Simplicity is at the heart of great software. This is one of the reasons why Claude Code has been sticky for me. As a builder, I love planning and brainstorming, and this is now a key focus of Claude Code. I use Shift + Tab a lot to cycle between brainstorming, planning, and execution. This functionality provides the appropriate interface for me to either be very involved or less involved as I please. This works particularly well when building out new and complex features or entire new projects. This saves a huge amount of time. It allows me to tune Claude Code to execute and build more effectively. It also builds a loop of trust, and I often (surprisingly) find Claude Code asking for clarifications when it's confused. Coding agents don't normally do that. I have shared before on the power of brainstorming with AI for longer times. Try it and you will not be disappointed. Vibe coding is fun, but pair it with intentional development cycles, and you watch how far you can take a project with coding agents today.

Anthropic is giving away free Claude certifications - and I don't know why more people aren't taking advantage. If I knew nothing about AI and wanted to become AI-native in 30 days, this is what I'd do: < sign up for free Anthropic courses < use Claude to study pre-exam < once certified, extract the course content to a Claude project < prompt Claude: "Based on this course, build me a 201 version and some real hands-on exams to test my knowledge." < Complete 201 < Rinse and repeat There isn't a faster way to learn AI right now (+ this is 100% free).

This isn't a Mouse - it's a Portal. I remain in my conviction that people in the City are semi-comatose, not noticing things around them. Hell, they don't even look at the sky. This seems crazy as we are hard-wired to notice things around us, to perceive and interpret clues and signals - this necessary for our hunter-gatherer ancestors to survive. The City is a great place for the reason that when you go to or view things 'off the beaten track' things reveal themselves - nature, secrets, and stories. Many of these things are actually in the open but under the radar of the city person. I realised years ago that when I'm down in the London Underground, if I look at the far track for a few minutes, a mouse going about its business is likely to appear. The far track means it is hidden from the people on the crowded platform. Just-wait-long-enough. Sure enough, I filmed for a few seconds and a furry critter appeared to order, like magic. When you open your eyes portals reveal themselves. They take you to another world. It seems even more magical when it's just you viewing it. A world within a world, for your privilege. For a few seconds, in this case, the people on the platform faded into the background and the wild and the oceanic appeared. These portals are the Perfect Moments I talk about.

Bash commands, git, env variables, provider connections. All manual through the terminal with a Claude panel running alongside. - Claude Code Desktop: once everything is configured. GitHub connected, CLAUDE.md, Skills, subagents and Hooks ready. I do all marketing, distribution, customer research. What I bring to the table: • deep expertise in social media marketing/distribution/email marketing/copywriting • total audience of 160k + 42k newsletter (that's a lot of eyeballs ready to see what we build) • big network of creators we can use to co-market • experience building media companies from scratch • sold over 7 figs worth of products to an audience before I deeply care about product so I'll be involved in everything but the coding side. I will document our journey with build in public content (X, LinkedIn, YouTube). You don't need to be part of the content if you don't want to, I'll gladly be the dancing monkey. Robora Sim: A PyBullet-Powered Environment for Learning Robotic Physical Intelligence We are currently building our Robora simulation environment setup for our sim based learning, leveraging PyBullet, an industry-standard physics engine widely used in AI-driven robotics research and development. The environment is optimized with GPU-accelerated learning algorithms, enabling high-speed imitation learning and reinforcement learning within a safe and controlled virtual setup before shipping out to real world. This simulation platform allows our models to learn, adapt, and generalize across different robot morphologies, terrain types and task objectives - all before deployment to the real world. At it's core, the system combines a VLA-powered high-level planner with low-level motion control algorithms, working cohesively to produce emergent, physically intelligent behaviors. This synergy between simulation, learning, and real-world transfer marks a major step forward in our pursuit of adaptive and intelligent robotic systems. Through advanced domain randomization and synthetic data generation, the Robora Simulation Environment ensures that policies trained in simulation transfer effectively to real-world robots, minimizing the sim-to-real gap. Moreover, users will be able to test and integrate their own hardware kits within selected simulation environments in the Robora Dapp, ensuring seamless compatibility and safer real-world implementation.

While building SEV0, I ran into moments where natural language prompting just wasn't enough - too vague, too indirect. So I started using a method that bridges that gap. I call it Bridged Prompting - a technique where you temporarily step out of the prompt-response loop to manipulate something directly using an AI-generated UI, then step back in. Think of it like GenUI, but more user-driven and transient. AI generates a UI on-the-fly, tailored to your prompt, and lets you manipulate the artifact directly before resuming the conversation. Sure, you could build a full tool, switch tabs, wire it up and round-trip your data. But with Bridged Prompting, the AI just spins up a temporary interface right in the flow. In the video below, I used it to construct the hallway system to closely match the layout of the severed floor. Obstacle courses go far beyond: "just letting kids play" It's unfortunate that we don't have more forward thinking and creative coaches working with young athletes. Often times I see little kids doing little adult training instead! Obstacle courses are a great choice when working with younger pre-adolescent athletes. While many coaches view obstacle courses as “just letting the kids play” or just “running races with things in the way”, the experienced coach knows that any activity can be manipulated to get a desired training effect. Obviously for the youngest of children just “letting them run” an obstacle course at their own pace or racing against a friend is highly engaging and extraordinary for cardiovascular conditioning but we can also use obstacle courses as a task-oriented opportunity to train other elements like mobility, strength, speed, balance and coordination using variety and diversity of movement. Lets take a look at some examples: 1. Mobility obstacle course 2. Crawling/Climbing Obstacle course 3. Motor skills obstacle course 4.
