When you mention the security council and having only one sequencer (at the start), you should also mention that you need to know that the ZKP is about the correct chain

Yes, that's correct! But there is nuance. In our video, Strata itself is a rollup so you don't have that issue. But if your higher layer scaling solution does not use Bitcoin for DA then you would in fact add the trust assumption you're referring to.
