Nick NcKim was kind enough to give Brad Banducci another chance to answer on Woolworths’ Return on Equity, warning he may be “in contempt” of the #Senate & “that opens up a range of sanctions” McKim “I’m not interested in your spin or your bullshit!”🔥 Banducci refuses to answer

After a short break Nick McKim gives Banducci a “last chance” to answer the question on Return on Equity, warning him he could even be imprisoned if he continues to refuse to answer. Banducci doesn’t give in and doesn’t answer. Senate breaks again.🕚

Back from break, Nick McKim keeps pushing Banducci for an answer, eventually Banducci almost answers, but not quite, insisting he doesn’t “focus” on Return on Equity figures. McKim “so you don’t know the answer…” Banducci “Senator I told you I don’t focus on it” McKim: “🤦‍♂️”

Finally, with another huge push & shove & more warnings he may end up in jail, Banducci folds & agrees that he Does Not Know the answer on Woolworths’ Return on Equity and will take it on notice. McKim “Ok, Thank You Mr Banducci”🙄😮‍💨

Started off with 3 videos thinking I don’t have enough steam for further but it only got more intense so had to keep going 😵‍💫 Good work by Nick McKim, went on to use Banducci’s lack of knowledge on ROE to question how he doesn’t know basic facts while pocketing $8.4mill in a yr

Nick McKim also questioned Coles CEO Leah Weckert & asked why Coles was refusing to answer questions ‘on notice’ regarding prices & margins (which would show us how much Coles is price gouging) - Weckert insisted it was commercially sensitive but took it on notice (again).
