I fucked an "overthinkers" girlfriend and he never figured it out *AND HIS MOM* so yeah..... Its varies from person to person 👈 The problem with over thinking is while you are figuring out the best way to do something? I trust my intuition and can rapidly adjust on the fly 😋

: this is a Socratic prompt for Social Safety Lab thesis framework: We often hear “don’t lie to an overthinker — they’ll solve the puzzle.” But what if what we call “overthinking” is actually the mind’s ancient, adaptive pattern-recognition system doing exactly what it evolved to do: scanning for inconsistencies to protect us from future harm and plan safer outcomes? If that’s true, then isn’t labeling sharp intuition and discernment as “overthinking” a subtle form of self-gaslighting that trains people to distrust their own protective intelligence? Teach this fully, as lead educator for Social Safety Lab’s thesis on relational truth, psychological safety, and cognitive self-trust. Use clear distinctions, evolutionary psychology, and practical examples so our community can reframe “overthinking” as a feature, not a bug and learn when to honor it instead of silencing it.
