[New Combat System] 1/2 -Strike, blast, tackle are still dodgeable if you backfloat from close to mid, sometimes you can't dodge, but its situational to the opponent's timing. -if u backfloat from close to mid, RR, SM, Green, Ultimate are NOT dodgeable.

2/2 -If you float forward while your enemy backfloats you can reduce the opponent's vanish bar, new tech (?) I still think backfloat should not have been touched, they only added rng to the game and sometimes you get punished for playing better than your opponent.

I wouldnt exactly agree to the "NOT dodgeable" part. Its just a different time window since those attacks mentioned "stop time" during activation in which vanish wont be restored, hence the same timing to vanish them wont work. But to be honest its pretty bad nonetheless.

It seems like if ur patient and wait for a bit longer, you should still be able to vanish regardless. Obviously the problem still lies that you shouldn't lose vanish in that situation in the first place.

This change is bad and tbh I think the better way would be if you’re back floating close to mid no penalty but once you go mid to long that’s when this effect should take place and since you can’t pv a blast at long anymore I think that helps
