So your telling people not to be a numpty and be prepared, perhaps you should train the security staff on the subject of insulin pumps, every time I go away I get nothing but hassle because staff don't have a clue when I tell them I can't go through the body scanner with my pump

On one occasion I told the security person that I could not go through the body scanner wearing my insulin pump ,so I removed it which I don't need to do and he walked straight through the said scanner with my insulin pump, I carry paperwork explaining this but to no avail

Please endeavour to sort this out as Glasgow is the only airport this happens to me ,st Lucia Antigua majorca Mexico Gatwick all no problem at all, why is Glasgow any different

You need to train the security staff on customer care especially for those with disabilities. They're downright rude. Hidden disabilities are a thing and they need to be courteous towards all.

Was brilliant in March when the airport was quiet but a nightmare in May.

no staff,long queues ,you’ve cut wages so badly that staff receive no sick pay,no overtime payments,it used to be a well run security now it’s run by clowns

Why do liquids still need to be under 100 ml?
