@Delta should have contacted local authorities on behalf of the woman taking the connecting flight with the information and provided the man's name and copy of the video and victim's name. There is no excuse for dismissal.

I was physically assaulted on a flight and was too scared to say anything until we landed for the same reason. I also got the ‘you should’ve said something during the flight’ line from both the cabin crew and the airline. Will walk to Italy before I ever use @easyJet again
