I work at a collision center. You would be blown away by how many seniors do this. Or any other number of things they hit. In my opinion people over 70 need to be re tested for a license. As the police put it, it’s a privilege not a right.

MINNEAPOLIS: Troopers were in pursuit of a driver on I-94 northbound passing Dowling Ave. N. around 9:20 p.m. The original reason for the pursuit was speed and for driving conduct. Troopers tried to slow down the driver with the “wiggle” technique, but the driver eventually crashed north of 53rd Avenue North around 9:25 p.m. Medics were requested for apparent minor injuries to the suspect driver and there were no other reports of injury.
