Chipotle worker Roberto Hernandez says he was working when the woman claimed her UberEats order was wrong. The woman demanded a refund before she was told that the refunds were only issued by Uber. She then walked behind the counter and made her meal with double meat. Hernandez said he later reviewed the Uber receipt and found that she never ordered double meat in the first place. The woman is still threatening the workers online, according to Hernandez. "Yesterday, she was saying 'I’m going to come back... and take their life. I was scared. This woman was at her local store. She saw a room that looked like a display. So she walked right in and made herself at home. She started messing with the computer and started typing on it. Her husband then earns her that this is someone’s actual office. She didn’t notice the personal pictures on the shelf. Was it really her fault or should they have put the office in an area away from the displays, I don’t think she knew it was someone’s office, should she be removed for this?

This young lady waited in line for the buy one get one free promo and missed the cutoff by 15 minutes. To be fair she was already in line for about 45 minutes so she technically did they there in time she just wasn’t being served at the time of deadline. The employee said she missed it but the manager overrode it and actually gave it to her as 2($4.45), which means she only charged her for two sides of extra meat which is still cheaper than a standard burrito. However the young lady saw it as two separate items and thinks they scammed her. I know Chipotle is a fan favorite for many people but do you think Chipotle could have explained it better for her?

A woman and her husband went to the store to get an Apple gift card for $100. After they got it, they had tried to use it for their iPhone. The opened the package and got the card out, the last few digits on the back of the card are missing and she couldn’t use it. She goes back to the store and speaks to customer service about a refund. Customer service claims they can’t do anything about it because there are no refunds on gift cards and they need to call the company the card is for. She then pulls a few of the same cards off of the display and opens them in front of customer service and proves to them that they all have the same issue. This does look like the card was manufactured defectively and the customer service rep acknowledged it, but why are they leaving it on the shelf for other people to buy it and be ripped off?
