NEW: Ohio High School counselor admits to sxually abusing a student in her office, blames her husband for "neglecting" her. Remarkable. Married mother of three Emily Nutley, 43, has pled guilty to two counts of sxual battery. The student had come to Nutley for "help and guidance" and got...
