BREAKING: New video shows that the Muslim Brotherhood-linked Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) are using chemical weapons in Sudan again. The yellow smoke rising over Umm Garfa after an airstrike on July 18th indicates that SAF is using chlorine gas in its airstrikes again. They were caught on footage doing the same twice in 2024, with a France24 investigation showing clearly that chlorine gas barrels were dropped over the Garri Military Base on September 5th and then again on September 13th against the Al-Jaili Oil Refinery. Last week’s chlorine gas attack came just 2 days before the imposed Stage 2 Sanctions against Sudan under the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control and Warfare Elimination Act (CBW Act). Stage 1 sanctions took effect in June last year for the chlorine gas attacks in 2024. The new Stage 2 sanctions were put in place after it was determined that Sudan was uncooperative in investigating the 2024 attacks and unwilling to take guaranteeing that future chemical weapons attacks wouldn’t take place. The secondary round of sanctions means that the U.S. government is now legally mandated to oppose and vote against any loan, financial assistance or technical aid to Sudan from major global institutions, including the World Bank. It also expanded the restrictions to ban the export of almost all American goods, sensitive technologies, and dual-use materials to Sudan. Anything with a potential security or military application faces a policy of “presumptive denial.” There are no Stage 3 sanctions the U.S. could take after the most recent chemical weapons attack but experts believe that repeated chemical attacks while under Stage 2 sanctions will lead to Sudan being designated a State Sponsor of Terrorism (SST). That would trigger an entirely separate layer of global financial isolation for Sudan.

One last stop in #bali to surprise a community that was in need of a new school with the BIG news that Lance Breitstein 🇺🇸🌎 has donated a new school for them and construction will begin this month and will be finished in a few months! Until now, these kids have sadly not had a place to learn, they just used some extra space in the community center which has been FAR from ideal -- thanks to Lance's generosity, they'll soon have their own school to learn in later this year! I was at Mahindra University in Hyderabad Mahindra University last weekend, to preside, as Chancellor, over our 4th Annual Convocation. A particularly exciting feature of the trip was to see the innovation that is bubbling up all over the different Schools in the University. The diversity of the projects was energizing. A couple of examples: The Engineering School students have developed an autonomous E-shuttle that will be able to provide point-to-point unmanned transportation around the 100 acre campus. And Santosh, a new faculty member of the School of Design Innovation, showcased a line of footwear he had conceptualised (along with IIT Madras and ISB) using Gongadi fabric, woven from the coarse, warm wool of native sheep breeds. For centuries, it’s been made by local weavers for tribal and pastoral communities to keep warm in the chilly winters of the Deccan plateau. He’s adapted it to make footwear that local farmers can use which is easy to clean and maintain despite usage in muddy terrain and hopes to take the project forward at Mahindra University Universities must, and will leverage innovation that improves the quality of our lives…

The idea that lifting weights will stunt a child’s growth is actually a myth that for some reason started and spread after a mid 1900s Chinese study to find out why child laborers on a mine in a remote region of China were on average signifigently shorter than their peers. The hypothesis was that it was due to carrying heavy loads out of the mines. However, the technology at the time could not confirm that as the cause, and the study was deemed inconclusive because they couldn’t tell if the cause was in fact the loads or if it was due to malnourishment due to the remote area in China, and all the time spent in the mines. Fast forward to 1999, Dr Avery Faigenbaum relooked at the issue this time studying a group of pre-pubescent children participating in resistance training vs a control group (Faigenbaum et al. 1999). Using modern technology )I believe he used MRIs) he found that the bone density was actually thicker in the trained group vs the control group, with no damage or negative impact on growth plates. Several hundred follow up studies have been done in the close to 25 years since and have all confirmed Faigenbaum’s findings. Resistance training (which includes weight training) causes bone density increases with no risk to growth plates. As such, even the American Association of Pediatrics as well as many other orgs such as National Strength & Conditioning Association and National Academy of Sports Medicine all encourage youth resistance training under qualified supervision. The Field Marshal was briefed in detail regarding ongoing Operation Ghazab lil Haq and developments along Pakistan–Afghanistan border. Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir interacted with the officers and troops deployed in forward areas, commending their unwavering professionalism, operational vigilance, and high morale during the ongoing skirmishes. He lauded their steadfast commitment to safeguarding Pakistan’s sovereignty and ensuring peace and stability in the region. Gaza will be administered by a temporary, transitional government of Palestinian technocrats who will be responsible for providing day-to-day services for the people of the Strip. The committee will be supervised by a new international body established by the US in consultation with Arab and European partners. It will establish a framework for funding the redevelopment of Gaza until the Palestinian Authority has completed its reform program. 10. An economic plan will be created to rebuild Gaza through the convening of experts with experience in constructing modern Middle East cities and through the consideration of existing plans aimed at attracting investments and creating jobs. 11. An economic zone will be established, with reduced tariffs and access rates to be negotiated by participating countries. 12. No one will be forced to leave Gaza, but those who choose to leave will be allowed to return. Moreover, Gazans will be encouraged to remain in the Strip and offered an opportunity to build a better future there. 13. Hamas will have no role in Gaza’s governance whatsoever. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. Today I have to reach another city for an important work. Nearby petrol pumps had no petrol due to the ongoing #TruckDriversProtest so I was a bit tensed as to how I would reach my destination. I decided to wake up at 04:00 AM and reach the highway to take lift. Suddenly a truck stopped and driver offered me lift. He told me that he is from Rajasthan and he is going to return this truck to the owner. He told that today this is his last ride and from tomorrow he will do some other work. I asked, why? For which he replied it’s because of BJP, BjP has made laws in which we have to pay 10 lakhs and 10 year imprisonment if my truck meets with any accident. He told that he earns only 15k per month and doesn’t have his own house, he can’t pay this much. He started crying, I gave him some money when I reached the destination for the ride, that he denied And when I was getting down from the truck he said with tears, Babu ji don’t vote for bjp if you care for poor people in Bharat . A Glider bus driver and Syrian national says his family were forced out of their home after a two-year campaign of intimidation which led to a race hate attack on Sunday night. A Glider bus driver and Syrian national says his family were forced out of their home after a two-year campaign of intimidation which led to a race hate attack on Sunday night. Torki Al Omare was at home with his wife and three children aged 11, 9 and 7 on Sunday night in Holywood when a group of masked youths attacked their home with stones, breaking windows and causing minor injuries to two of the children. Police are treating the incident on Church Green as a racially motivated hate crime.
