Should that big need better positioning to properly contest or should they basically be allowed to get away with fouls as "rim protectors"? There is a growing new trend in Japan, it’s called Butsukari Otoko, it s type of physical assault towards women in crowded places like the street or train stop. Usually it’s men that do it but a growing number of women are now joining in the trend as well. The purpose is to perform Chikan which is deliberately ramming into a woman and making it look accidental. It’s supposedly used to relieve frustration or annoyance against cellphone users.
