@LeeShoo @JudithMoritz They make a big deal out of one of the families complaining about Dr Shoo Lee (ignoring Lucy Letby's parents). They then also ignore one of the families complaining about Judith Moritz.

I don't think it was appropriate for the presenter to say "the families of the babies who died and those who were harmed are very upset about the presentation of this new interpretation", when towards the end of the interview they mention that the solicitors representing the families refused to comment. She is assuming the views of a single parent interviewed by the Daily Mail reflect the views of all families.

@LeeShoo @JudithMoritz What a hypocrite @JudithMoritz is. She could stay quiet for the sake of the parents but chooses to keep the now farcical 'guilty' narrative alive purely for personal financial gain and yet she has the brass neck to criticise the panel fighting for justice pro bono.

I am not sure where Judith Moritz goes to in the long gaps between her broadcast performances on Lucy Letby, but it’s somewhere well away from media. The non medical evidence was laughed out some time ago. As to “Lucy’s performance in court” trope. Tell us, Judith. How would an innocent person who has been tormented for six years behave? How does this differ from what you saw? How substantive is that difference??. Enough to bang her away for life. Really? are you that confident? Trial by ordeal went out of fashion centuries ago. Fundsmentally Dr Lee shows that there were no crimes. You can’t argue this, but seem to believe that the prosecution’s monstering of Letby shows that it was still her who committed those crimes that didn’t happen. Can you not see a tiny logic problem here? #lucyletby @Overlordmainst1 @sheelanagiggles @LucyLetbyTrials

@LeeShoo @JudithMoritz I mean, what does it take for people to realise that ALL that matters is the medical evidence. If there were no murders then there was no murderer. The prosecution case was blown away. It would only matter if there were two opposing credible views.

Police investigating the murder of realtor Ketan Agarwal have stated that any confession made by an accused during police interrogation is not admissible as evidence in court and that the case will ultimately depend on legally sustainable evidence. Speaking on the investigation, the Superintendent of Police (Pune Rural) said that while the circumstantial evidence collected so far is strong, investigators are continuing to gather additional proof to establish a logical and legally sound conclusion. The SP emphasized that the investigation is being conducted on the basis of evidence, including witness statements, technical data, and other material collected during the probe. Authorities are working to strengthen the case before presenting their findings in court.
