The new rules by Indian Football to ban all local private tournaments unless they pay to get permission from district FAs and state FAs ( permission = money ) - no registered players of aiff are allowed to play - imagine if all local footbal tournaments are stopped - where are the players going to be produced -? You fall In love with this game in these local tournaments - there wud be no Minerva Academy Football Club or Punjab FC or @delhifootballclub as ther wud be no ranjit Bajaj - I am here because of the private tournaments 😢 i used to referee to earn pocket money when I was a kid - how can you stop that ??

I don’t agree with him a lot, but Ewen Cameron is spot on here. Willie Collum as Head of Referees can’t continue - any other line of work he’d of been sacked. The referees aren’t good enough. There are inconsistencies every single week with offsides, handballs, penalties… it’s a shambles. This isn’t even a Rangers / Celtic issue for me, it’s Scottish football in general. Week after week the same bizarre decisions and mistakes, with the same cast of referees then rolled out the week after.
