People with weak cores struggle to stabilize their bodies when they walk. Every step you take sends a little punch up your leg into your hip and lower back. Planks with one or more support points removed to expose this weakness. Use these 12 exercises to strengthen your core: 1 - Bird-Dog (0:06) 3 x 10/side Beginners start with this exercise because removing two support points with your knees on the floor is easier. The goal is to straighten the opposing arm and leg. A client wobbled when she removed her two support points today, which humbled her. 2 - Front Plank with Leg Lift, Elbows (0:15) 3 x 10/side The second plank involves lifting one leg at a time. Being on your elbows is easier than your straightened arms, so I'll first have people familiarize themselves with this position. Lift your leg as high as you can without swinging too much. Hold at the top for a few seconds to increase the burn. 3 - Front Plank with Arm/Leg Lift, Elbows (0:20) 3 x 10 The third plank resembles the Bird Dog, except your knees are off the floor. Straighten the opposite arm and leg at the same time, and hold. You might struggle to reach a full lengthening, so do your best and practice. Removing one hand off the floor also strengthens your shoulder blade muscles. 4 - Front Rotation Plank, Elbows (0:28) 3 x 10/side The fourth plank engages different abdominal muscles with the rotation. Your arms should point toward the ceiling, something beginners might initially struggle with. 5 - Push-Up Plank (0:34) 3 x 10 The fifth plank is excellent for building upper body strength at home. You are bound to break a sweat and work your chest and triceps. I've had many clients struggle to do more than one rep. 6 - Spider Plank, Elbows (1:01) 3 x 10/side The sixth plank improves your hip mobility as well. You want to open the leg and bring your knee to hip level while keeping in the air. 7 - Lateral Raise Plank (1:09) 3 x 10-20/side The seventh plank is done in a push-up position with your arms straight. There is now more weight on your arms, making it harder to stabilize when you remove a support point. My client tried this variation and had to regress to the Bird Dog because she couldn't support herself. Work your way up to 20 reps/side for extra posture gains. 8 - Toe Taps, Straight Arms (1:22) 3 x 10/side The eight plank has you lifting one leg toward one side and touching the floor with your toes. The contact is brief - You're tapping, not resting. 9 - Mountain Climbers with Twist (1:29) 3 x 10/side The ninth plank is a twist on the classic mountain climbers exercise. You lift one leg and bring it toward the opposite elbow, then repeat on the other side. Increase the speed to add a cardio component, but ensure you can first go through the full range of motion. 10 - Arm/Leg Lift Plank, Straight Arms (1:42) 3 x 10 The tenth plank is the final evolution of the Bird Dog in this series. Straighten your opposite arm and leg, and hold for a few seconds to increase the burn. You can also hold the lengthened position for an extended period, like 30 to 60 seconds. 11 - Plank Jacks (1:54) 3 x 30-60s The eleventh plank is a variation of the classic Jumping Jack. This dynamic exercise adds a cardio component to your core workout. Shuffle both feet toward the side, then jump back to the starting position, Ensure you keep your hips aligned with your head and shoulders. You want to avoid your lower back crashing below them and potentially hurting yourself. 12 - Knee to Elbow Plank, Straight Arms (2:01) 3 x 10/side This series's twelfth and final plank requires the most stability and mobility. Most people are unable to reach their knee to the elbow. Enjoy practicing this one; you will feel stronger after three full sets. // Planks with one or more support points removed are excellent for building a more stable posture when you move. They can be done anywhere with enough space. Progress through the twelve variations in this series and watch how your core strength improves. Enjoy!

Here's the full setup: → Step 1: Go to Download and install. Update to version 0.2.2.0 or higher. → Step 2: Open terminal. Type: ollama pull gemma4. Downloads the model. Done. → Step 3: Install OpenClaw. Select Ollama as your provider. Point it at port 11434. Pick Gemma 4. That's it. Your AI agent is now running locally. Message it through Telegram, Slack, Discord, or WhatsApp like a coworker. Read files. Write code. Remember context across every conversation. All on your own hardware. Nothing beats open-source! We now have a fully open-source coding agent that can compete with any proprietary solution out there: • 500+ available models • It doesn't train on your code • It doesn't charge a penny for tokens • It's open. You can change if you want. Kilo Code is the #1 app on OpenRouter right now, and the community is releasing new features on GitHub at rocket speed (about 20 releases in the last 30 days). I installed it in Visual Studio Code, but you can install it in pretty much any IDE. I need to spend more time with it, but here is a very interesting design choice: Most coding agents support two modes: an "agentic" mode for writing code and an "ask" mode for talking to the model without making any changes. Kilo Code supports 5 different modes: 1. Architect mode - Research, design, and planning 2. Debug mode - Problem solving and troubleshooting 3. Code mode - To write code. 4. Ask mode - To talk to the model. 5. Orchestrator mode - Combine every agent to solve problems. On paper, I really like this. I'll need more time to try out the specialized agents and see whether niching becomes an advantage. Here is the link to the website: Thanks to the Kilo (acq. by Anaconda) for partnering with me on this post.

I'd like to introduce you to Creator Buddy, the greatest AI content tool ever made It's 8 AI tools in one to help you come up with endless bangers, explode your engagement, and grow your network faster than you can imagine It's going to change the way you use X forever Over the last 3 years I've grown from 0 to 260,000 followers on X I did this completely organically. No bots or retweet groups. All through banger content and reply guying I took every system and strategy I used to get to 260k and 6 figures of revenue on X and put them in this tool Then I powered it all by AI so it's 10x smarter and easier to use This isn't your mother's AI either. This is an AI trained on millions of X posts. Trained on what works and what doesn't This AI will create better content than you've ever seen in your entire life I'm not kidding. BANGERS only It's also everything I wanted Grok to be but never was It's an AI that knows your post history so you can ask it questions like: • What topics get me the most engagement? • What hooks get me likes? • What time of day does my audience engage with me? • What calls to actions get me clicks? • I have no idea what to write about. Based on my past successful posts give me a template It will seriously change the way you create content forever. No more writer's block. No more flopped posts. No more posting into the void. And that's not even 10% of the functionality: • It also has an AI trained on the entire X algorithm so you know if your post will be algo friendly BEFORE you post • A reply guy tool that will help you be the LOUDEST reply guy on X • An AI account researching tool that is basically your own spy on X • A chrome extension that allows you to save posts directly from X and repurpose into your own voice with AI • A brain dumping tool that allows you to take whatever is on your mind and INSTANTLY turn it into content This is my life's work. I truly believe this will take your X game to the next level If you're taking X seriously, you HAVE to get Creator Buddy I truly believe moving forward there will be 2 groups of people on X: those with Creator Buddy and those without. Trust me, you want to be in the group with it I've worked endlessly the last 7 months on building this by myself. No help whatsoever Every line of code, every video, EVERYTHING was done by me. 0 help. I sacrificed everything for this tool Hit the link below and start working with your own personalized AI content coach now! And if I've ever provided you even a tiny bit of value over the last 3 years, all I ask for is a simple like and RT on this post! With love, Alex (link to Creator Buddy on next post!!!)

Finally new version of text system is released on our website ! I released as update to old version but in reality it's completely new thing in material and lot's of work in verse. I'm still working on documentation or/and videos but here is a list of good stuff it does: - Material got much lighter as slots logic moved to vertex shader. - Characters can overlap and still won't be cut out compared to old version. - Character can be animated and I already implemented some (wave, scale up/down and shake). - Custom face camera logic which works with prop scale so no need to additionally specify with and height. - Rows offset automatically when scale up or down any row. - Text effects now can be applied to any character, so words or single character. - Custom glint which works perfectly with any number of rows as a single line with multiple important controls. - Higher quality outline with two parameters to control inner and outer edge. - Timer logic split into to parts, verse and material. Verse setup initial layout and reserve slots for timer digits and then each second just sends seconds value and GPU makes timer tick freeing verse TPS by huge number. - To apply effects simply need use parsing markup with custom tag where N number between 1-9. So simply can write " Hello World" and word Hello will have rainbow effect applied. Currently implemented 4 effects. - To use icons in slots from texture array is as simple as specify another tag [iconN] where N is number of icon in array. So for example if coin is icon index 0 just need to write [icon1]100K. - Progress bar is supported as well and can be snapped to row without eyeball offset. - Background image supported now too! In the video yellow one is as test and you can use any of your own. Verse side got lots of changes: - Now saves/caches layouts better. - Smart packing of data allowed drastically reduce number of parameters, which should help with network optimization! - Instead having vector parameter per each slot to just send character index and position (32x5=160 if used 5 rows) now it's only 11 vector parameters per each row so 11x5=55 which is huge save and it sends text effects index in it too! - Implemented text update queue for text which doesn't require instant update. It helps to give more breathing for other text props which needs that speed. - Materials code now use interface and wrappers for cleaner work. If you still read it then thank you! :) On our website we now run 25% sale! And if you own old version please DM me here or in Discord and I will give you promo code for 100% discount on our website! The use cases for the OpenClaw Memelord skill are infinite: - Set a cron job cook up on-brand memes for your marketing team - Toss it in a n8n workflow for TikTok slideshows - Put your claw in a group chat with your community - Sync it with Polymarket's API to make new memes for new markets - Plug into NCAA data to make memes for March Madness - Link up with Quartr API to make new memes for quarterly reports - Connect to GitHub or Linear to market your new features A lot of people asked me "Why'd you raise $3M for a meme editor?" WHO'S READY FOR SHOPPABLE/INTERACTIVE VIDEO? Using NoSpoon studios new spinoff platform, create and detect overlaid products embedded with analyzed custom interactive overlays. You can even link to friend's profiles on X if you so choose! Most everything is customizable, including logos. We provide the embedded webpage featuring an AI analysis and detection of products within your uploaded media, as well as links users can click without interrupting playback on your content (however you can edit all of this yourself and add more products/tweak products naturally). Oh and did I mention...you can click products just by staring at them if you enable 'gaze'? It's super fun! There's a few easter eggs on the launch page too for this very sort. See if you can hold your eyes closed long enough to find a few of them... This is great for gaming, music streaming, industrial training, AI workflow sharing, anything that requires you to link to another interactive component! Feel free to go crazy! I personally think this will be great for AI workflows, as in conversation you can just say the tool then run it through NoSpoon's shoppable video platform and it will detect this (bear in mind you should say the website if you are using your audio to do this). Otherwise, it will try to find all products visible in your shots :). Here you will see it find Chanel. I've got loads of features I'll explain a bit better come Sunday, but in the meantime, enjoy this super early beta release!

working theory for a new vibe code workflow: 1. create a proof of concept in v0 2. move to github and clone in a local repo 3. use as ref for agent planning 4. create a backend directory to test API plumbing 5. create a frontend directory to prototype iteratively this way you can repeatedly rip apart the frontend for ideation without worrying about breaking changes to the backend. i really like asking for an open ended "job to be done" (i.e. place a bet with a single tap) with 5-10 variations to feel. it's the modern day wireframing. it's still UI slop but i can get ideas in my head out faster and reveal design shortcomings before polishing or worrying about making components functional. and because the v0 prototype gets you to functional ai features and backend integration fastest, you have both a technical and conceptual reference to use in your agentic planning so your v1 is more predictable with minimal effort.
