I had to do this of course - test out the new Google Omni Flash model with my favorite 3d art sandbox - Dreams. Just a quick test for now.. I'll be sharing more examples and techniques soon but wanted to show you this one. There's something very fitting about combining "handmade" 3d models and animations sculpted from scratch in software that runs on 2013 hardware, with some of the most advanced AI technology in the world. As part of my work for Google, I've used Google V2V models on a few different projects now - Ancestra, Dear Upstairs Neighbors and most recently one of the IO films (I'll share more about that project soon) 🥰 - and video continues to be my favorite form of input for Generative Ai workflows. If an image says more than a thousand words, a video says more than a million. And knowing that these capabilities are now in the hands of all of you, makes me very excited to see the new workflows and projects that will come out of it. What do you think of Omni so far?

We should never manipulate markets that are very competitive and have been functioning so well for so long. The truth is about credit cards, every time there's a new entrant, it's so competitive. They offer 0% financing for six months. Now as a result of this jawboning, it'd be very easy for new entrants to come in and say, "Look, we'll put, charge 10% for the first year," which is what Trump wants, but if you all of a sudden start to manipulate or put mandates or try and control free markets, people will lose credit availability, and rates won't change long term. It's so competitive that the rates that are charged now take into account bad debt, the cost of funding all of the loyalty programs. It's a free market, so let the market do its thing. I don't like government, any government, ever manipulating markets. It never ends well. It always ends badly.

THEORY: Did Fanatics’ launch of stitched NFL jerseys for 30 teams reveal 2 teams planning new uniform redesigns in 2027? Connecting the drop with facts & rumors about why the Saints & Dolphins *could* be working on new primary uniforms! 🎥👇 I transcribed my video below, but the key points to consider: - I’m not reporting a redesign, but those I could reach today said my theory makes sense - Prior to this, there was already enough signs & smoke around the Dolphins & Saints considering new uniforms - The 2026 season has been locked since before the 2025 season, this is for 2027 - No one made a mistake, this is just a product of the long uniform process TRANSCRIPT (for those who like to read 😉): I think I might have uncovered something pretty big. You might know I love talking about jerseys, uniforms, sports design, especially in football. And occasionally, I like to report a little news, break some news I find out. Well, yesterday, Fanatics officially announced what I reported back in October, that they're bringing back stitched jerseys for NFL jerseys. But I didn't get excited and start connecting some dots until I noticed that they didn't drop the stitched jerseys for every NFL team. There are two missing. And it got me thinking about everything I've ever reported and said, all my videos I've ever made, and it specifically brought me to three key facts. Fact 1: teams work on new uniform designs for multiple years. My talks and videos with the Falcons and Ravens confirm this. The reason for this, among many reasons, they need to let manufacturers know ahead of time to get the proper materials and to prepare the new designs, both the new ones and to wind down existing ones. Fact 2: that does impact distributors. Retailers are notified as early as a year out to stop ordering and selling certain jerseys if new ones will be replacing it because they don't want to be sitting there with a bunch of unsold jerseys. That brings me to Fact 3. We know that Fanatics has been the NFL's official manufacturer and distributor, the exclusive one, since 2018. Well, the two teams that did not have stitched jerseys dropped with the rest of the league? My Dolphins and the Saints. Now I want to be clear real quick: Fanatics did not mess up. They did not make a mistake. They were simply following the long-winding uniform process that multiple parties are involved in. So why does this raise flags in me that the Saints and Dolphins could be getting new uniforms in 2027? Again, we know how long the process is, but there have been multiple reports about whispers within the Saints organization about new uniform and considerations, possible changes And back in April 2025, when I first reported the Dolphins having internal and external interest in a dark uniform, they also had interest in an orange uniform. So both teams having some whispers, some reported discussions about new uniforms does tell me maybe there is fire with this smoke. And also importantly, I feel like most Dolphins and Saints fans have wanted new uniforms for a while now. Maybe the organizations are listening. Now, I'm not confirming anything. And all of this, I guess, could be a moot point if the Saints and Dolphins quickly drop stitched jerseys for retail… unless we find out it was a rushed reactionary process. Once again, I'm just connecting the dots, but what do you want to see?

Arteta on his role to re-energise the Arsenal team. 💪 “Certainly, when you lose a game, you have a lot of feelings because, especially, this group of players are so competitive and they seek for excellence and when you don't reach it, you ask yourself questions, and we did that. “But I think my role there as well is to bring optimism and reality about where we are, and yeah, our club has a long history. And to find a moment where, in February, we're in the position that we are, is very difficult to find. So guys, we are doing so many things so well, and let's focus mainly on that. And for sure, we want to improve, we want to be better in every area, but with that sense as well of self-confidence and conviction that we are in the right path. Anyone need to lift Arteta? “No, in these moments, no. Normally, I'm the opposite and when we are doing so well, I'm there with a stick to say, 'This is not good enough,' 'This is not good enough.' The other day, no, because I know how much they wanted the amount of games and the demands that we put on those players every day. “In those moments, they need to understand and feel that we are right behind them. I'm mainly responsible for that and they keep playing with that freedom, with that enjoyment, as I discussed the other day, and I make sure that that journey is beautiful because what is ahead is great and everybody has to be part of that but in a good sense and with good humor and with good optimism and looking forward to it.”

"I'm desperate. I'm as desperate as I've ever been as a Cleveland Browns fan to put an end to this QB search that has been going on for over two decades...and if this guy could be a vehicle to stop that search, I'm willing to accept the baggage that he comes with." 🚨 Nick Pedone to Jonathan Peterlin on why the #Browns can't settle for the current QB situation of this season with another option with potential being available

Applied Intuition CEO Qasar Younis on the autonomous driving approaches being taken by Tesla and Waymo, and why both can succeed in the years to come: "Generally speaking, every single car company on the planet right now is working on a product that’s like a Tesla FSD product. Many companies are working on versions of that, that would become fully autonomous within a cheap sensor suite." "So the fundamental difference, just to simplify the Tesla approach versus the Waymo approach... the Waymo approach is lots of sensors and lots of compute, and maps, and the Tesla version is very few sensors, no high fidelity maps... and cheaper compute for a lack of a better word." "And the Tesla version of a product, this in the industry is called an L2++ product, is going to be available everywhere because it’s literally cheaper and it doesn’t require HD maps. The Waymo product functions better in a geographically constrained area." "So, fast forward five years, both of these types of technologies will be much more ubiquitous. L2++ and L4 will be much more ubiquitous, not only in the Bay Area or in parts of China, but really globally - there are companies working on this globally." "We’re at that moment for L2++ systems. Where people are willing to pay thousands of dollars for a semi-automated vehicle." "It will not be a long time — you’re already seeing this in China — where the downward pricing pressure for the autonomous product, for lack of a better word, will become close to free." Qasar Younis Lenny Rachitsky

Marc Andreessen on the 3 things he looks for when investing in a startup The first thing Marc Andreesen looks for is a big market: “Is there a big existing market that you think you can go after and displace incumbents? Or do you believe there will be a new market that will be big?” The second thing he looks for is a 10x better product: “Is there a fundamental technology or economic change that justifies a new company? And the way I always think about that is: Is there a 10x change happening in the technology landscape? Is something 10x faster, 10x cheaper, or 10x better? If it’s not 10x, we as both VCs and entrepreneurs have to ask ourselves if it’s really worth doing because it’s really hard to start new companies . . . Existing companies are usually pretty good at what they do. So for a new company to exist, it has to bring a product to market that’s so much better than what exists that it punches through the status quo.” The third is the team: “Is the team outstanding? . . . You want to have a founding team of complementary skillsets. You want to have at least one super strong technologist — quite possibly more than one. Some of the best startups are actually more than one founding technologist. And then it often helps to have someone who is a marketing or salesperson who has a really good understanding of business.” Marc believes that you need all three of these, but if you’re going to compromise on one of those as an investor, it should be the product: “A great market is a lot easier to make up for with iterative product execution. The problem with a poor or small market is that even if you do a good job on the product, there just aren’t that many customers so it’s hard to ever get big and people get demoralized . . . And then we evaluate the team of a startup by its ability to get into a big market with a good product.”
