Heading to the beach over spring break?🌊 Remember, swimming in the ocean is not the same as swimming in a pool. Many people who find themselves in trouble are not accustomed to the powerful waves and currents that are common in the ocean. If caught in a rip current, don't fight it! Try to relax and swim parallel to the shore and swim back to land at an angle. Always choose to swim at beaches with lifeguards. Video with captions -
