One impressive thing here is that the t-shirt is a static mesh. You don't need to skin in manually! (actually it's 2 meshes: low poly and high poly, but that's really simple to make in marvellous, just change the resolution)

Actually, how does that work with higher LODs? Can we keep auto skinning and disable the sim? Is auto skinning looks good enough at a distance without the sim?

it looks pretty good when walking but while running it seems like it has 0 weight to it. Is that something you can control with a parameter or is it just not good enough yet? same with the clipping in the back. That's unfortunate, otherwise it seems to handle collisions very well

idk, looks nice imo. for the back, i surprised people don't recognize the problem. the example physics asset has collision primitives placed too near to the body so it peeks thru. you can download the example and fix it
