It's format and not just GIG, there's also those that mimic TEMU, Jumia etc They're much on Telegram and come with the guise of offering you a job. People who've experienced this knows the template. Be vigilant out there! ✌🏿

True talk. GIG una no get customer care number at all. Once I had an issue a phone call could have resolved, I still had to go to their office. In 2026, it's so bad.

@Davddonmoe I have the same sms on my phone since Friday, I opened it through the notification slide pop up and I noticed the link on the mail, so as a confirm guy with 💯 street OT I already know it’s a phishing link so I never bothered to open the sms fully or even click on the link😂

It's not only GIG. My wife got same type of message from Speedaf repeatedly. She just ignored them since she didn't anything online.
