vehicle. The vehicle that needs to be towed is on the property of senator Walker's business. Senator Walker agreed to the car being towed but wanted to retrieve the purse of his daughter from the vehicle however the officers on scene refused saying they need to search the vehicle first and demand the former senator and wife step back. Senator walker tells them this is his property and an argument ensued with the former senator getting arrested along with one of his employees. This escalated quickly up to the chief of police where you can hear him on on the phone in the video saying to release Walker and leave the car with him. The arresting officer Austin Kutcz has been placed on administrative leave. The former senator and his employee have filed a lawsuit against the city.

Being involved in a collision is stressful. Your tow experience shouldn't be. You have the right to choose you can tow your vehicle, provided you are not in the MTO tow zone area (GTA) or directed by police. If the tow operator demands cash, that is a red flag. You are allowed to pay by credit card and get a receipt. Know your rights, be safe, be smart. ^ks
