I’ve owned, worked on and raced Subarus bro…they’re great cars man

I had myself a Evo 8 back in the day. It was between that and a sti

I still have my 2006 STI has a forged 4 cylinder now with 700whp and it’s a fckn beast bro

He didn't take off the pitch stop. It connects the transmission to the firewall. He's a stupid mechanic and deserves all the frustration he got.

GET THIS MAM NG A CIGEERETTE AND SOME ALCOHOL

🤣🤣🤣 he's had it

Quit you bitching and fix the fucking thing. Subarus are one the easiest cars to work on.

I’d still like to have one of these some day. 04 STi.

That engine is extremely easy to get out, my friend did it himself in 2 days watching YouTube videos. It’s super small and easy to remove and my original wrx is 220k miles and still drives like new

Always buy a Subaru, excellent Japanese engineering. Don’t speak on what you don’t know about. I’ve owned 2, both of them went to my nephew who loved them until his sister blew up the newest one while he was deployed 🤦🏾

I was a factory trained Subi Tech in my former career, I loved working on them! This past fall in my backyard I pulled the engine in my '06 daily. Did my head gaskets for the second time in 20 years, I also had the heads overhauled. Yes I have an EJ but I've also pulled F series engines and they aren't much different. There's honestly not much of an easier engine pull than a non-turbo Subaru 4 banger...

This guy's a hack. These motors are easy to pull. Jack up the whole assembly at the front diff, about an inch and a half. Motor slides out.

Meanwhile the motor in my EV. Simple

Every car I’ve had aside from my first car is a Subaru. They’re great vehicles especially in the winter.

Haha watching the video I realize this dude prob a good ol boy who works on American cars only…I went from working on Fords and Dodge to Subaru and it can be confusing at times haha

Drop a Honda Goldwing motor in it & call it a day🤣

I think he’s just a shitty mechanic. They’re supposed to be easy af to work on.

I got two 240lb nose ringed bulldikes with mine!! They push it uphill when it don't have the power..

Not a lesbian, and I don't like cock. I'm afraid they wouldn't approve the credit for me, plus I refused to sign the "47 liberal bumper stickers that announce my mental illness to the world" clause.

Am I seeing it right that you didn't disconnect the pitch stop? That's your problem. Lift the engine, support the trans on a jack, it comes out easy peasy. If you're pissed pulling out a subaru engine maybe wrenching isn't for you.

Dude a boxer engine in a Subaru can be pulled in less than 15 mins. Its also one of thr only motors capable of turning a 4 cylinder into 1000hp machine.

Seeing as how most lesbians are women, women do not even consider the engine part of the car when buying a car, is just how shiny it is, how pretty and the screen and the cool lights inside! And then comes the wheel destruction from parking by feel 🛞💨🏁😂😂😂

Subarus are great cars. They will run forever if you take care of them. But he's right, they are a nightmare if you have to pull the engine. I hope he doesn't have take the heads off, because that's a nightmare in Hell.

I've owned 4. Best cars ever, never a single problem.

Why is you always pissed off! 🤣

Always lol

Bic lighter car: use it and throw it away.

Wait till this guy learns how to replace or work on a ford power stroke. He’s going to blow his own head gasket.

1st gen Tundras and Sequoias for the win.

I can’t buy one. I’m not gay.

Subaru had a few years of head gasket failures solved by using multi layer gaskets, I've replaced a few of them on my son's cars with engine in or out. If you do it right it's one of the easiest engines to pull, and a lot less swearing.

I disagree. 1) they are fairly reliable 2) they are super efficient mpg 3) they can go almost anywhere in any weather 4) I can go behind enemy lines without obstruction

🤣🤣🤣 I rebuild/mill the heads on a regular basis. I know mechanics that love certain years/models though. Definitely sending them this video.

Umm... pitch stop? 🤦 Idiot mechanic. ✅️

I get the distinct impression he is not too impressed with the Subaru designers.

They may be hard to work on but mine is the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Beast in the snow. 140k miles and absolutely no issues so far. Awesome car

I was the front line Fastening Engineer (the guy responsible for running down every bolt on every engine) for the final 3 years of production. They don't want you fix anything, anymore.

I don’t know why I laughed so hard. I watched it 3 times. That’s how I sounded after taking the wiper motor out of my Honda. 🤣😂🤣🤬

Swapped a 98 kia sportage engine once. You have to break your wrists to access rear mounting bolts. Not worth it. If given the choice again, I'd just send it to the crusher.
