Here is how you turn a #GaussianSplatting into a walkable world with 2 clicks. First of all, do yourself a favour and try out PostShot. The splat you see was created from a 3-minute video taken with my phone. It ran for around 12 hours on a laptop with a 3060, and the output was beyond my expectations! That being said, whatever tool or app you use to create your Splat, you can import it directly into arrival.space from there you can: - Clean it up and compress it thanks to the direct integration with Supersplat Editor - Generate a rough mesh (that you can export with a paid plan and adjust in Blender ) - Explore it freely on the #web or in #VR Make sure to drop your Space in the comments. I asked Garry Tan how to use meta prompting to get better at AI: "My partners at YC Jared Friedman and Pete Koomen showed me how to do this. You can take almost anything that you do all the time and just drop it into a context window. And then say, “Here’s a bunch of inputs and outputs." And maybe you also add a bunch of notes. And then you tell it, “Write me a prompt that can act as an agent that takes this input and makes this output over here.” You can do this for almost any type of knowledge work. And you can even introspect. "What are things you notice that I did to convert this from the input to the output?”. And then you can just start using the prompt. Initially, it’s going to suck. Because it’s just not that smart yet. But what’s funny is now, I also use it to Iterate my writing. You can be very direct, "I would never say that", "Don’t say it like this", or "Oh, you used the long word there, use the short word". Just speak to it conversationally. And then when you're happy with the output, you can use that new output to make a new prompt. "Based on this conversation, give me a better initial prompt that incorporates all the things we talked about." And you can do this with literally everything. And in theory, there’s so much it applies to that people do day-to-day. You could use it for tweets. You could use it for editing podcasts. You can use it for pretty much everything. I have a folder of prompts that I use all the time. My YouTube prompt is on v27 or something. I'll go through this process with all the different max models. I'll use GPT 5.2 Pro. I’ll use Grok. I'll use Claude. Then, I’ll take all the outputs from all the models and put them into Claude and say "Here’s my prompt, here’s the output from four LLMs, including yourself. Rate each response and tell me what the pros and cons of each approach are." And I usually say "give it to me in numbered form". And then you can agree with one, disagree with two, tell it three is this or that. And then after that, you say given all of this, synthesize it."

All you have to do is drag in your base assets and then you can rearrange and scale them for each capsule. What used to take me an hour now takes 5 minutes. I'm making this tool available for anyone who wants it.

Bash is all you need! Which is why I'm introducing my holiday project: just-bash just-bash is a pretty complete implementation of bash in TypeScript designed to be used as a bash tool by AI agents. Because it turns out agents love exploring data via shell scripts, even beyond coding. It comes with grep, sed, awk and the 99th percentile features that an agent like Claude Code or Cursor would use. In fact, Claude Code can use it for secure bash execution. In the package - A bash-tool for AI SDK - A binary for use by yourself or your coding agents - An overlay filesystem to feed files to your agent securely - A Vercel Sandbox compatible API, so you can quickly upgrade to a real VM if you need to run binaries - An example AI agent that explores the just-bash code base using just-bash - I imported the Oils shell bash compatibility suite and just-bash passes a very good chunk What is interesting about this codebase: It was essentially entirely written by Opus 4.5. Coding agents love bash and they are good at reproducing it. They are also great at text-book recursive descent parsers and AST tweet-walk interpreters. That said, it is, like, a lot of code and I didn't read it all 😅. This is very much a hack, but it also seems to be _really_ useful. I haven't really found anything agents want to use that it doesn't support and it's fast and secure (caveats apply). It doesn't have write access to your computer and the filesystem is given a root that the agent cannot escape from. You can draw on your screen, speak to it, or type what you mean, and Bluey turns all of that into rich context for Claude Code or Codex. I’ve been using it to design websites and debug UI because I can finally say things like “move this here” or “make this section feel cleaner” while pointing at the actual screen. No more writing long explanations. No more manually describing screenshots. No more agents getting lost because they don’t know what “this” or "that" means. You can just point to it, speak or type and it will curate the best possible context for your agents Bluey captures the screenshot, annotation, transcript, app/window context, and the details your agent needs, then sends it directly into your coding session. This is controversial, but in many cases, humans have become the bottleneck in building software. You are making everything slower and worse by babysitting agentic coding tools. You aren't better at coding than frontier models, and you are letting your ego get in your own way. I'm working with Vorflux and their platform to build software on autopilot. "Autopilot" is the key here: their platform is designed to work autonomously, for a long time, with no human intervention. I like it because they do a lot of the verification I'd have to do myself. An idea goes in → good software comes out In my tests, this works well for complex problems and non-trivial tasks. You don't use this to fix a button's color. You use this to build an entire feature that would take you hours of planning and days of work. Now, the reason the output is really good is that they have baked in adversarial agents that verify outputs at different levels. They aren't trying to finish earlier. They are focusing on giving you good software back. It takes 5 minutes to set up. Connect your repo, give it a task (something big, ambitious), go to sleep, and come back the next day to a solution. That's it. By the way, really cool that they built a bunch of ways to notify you when the work is done, and you get a summary video with everything that was done. Software you can feel. Today with wabi I built something the world probably didn’t know it needed. A wax seal creator inspired by all those Pinterest stamp images and my obsession with medieval emblems. You upload a stamp, tap the wax, and watch it melt and deform almost like your screen is giving in. Not just visual. Physical. And yes, you can export your stamp as a png to use on your letters.

This is very concerning - New key making machines scan your keys digitally and create a profile - You can opt to have it save your key so you can access it again in the future - Then you pay for your key with your credit card - This means this system has a virtual copy of your key and your credit card information, meaning they can get your address If a data leak or bad actors were involved it would be incredibly easy for someone to get your address, make a key and do whatever they’re going to do Not all technology is progress, some is dangerous
