Just install on Steam and run VRChat and the app walks you through. Here is a guide as well that has been very helpful for people

@BonesCollie I also want to track my body with cameras or vive trackers but still be on desktop - do I appear in vr but I can keep working at my desk - working while wearing a vr headset is impossible
