I would be pissed too if I were him! UA canceled his entire family booking because one of the kids had the wrong name on their ticket, and they only found out after arriving at the airport.

I witnessed a woman melt down at the airport because she was worried her dog in baggage might not make the plane. Clear mental health issues and a bad day. But nobody videoed. She was deescalating on her own until the gate agent called her rude. Agent needed the last word. Sad.
