It's exactly the opposite- seed oils cause cancer/heart disease as they clog up in the lymphatic system since our body cannot dissolve them Many people don't know that cholestrol is actually an antioxidant that helps FIGHT agaisnt heart disease, it was blamed for showing up at the scence. Fire trucks don't cause fire, they prevent it.

"Listen and learn the nutritional truth of this video content. However, VET your meat carefully as Chef Barry does always. Barry supports organic farmers in Thailand and will purchase meats from GAME-only first-choice grass-finished and regenerative agricultural practices. YES, I know easier said than done as most all meats today are adulterated and exploited for industry financial gains only." Holistic Chef Barry Anderson of Phuket Thailand

But if you eat lot of processed carb? I guess in those cases the leaner meats are healthier choice. High carbs and high fat is pretty unnatural combination. Or did our ancestors mix honey and fatty meats regularly?
