Then move to 1 v 1s in the channels. If attackers get into the box they are 1 v GK. Coaching points (group defending): · Movement: initial press to narrow space in front of attackers. · Scanning: where is the threat? Where are my teammates? · Communication: work as a group. · Positioning: protect the central area; use the channels as reference; keep a tight line. Progression (optional): create attacking overloads.
