At 36:00, just after K. makes the point that by relying on continued Sink-OL and NET, the IAM r muting any debate on Marshall, Johan's mind automatically goes back to those insufficient 6-7% (even THO he had admitted 15% as requred!) to argue that Marshall were impossible😁

@KevinClimate @jrockstrom I have some bad news for Johan. His analysis of the insufficiencies of the IAMs is secondary to the insufficiencies of the GCMs which cannot reproduce the system shifts that are already happening. ECS is >4.5C We have already passed our 2C budget. Marshall plan is only answer.
