Nice PROGRESSIONAL 3 drills to become more shift/fluid🧈 Goes Stationary>Tight Area Scoring>Transitional Movement🔥 I’d recommend: - 3 sets of 20 reps stationary - 3x each way for tight area scoring/finishing middys and lays - same for transition scoring Allows the body to progressionally learn how to make movements. If you have lagging Arms and bringing them up to par is your TOP PRIORITY… I’d recommend doing something like this each week: Upper A • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” • 2-3 sets of Supinated Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support Upper B (Performed 3-4 days after Upper A) • 2-3 sets of Dip Machine • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Preacher Curls • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” OR Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support This will result in you doing somewhere between 8-12 sets of direct Bicep and Tricep work per week Low likelihood you need any more volume than that to improve your Arms mightily if following the notes below: 1) The ideal rep range to be using when performing the exercises mentioned is the 5ish to 10ish rep range — Choose a weight you can do for 5, 6, 7 reps @ 0-2 RIR…once you can do that weight for 8, 9, 10ish reps, increase the load by 5ish pounds 2) You should perform all reps of all the listed exercises with a controlled (but not overly slow) eccentric and an explosive (but still controlled) concentric 3) You should perform these exercises very early in your workout to ensure they are as efficient/effective as possible — If you perform them later on, you will not get as robust a growth stimulus from the sets because of the outstanding fatigue that will be present from the earlier sets/exercises in your workout Additional notes: - You may sub any of these exercises for comparable exercises due to preferences and/or equipment availability — Ex: Dip Machine subbed for Weighted Dips - I probably forgot something that I should’ve mentioned…if I think of it I’ll drop it in the post below

At 5’11”, her size and athleticism enable her to defend multiple positions while maintaining the skills to lead an offense. This versatility aligns with the trend toward positionless basketball, where players are valued for their ability to contribute in various facets of the game. Offensive Impact 1.Scoring Threat: Houston’s 19 points per game underscore her ability to create offense, particularly through attacking the rim. Her strength and finishing ability make her a constant threat in transition and half-court sets. 2.Playmaking: Averaging 5 assists per game, Houston’s ability to create for her teammates is a testament to her court vision and high basketball IQ. Potential and Projection Despite her #85 ranking, Houston is considered a top 50 talent nationally. Her ranking is likely impacted by missing the AAU season due to off-season surgery, suggesting that her true potential is undervalued. As she returns to full health, Houston is expected to rise in national rankings and showcase her top-tier talent. Team Success Houston’s influence on her team is undeniable, with a 43-5 record in 5A basketball over the last two seasons. Her ability to lead and impact games in a variety of ways has directly contributed to her team’s success, reinforcing her status as a winner and a high-level performer. Honestly, I hate that I even have to say this, but seeing people use one single fancam to claim Sana “can’t dance” is genuinely ridiculous. Y’all, for everyone dragging Sana because of one video from the 73rd THIS IS FOR tour show, I think it’s important to look at the full context before judging her dancing ability. First of all, Sana had been dealing with a cold, flu, and cough for over a month at that point, which can definitely affect stamina and performance consistency during a 2–3 hour concert. There are also several factors that can make the dancing look less smooth in that particular fancam: 1. Outfit If you’ve watched other fancams from this black outfit era, Sana was adjusting her outfit quite often on stage because it seemed to shift, slip, or sit unevenly at times. An uncomfortable outfit can naturally affect movement and make a performer more cautious. 2. Camera tracking The camera appears to follow her movements slightly late. Even a small delay can make smooth transitions look jerky or abrupt when viewed on video. 3. Awkward zoom distance The fancam isn’t zoomed out enough to show the full choreography, but it’s also not close enough to focus on facial expressions. Because of that, viewers end up focusing mostly on body transitions and posture, which can make movements look harsher than they actually are. 4. Phone camera limitations High-energy movements recorded on a phone can suffer from motion blur, stabilization issues, and frame-rate limitations. Sharp movements that look clean in person can appear choppy or less fluid on video. 5.Stamina This was already the 73rd show of the tour. Performing the same demanding choreography for dozens of concerts while dealing with illness can affect anyone’s energy level. And if this one clip is enough to convince you that Sana “can’t dance,” then I encourage you to watch other performances of Right Hand Girl from different angles and different outfits. Looking at a performer’s overall body of work will always give a more accurate picture than judging them from a single fancam. One fancam does not erase years of consistently solid performances.

Most people can’t hold a Reverse Plank because their nervous system doesn’t feel safe being that exposed. Collapsed shoulders and tight hips are postures of defense. This pose invites the body to leave that state. One minute a day can begin to reverse years of silent tension. If you want the fitness results you see in your mind to become real, you’ll need to teach your body how to relax first. Otherwise, forget the great transformation. You'll burn out before coming close to changing. At first, you may need to adjust the position or do shorter sets. You will notice slight improvements each time, whether it is strength, mobility, or endurance. One day, you will unlock the posture and feel much lighter within. Form Cues: - Hands shoulder-width apart, fingers pointing toward feet or slightly outward - Press palms firmly into the ground to engage shoulders - Lift hips in line with shoulders and heels - Squeeze glutes and push hips up, avoid letting them drop. - Keep legs straight and active, heels grounded - Draw shoulder blades down and together - Open the chest. - Gaze slightly upward or keep neck neutral - Breathe steadily, through the nose if possible - Hold tension evenly through arms, core, and legs Here are three adjustments you could make to ease into the Reverse Plank: 1. Bend the knees slightly - What it does: Reduces the load on tight hip flexors and stiff shoulders. - How to do it: Instead of keeping the legs fully straight, maintain a small bend at the knees and press through the heels. Focus on lifting the hips and opening the chest. 2. Use yoga blocks under the hands - What it does: Elevates the wrists and reduces wrist extension strain, especially for people with limited mobility or wrist pain. - How to do it: Place yoga blocks (or low, stable books) under your palms to give your shoulders more space and reduce the pressure on the wrists. 3. Turn the fingers outward slightly - What it does: Opens up tight shoulders and reduces internal rotation. - How to do it: Instead of pointing the fingers directly toward the feet, turn them slightly outward (about 30–45 degrees). This gives the shoulders more room to move and helps you stay open. You're not reading this by accident. Start using Reverse Planks to take your quality of life to the next level.

Hexagons and Octagons Those who follow football and coaching will be well aware that there are trends that emerge and become the great break through in coaching, only to vanish quite quickly. A few stick around and become a staple. Such as the rondo, or the 4v4+4 Guardiola rondo variation. One that did not stick around in the coaching collective consciousness that possible should have was Thomas Tuchel’s use of hexagonal and octagonal playing areas in training sessions. Tuchel explained that cutting off the corners and angling the pitch forced “sharp diagonal” passes that would help break the press. The positioning of players outside the hexagon/octagon or players close to the edges will be manipulated into an open body shape by the angles of the pitch. Players are impacted by environmental constraints and embodied cognition, where the geography of the playing area influences their actions. This influence spreads to the creation of triangles and diamonds within the playing area due to the “funnel” like nature of the playing area. We can use the cut outside angles by placing bounce or target players on the exterior, influencing the movement and organisation internally. The inside players will not have to move wide as those areas are occupied. The internal players will seek to create passing angles using the positioning of the outside players and their internal team mates. The diamonds and triangles will appear. If we leave the spaces on the outside empty players can move to fill the spaces. These act as free spaces to receive from the goalkeeper or open spaces for attackers to overlap into, encouraging attacking combination play and crosses. A different way of using the space is to remove goals and goalkeepers from the ends and place bounce/target players on the outside. Players now can combine with the outside players, when they do so they are then free to finish into the outside goals. The condition can be extended to combining with the target player in the opposite side of the pitch before scoring, adding an element of switching play. The hexagon and octagon are versatile spaces that help to replicate aspects of the game. By funneling the spaces we impact players body shape, ability to play forward quickly, team shape (or small group shapes), players cutting in, defending centrally, the types of combination used and the angles of line breaking pass (diagonals). The angles are hugely significant for teams that value combinations and possession football, Straight passes and receiving angles are much easier to intercept and carry high risks for being counter attacked. Short diagonals can bypass players and attacking shapes, creating angled connections. If an angles pass is given away there is still a risk of being counter attacked but there is more chance of having players around the ball to regain possession. To counter press. The question that emerges is should we then be using hexagons and octagons more? If they are of greater benefit than squares and rectangles, why use them? Should all pitches, including those of a small sided nature be hexagonal? Can the rondo square be replaced by the rondo octagon?

🚨 THE BIGGEST LIE IN MODERN HITTING. We’ve become a game of clones. Everyone wants the same launch angle, the same hand path, and the same “aesthetic” finish. But here is the reality: If you’re coaching every kid to move the same way, you aren’t coaching—you’re just copying and pasting. 🧩 Feel vs. Real The truth is found in who can decipher the feel vs. real for every individual player. • What a coach sees on camera (Real) is almost never what the athlete is experiencing (Feel). • If you tell a hitter to “get on plane” and they start dumping their barrels, your “correct” advice just broke their swing. 🧬 Different Bodies, Different Movements Everyone is built differently. One hitter has long levers and tight hips; another is short, explosive, and hyper-mobile. Everyone moves differently. So why on earth are we buying into ONE rigid swing philosophy? Unless that philosophy is the one that allows you to get the only intended result that matters: CONSISTENT BARRELS. 🎯 The Bottom Line Stop trying to win the “Best Looking Swing” award on Instagram. If your swing is “ugly” but you’re a barrel machine, you’re a better hitter than the kid with the “perfect” mechanics who can’t touch a high-spin heater. We need to stop chasing positions and start chasing intent. If the “feel” creates the “result,” keep it. Everything else is just noise. Stop cloning. Start competing. If you want to build a swing that is for for you, sign up for a 1:1 coaching call. DM us here.

Somewhere around sixty you get handed a new set of instructions. Lift lighter. Keep the reps high. Do not tax yourself too much. Put the saved effort into cardio. It is the exact reverse of what an ageing body needs, and the people handing it out have the mechanism sitting right in front of them. Recovery gets worse with age. Nobody argues with that. The older body clears fatigue more slowly, repairs more slowly, and tolerates far less accumulated work before progress stops entirely. Every GP, every physio, every trainer will nod along to that sentence. Then watch what gets prescribed on the back of it. High reps. Long burning sets. Circuits. Three sessions of cardio stacked on top. A protocol whose main product is fatigue, given to the person with the least capacity left to absorb any. They identified a recovery problem and prescribed more recovery cost. The answer runs the other way and it is not complicated. If your recovery budget has shrunk, you spend it on whatever returns the most growth per unit of fatigue, and that is a heavy set of five. Four to six reps, a handful of lifts, three minutes between sets, done inside the hour. Nearly every rep is a growth rep. Almost nothing goes on the burning, the sweating and the gasping, which build nothing at all and then bill you for four days. Twenty-five reps taken to failure is a fortnight of fatigue for a fraction of the stimulus. That is not the cautious option for a sixty-five-year-old. It is the most reckless thing on the timetable. Now the part that actually matters. Ageing is not one process. It is a list. Muscle wastes. Bone thins. Tendon softens. The fast fibres that catch you when the pavement arrives early vanish first while the slow ones sit there in perfect health. Motor units drop out. The nervous system stops asking for full effort because nothing has demanded full effort in fifteen years. Read that list back and tell me what heavy resistance training does. It builds muscle. It loads bone, which is the only language bone speaks. It stiffens tendon. It recruits the fast fibres, because that is what heavy means physiologically and there is no other route in. It forces the nervous system to ask for everything again. Every item on the list of what ageing takes is on the list of what a heavy set gives back. Nothing else on earth does that. Not a walk, not a class, not a pill, not twenty minutes on a machine with the paper open. You were told to go gently because somebody quietly decided you were finishing. Go heavy, because you are not.

Which fact below was most interesting? 📏 It’s always FlexFriday! 💪 The Ornate Octopus boasts arms that are 6 to 8 times the length of its mantle (body). Imagine having over 6 foot long arms; you’d never need a ladder again! 🪜 (~2 meters) 🛑 No Detachable Arms Here! While some octopus have the option of shedding a limb to escape danger, our Ornate friend doesn’t roll that way. Ex. The banded string arm octopus and the blanket octopus have these biological perforated break lines just in case they wanna leave a bit of their arm or cape behind to confuse prey… But nope, no arm autotomy for this octo! It’s all or nothing. 🚫✂️ 🕸️ Less web, More Speed 🐙 💨 Check out the lack of webbing between those arms! The web is super shallow, with the deepest part being around 10% of the arm length. Shallow webs can offer increased agility and speed. Think of it like wearing fingerless gloves instead of mittens; you get more dexterity and freedom of movement! 🖐️✨ 🍭 YoWza! Sucker Central! You might find a whopping 300 to 400 uniform sized suckers on each of their arms (except the males shorter mating arm curled up on the right! See it?). Talk about grip strength! Compare that to the giant pacific octopus who has around 240 suckers of varying sizes on each arm 🎨 Dressed to Impress! Sporting a red-brown hue with paired white spots running down their arms, this handsome octo has arms for days! Check out those glowing white rings just above each sucker 🤩 With colors ranging from brown to Darth Maul red, paired with white spots and ridged stripes on its head, it’s like a squishy Stegosaurus decided to take a dip in the ocean! 🌊🦖 🤔 Why the Arm Variety Show? While the deep-sea scrolls don’t spell out the exact reason for the varying arm lengths, we can make a guess! Those long front muscular arms? Perfect for sneaking into tight spots, snagging a snack, or giving their surroundings a good feel. Long arms might just be the secret agents for special octo-missions. 🕵️‍♂️🦐 If ya read this far, comment “Ornate” below!

In November 1996, Ethiopian Airlines Flight 961 was hijacked by three Ethiopian men just 20 minutes after takeoff. The men stormed the cockpit and hijacked the aircraft, wielding an axe and a fire extinguisher taken from the cockpit. The hijackers were identified as two unemployed high school graduates and a nurse. They demanded that the plane be flown to Australia so they could seek asylum in the country. The captain attempted to explain that they only had enough fuel for the scheduled flight and thus could not even make a quarter of the way to Australia, but the hijackers did not believe him. They declared in Amharic, French, and English that if anyone tried to interfere, they had a bomb and would use it to blow up the plane. Authorities later determined that the supposed bomb was actually a covered bottle of liquor. Instead of flying towards Australia, the captain flew along the African coastline. The hijackers noticed that land was still visible and forced the pilot to steer east. However, the captain secretly headed for the Comoros Islands. The plane was nearly out of fuel but the hijackers continued to ignore the captain’s warnings. Out of options, the captain began to circle the area, hoping to land the plane at the Comoros’ main airport. However, he was forced to ditch the plane, crashing into the Indian Ocean at approximately 200 miles per hour. Of the 175 passengers and staff members from the flight, only 50 occupants survived.

You don't understand... Higgsfield MCP + Claude just automated AI film making. Every single step you used to grind through to make an AI movie, you can now do 10x faster. Drop the script into Claude Opus 4.8 and say: "Here's my script. Break it into a full shotlist. Shot number, scene, shot type, camera move and the action in each frame." Now the whole film is mapped, shot by shot. - Pull your assets. Ask Claude: "From this shotlist, list every character, every location and every prop across the whole film." That's your build list. The stuff you would need to generate and give as references in next steps. - Build the character sheets. Higgsfield MCP is connected, so Claude has hands now to do stuff directly. It generates the images itself. Have the full body, back view and close up in the character sheet. One per character. Each sheet becomes the locked reference for that face. Same move for locations, generate the empty plate for each one before anyone steps into it. - Generate the frames. Feed Claude the references plus the shot and have it write and fire the Seedance 2.0 prompt. "Using the lead's character sheet and the alley plate, generate shot 4 in Seedance 2.0. Low angle, slow push-in, rain." Claude builds the prompt, calls Seedance 2.0 and the frame lands back in chat. Use a Seedance 2.0 skill to teach Claude how to prompt it properly. Now, there are 3 ways to make the shots. Pick one per scene. - Pure prompting. Fastest one. You describe the action in words and let Seedance interpret it. For consistency across a sequence, feed it a frame from the previous shot so the look carries. - Storyboarding. You hand it a panel and it matches that composition exactly. Way more control over how the shot is framed. The tradeoff is that it can introduce more cuts than you actually want. - Path Control System This is the latest technique Seedance 2.0 technique. Generate a still base plate of the scene. Draw a red line across it to mark the exact path of the movement, then describe what's happening. Seedance follows that line for the action. Also ask Claude to remove the red line when animating. This is the one for anything where motion has to land precisely. The output reads like real live action. - Lastly, generate every clip you need, then cut them together. Get it to Capcut for editing and audio design. And that's it. The pipeline that used to need a full crew and a studio can now run from one Claude chat. 2026 is gonna be wild
