Nice guys, in order to change, you must first understand this.

Who gives a shit ! Be nice and kind anyway. Don’t expect people or anything back. Some of us were born helpful it doesn’t make us a doormat. Help then let those you help get on with it. If they ignore you it’s their karma. Haven’t you seen how unhappy those who often take are?

Yea, but being stoic and weird like that guy isn't getting you anywhere. There is definitely something to be said for being charismatic, and genuinely polite and nice to others. It also can benefit you in ways that aren't readily apparent at the time. I've seen it happen.

Being nice with an ulterior motive is manipulative behavior which is passive and feminine. Women pick up on this because they’re better at the social game than men.

My parents raised me to be nice and respectful of others. There’s another side to us that we really don’t want coming out and the world is safer because of this suppression. Be thankful that we choose to be nice. 🙂

There’s a difference between nice and civil.

Be good, not nice.

Being kind and seeing gratitude in others is the reward we are looking for. You are still young. Don't chase after "clever" tricks. It will surely get you nowhere.
