I'm up late with the rest of you building AI agents with the new AI browser from Genspark. We can see where this is all going: a new kind of operating system -- one that is very different than the Microsoft centric way that I've been working for 20 years. There are several things that these new agentic browsers bring to you: 1. They let you change how you browse. With an old browser like Google Chrome, you go to your email, Facebook, or X. 2. With these new browsers, you tell it where to go and what to do for you. 3. It can even build software for you. At the end of this video, I have it building me a little YouTube uploading utility, which is very helpful. 4. They have a ton of "applications" built in. Think of it as a new kind of office suite. Docs. Spreadsheets. Slide decks. And much more. All built with AI, not bolted on the side like with Microsoft's Office. 5. They have AI models built "underneath" so you can work privately and cheaply. There’s a lot of new choices you have to make with browsers like this. I’ve been playing with a bunch of them. Some have better user interfaces than others. Some have different versions, slide components, or applications. The reason I like Genspark is because they ship so fast. I’ve been watching this company since its very beginnings, and every week they ship new things. Just yesterday, they shipped a new photo editing feature for my iPhone. I upload a photo and then I can just talk to it and edit it with my voice. It's really cool. I try to reward companies that ship at such a fast rate and that are shipping innovation that improves our lives. It's not that I'm going to stop using Google Chrome. My whole life has been there for, I don't know, almost 20 years now. This is a different way of working and it gives me a space to run my AI tasks that's different than Google Chrome. I run them side by side. One doing old stuff, one doing new stuff. I can keep using Google Chrome for my old stuff, like my email and my calendar. And I use GenSpark or one of the new AI browsers to do new AI-centric things. All sorts of new things that these new agentic browsers open up! Have you tried it, or one of the other new ones yet? The notion that all new cars suck sort of gets debunked the second the Lexus LFA gets mentioned. One of the only supercars where Lexus did not compensate by making it a hybrid or a twin turbo six cylinder. What Toyota did instead was build an absolute masterpiece, from an engine that is extremely impressive considering it is a V10 that weighs like a V6 and is as compact as a V8, to an exterior package that is truly beautiful for a supercar without going over the top. Seeing this car for the first time at ModaMiami was amazing because of how much it stood apart next to all the fancy Koenigsegg, Czinger 21C, and Bugatti builds, not because it was wilder but because the styling and the lines are truly understated in a beautiful way. The Lexus LFA is powered by a 4.8 liter naturally aspirated V10 developed with Yamaha, producing 552 horsepower and revving to 9,000 rpm so quickly it required a digital tachometer. It accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in around 3.7 seconds, reaches a top speed of 202 mph, and the Nürburgring Package set a 7 minute 14 second lap at the Nordschleife. Only 500 were built, featuring a carbon fiber body and one of the most legendary engine sounds ever put in a production car.

Unfortunately… I need to sell my Cybertruck. I’m sure many will not be surprised because I have owned so many Teslas but this one is different and for very different, personal reasons, that I won’t go in to on X. With that said…. FOR SALE: 2024 Cybertruck AWD - 2884 miles (still new!) It is a 2024 Cybertruck AWD with Tactical Grey Interior and lives in the garage. This truck doesn’t look like any other and for those that have followed me for a long time, you know I keep my vehicles mint. The tattered flags are just vinyl stickers and can be removed from the PPF easily if you choose. NEWS: BYD today ‌unveiled its second-generation Blade Battery with "Flash Charging 2.0" • LFP • Peak charging speed: 1,500kW • 20% ​to 97% charge in under 12 minutes, even at -20°C (-4°F) • Charges 10% to 70% in 5 mins • 5% higher energy density • BYD has increased the guaranteed capacity retention rate by 2.5% and promised a lifetime warranty on the battery cells • Delivers a driving ​range of up to 1,006 km (621 miles) on the (optimistic) CLTC cycle, an improvement from the ~600 km (373 miles) range in the first-generation Blade Battery. The new battery would likely mean a 450 mile range if tested on the EPA cycle. • Ten BYD models will be the first to feature the battery • The Yangwang U7, equipped with a 150-kWh battery pack, "achieves a pure electric range of 1,006 km, while the fully electric Denza Z9GT have a range of up to 1,036 km" on CLTC cycle. BYD also aims to expand its "Flash Charging" network to ​20,000 stations by the end of 2026, including 2,000 on highways. The company had built more than 4,000 stations as of March 5. However, keep in mind that in the past BYD has been slow to roll out promised ultra fast charging infrastructure expansion.

Excited to show some surprising inventions on generative multiplayer games we made at Google with Stanford. We call the work MultiGen. I've always been inspired by early studios like id Software with Doom or Blizzard with Warcraft bringing networked video games to the next level. We are at the point in history where we can make strides like them, but for generative games. It's a strange feeling to be in the age of generative video games while still discovering how exactly to train the models and design the tools that make them useful. All of the tools that have been invented for classic game engines need to be redesigned for generative games. For example level and world design is not entirely possible with existing technology. We introduce editable memory to diffusion game engines that allow for design of new levels via a minimap. But we can easily imagine how this can be expanded with different creation tools. The end goal of this research direction is to allow game designers to be able to guide the generation process of their world, at the granularity that they prefer. Editable memory also allows us to add multiplayer to Generative Doom. We were amazed when we saw GameNGen some years ago, and now you can play it live with friends in real-time, on your couch or even online. Shared representations like our editable memory seem like the future for this type of experience. Models are, in some cases, expensive and approximate encoders but great interpolators and extrapolators. Leveraging their strengths lets you have completely new experiences that can be realized now and not in the distant future. This work was started at my previous team and continued in collaboration with Stanford. Congratulations to all for the discoveries.
