Nothing too fancy here. I'm just using a texture in the shadow and hand drawn texture. This is the parts used to make the building.

Thanks! There is no specific link for that. It's just a flat shading with a texture in the shadow. But I'm using the add-on to distribute brushstrokes as object on the edges and on the facade. Looking at IanMcQue as reference.
