I have been using this therapy for years. In fact, I use the entire spectrum of chromatherapy. Emphatically recommended! Ensure you purchase the correct equipment. There are a lot of shysters and hucksters out there. Also, the more powerful, the better! Combine this with the right nutraceuticals, and you'll be well on your way. Don't forget your cape! 🦸🏻 - The X post features Nicole Shanahan on a podcast discussing photobiomodulation (PBM) with Stanford bioengineer Annelise Barron, highlighting its mitochondrial-powering effects via artificial sunlight penetrating skin and skull. - Amplify: PBM, using red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) wavelengths, energizes cytochrome C oxidase in mitochondria, boosting ATP production up to 200% in cells, as documented in NASA research on light therapy for wound healing and muscle recovery. - [Given: Light absorbed by cytochrome C oxidase; Therefore: Increases cellular energy; Confidence: High, peer-reviewed; Vulnerable to: Dosage variability.] - The post notes used by pro athletes and chiropractors for decades; amplify: NFL teams and Olympians employ PBM for faster recovery, reducing injury downtime by 30-50% in studies on muscle fatigue. - Boosts collagen and kills inflammation: PBM stimulates fibroblast activity, increasing collagen synthesis by 20-30%, and reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines like TNF-alpha by up to 50%, per controlled trials on skin rejuvenation. - [Given: Fibroblast stimulation in trials; Therefore: Collagen boost; Confidence: High, randomized studies; Vulnerable to: Skin type differences.] - MIT lab may prevent Alzheimer’s: Amplify: MIT research shows NIR light (810nm) reduces beta-amyloid plaques in mouse models by 70%, improving cognition; human trials ongoing for neurodegenerative diseases. - Animal models don't always translate to humans; merit: Valid, early-stage; integrate: Promising but needs larger RCTs. - Japanese study: 100% of “infertile” women with failed IVF got viable embryos after low-level laser therapy; amplify: A 2024 study in Reproductive BioMedicine Online found PBM improved oocyte quality, with 92% fertilization rates in poor responders, leading to viable embryos in all treated cases. - [Given: Oocyte quality improvement; Therefore: Fertility enhancement. - Is red-light/NIR the biggest undercover revolution? Market growth from $200M in 2020 to $1B by 2025 indicates rising adoption; over 5,000 studies support applications in more than 100+ conditions. Infrared (IR) and near-infrared (NIR) light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation (PBM), delivers extraordinary health benefits supported by thousands of peer-reviewed studies. For skin health, it reduces wrinkles by 20-30%, heals wounds twice as fast, and treats acne by killing bacteria while boosting collagen, as seen in UCLA trials for regrowth and anti-aging. Pain relief is documented: Chronic conditions like arthritis experience a 50% reduction in inflammation, with NASA utilizing it for astronauts' muscle atrophy. Cognition improves via mitochondrial stimulation, potentially preventing Alzheimer's by clearing plaques, per MIT models. Fertility gains: Japanese studies show 100% viable embryos in IVF failures, enhancing oocyte quality. Eye diseases benefit from NIR reducing retinal inflammation. Overall, PBM is safe, non-invasive, with minimal side effects like mild warmth. Benefits vary by dosage/device; some studies are small-scale. Merit: Integrates by noting the need for standardized protocols; refute: Meta-analyses confirm efficacy across conditions. [Given: 5,000+ studies on PBM; Therefore: Broad benefits; Confidence: High for skin/pain, medium for cognition/fertility; Vulnerable to: Publication bias.] Aggressive adoption: Integrate into healthcare via FDA-cleared devices for home use, subsidize for athletes/veterans. Prosecute false claims under the FTC Act (15 U.S.C. § 45) if unsubstantiated. This therapy revolutionizes wellness, amplifying the call for awareness in the post.

"Used by pro athletes & chiropractors for decades" Many decades. The language was more sunlight's vibrational healing and sunlight as a fundamental healing force, long before PBM became a thing.

This piece is from Fly Africa run by Aviator extra ordinnaire, Duncan Gillespie. A brilliant, if I (being Duncan Gillespie) may, claim, collected and extremely well written perspective on the current aviation hot potato, by well known aviation persona Franz Smit - “The 30-Second Razor’s Edge: What the Airlink Stadium Flypast Taught Us About Precision, Pressure, and the "Luck Bucket If you were tuned into the rugby last night, you felt it before you saw it. Two polished Airlink regional jets sweeping low over the stadium, framed by a iconic backdrop, cutting through the roaring atmosphere of a nation united by sport. For the crowd, it was a heart-stopping showcase of South African pride. For aviation nuts, it was a 30-second clinic in ultra-precise, high-stakes formation flying that we’ll be replaying, analyzing, and frame-stepping through at least a hundred times this week. It’s already splitting the room: half the internet is screaming about safety margins, while the other half is celebrating an unforgettable display of airmanship. But beneath the online noise lies a deeper, far more fascinating story about human performance, team currency, and how world-class experience is forged under immense pressure. The Math of the Cockpit: Luck Buckets vs. Experience Buckets There is a legendary rule in aviation: You start your career with a full bucket of luck and an empty bucket of experience. The trick is to fill the experience bucket before the luck bucket runs dry. During a low-level, two-ship stadium flypast in multi-ton commercial airliners, the margin for error isn't measured in feet; it’s measured in split-seconds and micro-corrections. Yesterday, as that trailing deck dipped exceptionally low over the stadium rim, did the crew dip a tiny spoon into their luck bucket? Perhaps. High-visibility display flying at that level inherently lives on a razor's edge. But what the critics miss is the massive weight of the experience bucket sitting in those cockpits. Consider the sheer rarity of this operational profile. How many pilots in South Africa (or globally, for that matter) have real-world experience conducting low-level, two-ship formation flypasts in modern transport-category aircraft? Maybe 10 teams total. With three senior captains stacked in each machine, and this marking their second major stadium flypast in a fortnight (amid a dense run of four consecutive weekend displays), these crews didn't just walk into the cockpit with decades of cumulative airline command time. They brought something far rarer: peak operational currency in display formation. Right now, those six aviators represent the most current, hyper-focused, and highly trained heavy-formation team in the country. Yesterday's display didn't just draw on experience - it built a brand-new benchmark for it. The 82nd-Minute Try: Calculating the Margin To put last night’s ultra-low pass into perspective, you have to look at it through the lens of Springbok rugby. Imagine Siya Kolisi fumbling a high ball over the try line in the 82nd minute, trailing by four points, only to catch it with the tip of his pinky finger and dot it down in the corner for the win. To the untrained eye in the stands, it looks like a heart-attack moment of pure, terrifying gamble. To the elite athlete on the pitch, it is a split-second, instinctual recovery executed at 100% heartbeat under maximum pressure - the result of thousands of hours of muscle memory, spatial awareness, and refusal to yield. That was the cockpit dynamic for those 30 crucial seconds. From final lineup, to the run-in over the stadium bowl, to the precise energy management required for the climbout, the pressure in that lead cockpit was absolute. The stakes - representing their airline, the country, and the safety of the display - could not have been higher.

This pixar-style animated Lymphoria liver ad has been printing for 58 days as the #1 top-performing ad at scale because it took an invisible internal problem and turned it into a detestable cartoon villain you actively want to defeat. Plus the fact that it's still scaling in the supplement space (which is the most ruthless, fatigue-prone vertical there is) tells me the underlying psychology is so dialed in that the algorithm just keeps feeding it new audiences without burning out. Let me break this down piece by piece so you understand what's actually happening here. (If you’re interested in making pixar-style animated ads like this, DM me ‘PIXAR’) Initially, the hook makes the invisible enemy visible. "Liver Congestion" personified as a yellow, lumpy little villain saying "nothing flows, nothing heals." This isn't generic "support your liver health" bullshit. This is the entire problem most supplement brands struggle with, solved in 3 seconds. And the people who see this hook are: ⦁ Already worried about their organ health ⦁ Already frustrated by supplements that don't work ⦁ Already aware something is off but can't see it If you've ever felt that dull ache under your ribs and didn't know what it was, you're stopping your scroll right here. This is textbook problem-aware messaging for an INVISIBLE problem, which is the hardest thing to pull off in supplements. Most brands try to show a doctor in a white coat and lose. These guys gave the disease a face and made you hate it. Then, they do something most brands are too scared to try. They take down the competitors by name. ⦁ Milk Thistle (can't help when drainage is blocked) ⦁ Detox Tea (just makes you run to the bathroom) ⦁ NAC (boosts glutathione but misses drainage) Why does this work so well? Because it's: ⦁ Specific (real products people have already tried) ⦁ Empathetic (you weren't stupid, the products were incomplete) ⦁ Educational (here's the biological reason why they failed) Where most brands say "we're better than the rest" and nobody believes them, These guys are saying "here's exactly why what you tried before couldn't work" and that's a completely different conversation. This is the "throw rocks at their enemies" framework executed at the highest level. And that builds insane trust before you've even pitched your product. It also introduces a brand new mechanism. Drainage. This is the epiphany bridge. You're shifting the entire conversation from "protect your liver" to "drain your liver" and now they're the only ones selling that solution. That's how you escape the supplement commodity trap. Another thing is the ingredients are personified as ACTIONS, not features. ⦁ Red Clover physically pushes through blocks ⦁ Stillingia drains lymphatic buildup with long roots ⦁ Cleavers vacuums smaller congestion pieces ⦁ Prickly Ash clears remaining blockages Instead of just listing ingredients and percentages like every other supplement brand, these guys are SHOWING the ingredients doing the work. Because when you watch Red Clover physically shove a yellow congestion blob out of the way, your brain stops asking "does this work?" and starts asking "where do I buy this?" This is also why the retention rates on this video are crushing. Every 2-3 seconds there's a new character, a new action, a new visual. Your dopamine doesn't have time to drop. You can't scroll because you want to see what happens next. Then they drop a sniper-level pain callout. "Aching liver enzymes under their ribs." That's not a generic "feel better" claim. That's a hyper-specific physical sensation that people with actual liver issues experience. This is dog-whistle copy. When you describe someone's exact physical pain better than they can describe it themselves, their brain automatically assumes you have the solution. Most brands write copy that could apply to anyone. This line could only apply to someone who actually has the problem. Another upside is, the back-end conversion mechanics are airtight. ⦁ 60-day guarantee (removes the "another failed supplement" objection) ⦁ 43,000 people (turns it from gamble to mainstream) ⦁ 40% off (urgency to click now, not later) By the time you hit the landing page, every objection has been pre-handled inside the creative itself. That's why the conversion rate stays high. It's built for cold traffic too. This ad works on people who've never heard of Lymphoria because: ⦁ Visualizes a problem they couldn't see before ⦁ Validates every failed thing they've tried ⦁ Introduces a completely new mechanism (drainage) That's why it scales without burning out. It's not dependent on brand recognition as the creative does all the heavy lifting. So what should you steal from this? If you're selling supplements or any internal health product: 1. Personify the problem (give the disease a face) 2. Take down competitors by name (with biological reasoning, not just bashing) 3. Introduce a new mechanism the category isn't using yet 4. Show ingredients as ACTIONS, not features 5. Use hyper-specific physical pain callouts 6. Stack risk reversal + social proof + urgency on the back end 7. Build retention with a new character every 2-3 seconds 8. Stop running boring "doctor in a white coat" creative If your supplement ads are still listing ingredients with bullet points and showing stock footage of healthy people jogging, you're getting destroyed by ads like this that turn the problem into a movie villain and your product into the hero that defeats it. This ad works because it doesn't sell a supplement. It sells a story where the buyer is the protagonist who finally figures out why nothing else worked. Most ads try to convince. This one just tells a story so good that the buyer convinces themselves. That's why it's been running for 58 days as their top converting ad at scale.

If carbohydrates are high in deuterium… And high deuterium damages mitochondrial nanomotors… Then why are super centenarians in the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica eating rice and beans — and living past 100? This is the question Dr. Laszlo Boros — Hungarian medical doctor, retired professor at UCLA School of Medicine, author of 100+ peer-reviewed papers and one of the world's leading deuterium researchers — was asked by Matt Maruca 🌞 directly on his podcast. His answer reframes everything about longevity, diet, and deuterium depletion. They're not avoiding deuterium through diet. They're depleting it through biology. Five synchronized mechanisms — all of which modern humans have largely destroyed. 1. Nutritional metabolic ketosis (via the microbiome) These populations eat carbohydrates. But their highly adapted microbiome ferments those carbohydrates into short-chain fatty acids — butyrate, propionate — that are deuterium-depleted relative to the original substrate. Their gut bacteria eat the high-deuterium carbohydrates and hand the human host low-deuterium ketone bodies. They are operating in a state of nutritional ketosis — without eating a ketogenic diet. The bacteria do the depletion for them. 2. The biological cost — stool volume and skin shedding. The deuterium has to exit somewhere. Boros: "You need to look at their stool. Their stool is probably larger, it's more volume, and it's more deuterium-packed." The dead, deuterium-loaded bacteria leave through the gut. These populations produce significantly larger stool volumes and have more frequent bowel movements than carnivore populations — who may only use the bathroom once or twice a week. The stool is the primary exit route for the deuterium they consumed. This is the biological cost of carbohydrate-based deuterium management. But stool is not the only exit route. Intense sunlight accelerates the rapid turnover and shedding of keratinocytes — skin cells. The skin becomes another active deuterium excretion pathway. Boros: "Your skin actually produces and depletes deuterium on a constant basis simply because you produce keratinocytes, especially when you're exposed to sunlight." Which brings us to the next point. 3. Sunlight Most of these super centenarian populations live close to the equator. Intense red and near-infrared photon pressure penetrates tissue and reduces the viscosity of structured water inside the mitochondrial matrix — allowing nanomotors to keep spinning efficiently even when dietary deuterium is slightly elevated. The light and the local food work as a synchronized package. Boros: "You actually deplete deuterium very efficiently in your local environment once you encounter the appropriate microbiome for it." 4. Intergenerational microbiome sharing The ancestral tribes often eat the exact same local foods their ancestors ate for generations. They live in close physical contact — carrying adapted bacteria on their bodies, passing them to offspring through direct contact. Generation after generation of the same local food plus the same specialized deuterium-depleting microbiome. Boros: "They give these bacteria to one another because they are in close contact with their offspring. They carry them on their body. They actually get in contact with their stool and everything. Practically they are very efficient in providing one another a deuterium-depleting microbiome." 5. Night-cycle plant biology — the plants themselves are depleted This is the mechanism most people miss entirely. The specific rice and beans these populations eat are locally grown, non-GMO plants — and those plants are naturally deuterium-depleted at specific carbon positions. The mechanism: during the night cycle, plant chloroplasts act like mitochondria — producing sugars that are naturally depleted of deuterium at the 3rd and 5th carbon positions of the sugar molecule. Boros: "If you look at some papers that discuss the deuterium content in carbohydrates — for example, the fifth and the third carbon of sugar in beans which are grown in a natural environment — they are actually pretty depleted of deuterium simply because they use the night cycle when they use their chloroplasts as mitochondria." Modern industrially farmed GMO crops have been engineered to grow faster — destroying this natural night-cycle deuterium depletion mechanism entirely. The carbohydrate looks the same. The deuterium content is not. The modern contrast You cannot copy the tribal diet without copying the tribal biology. Glyphosate, antibiotics, and processed food have destroyed the first line of microbial deuterium defense. Artificial blue light has replaced the equatorial photon pressure that compensates for dietary deuterium. Industrial GMO food has replaced locally grown, seasonally consistent food sources. Sterilized environments have broken intergenerational microbiome transfer. A modern human eating rice and beans does not have the biological machinery these populations built over generations. Boros's conclusion: “If you're able to stay in your local environment and not ship in food with unknown deuterium content. You can actually be safe on a relatively carbohydrate-rich diet if the carbohydrate portion of your diet is deuterium-depleted — and that's the case with plants which are not GMO." The Nicoya centenarians are not evidence that carbohydrates are uniformly safe for modern humans. They are evidence that deuterium depletion is a whole-system biological problem — not a dietary one. Fix the environment. Not just the diet.

China just pulled off the biggest AI heist in history on Anthropic. In a letter sent to the Senate Banking Committee, Anthropic accused operators tied to Alibaba's Qwen AI lab of running the largest model extraction attack the company has ever detected. The numbers are truly insane: Alibaba allegedly used roughly 25,000 fraudulent Claude accounts to generate 28.8 million queries over a 44 day operation that ran from April 22 to June 5, all aimed directly at Claude's two most commercially valuable skills - advanced software engineering and agentic reasoning (the ability to plan and execute multi step tasks on its own). For context, this SINGLE campaign was larger than every previous Chinese campaign against Claude COMBINED. The technique is called distillation. You point a cheaper model at a stronger one, pump millions of carefully crafted prompts through it, harvest the answers, and then train your own model on the responses. The attacker never sees the weights, never touches the training data, and never has to actually break in anywhere. The attacker just has to be a paying customer. This is the new playbook for corporate espionage in AI. Competitors do not have to hack the company they want to copy. They sign up for the API like everyone else, route tens of millions of queries through proxies and stolen identities, and walk away with a working clone of the most valuable capabilities. And here is where it gets darker... In April, the White House published a formal memo through OSTP director Michael Kratsios identifying distillation as a national security threat and committing to share intelligence with American AI labs about foreign campaigns. Anthropic says the Alibaba campaign started AFTER that memo was published. In open defiance of the administration's warning. Then two days after Anthropic sent its private warning to the Senate, the Commerce Department's response landed: They did NOT sanction Alibaba. They restricted Anthropic's most advanced models from American customers worldwide, citing national security concerns. So the actual timeline reads like this: Alibaba allegedly extracts billions of dollars of American AI capability over six weeks. Anthropic warns Washington. Washington responds by locking American companies out of the very models Alibaba allegedly already copied. Alibaba's American depositary receipts dropped more than 3% on the news and fell below $100. The company is also suing the Pentagon to be removed from the Chinese military blacklist it was added to on June 8. Anthropic is now fighting on two fronts at the same time. The first front is trying to convince Washington to protect its models from being stolen abroad. The second is trying to convince Washington to let Americans actually use those models at home. If your competitive moat is model capability, your moat is a leaky API key. Every API you consume is a potential extraction surface, and every API you sell is a potential extraction target. The intellectual property border simply does not exist when the product ships as software through a public endpoint. The defensible asset is no longer the model. It is the distribution, the proprietary data pipeline, and the customer relationships that make a competitor's copy useless even when they hold it in their hands. Alibaba may already have 28.8 million pages of Claude's reasoning sitting in a training corpus right now. While American companies just got locked out of the original. Who do you think wins from that?

Thought experiment for people regarding the concept of Absolute Time. Absolute means NO EXCEPTIONS. We are NOT looking back in time when we see galaxies and stars. We are NOT looking back in time 1.25 seconds when we see the moon. We're Not looking back in time 3 minutes when we see Mars. We're Not looking back in time 8.33 minutes when we see the Sun. If an astronaut lit a matchstick on Mars, the distant observer would see predator heat waves at the top of the matchstick in real-time while the matchstick started to blacken towards the astronaut's fingers. But there would be no orange light from that chemical reaction or flame seen. If the matchstick burnt out before the packet of orange light from that particular chemical reaction made it to Earth… then the distant observer would just see a disembodied orange flash of light with a lag. But the Earth-bound observer would never actually see the flame associated with the orange wavelength it put out. The wavelength of color emitted by the flame is not a recording of reality. If the orange light is 650 Thz, that means there are 650 trillion individual and separate bursts of orange light pulsating in 1 second. NOT that "the same light" is "waving" 650 trillion times a second and that light is a recording of reality. There are 650 trillion brand-new lights flashing in 1 second. Each Hertz is a brand-new emission and packet unto itself. Time does not re-emit 650 trillion times a second, nor is a photon a particle or a packet of reality acting like the frame of a reel of footage. The orange light that already left the flame will continue to propagate out until it meets the electrons making up the distant observer. But remember, it is never the same light within that packet. And the electrons making up the observer will absorb all of those different lights within that packet and re-emit brand-new lights that produce the product of illumination. A photon is a massless packet of energy, spherically expanding at the rate of c from the source it comes from. Illumination is the result of that energy being absorbed and RE-emitted by any other electrons that did not output that primary packet. But time is not associated with the same light. It's never the same light and time does not re-emit between packets. Time is not relative. Do NOT allow your mind Carte Blanche to think along the lines of relative time. DROP IT for this thought experiment. We are thinking along the lines of ABSOLUTE TIME/ Galilean VARIANCE. What does absolute time mean? It means time is constant in ALL frames of reference. Any frequency shifts between atomic clocks IS a literal change in the speed of light. But relativity forbids the speed of light from Ever changing, so relativity (Lorentz INVARIANCE) invented the concept of the 4th dimension and space-time. Because Relativity doesn't allow light speed to shift.. they interpret the same frequency shift between atomic clocks as being conclusive, irrefutable evidence that time and reality itself shifts. Rather than say it's just that ONE clock being affected by Earth's gravity and the oscillation of that ONE cesium clock is being altered compared to other clocks. People don't realize that in relativity... time dilation is SYMMETRICAL! Not even most relativists know their own theory. If Clock A and Clock B are synchronized and together... and then they accelerate apart... Einstein said Clock A would see Clock B as being slower itself. And Clock B would view Clock A as slower than ITself. NOT that only one observer would see back in time and the other would see forward or not at all. No... BOTH observers are supposed to see each other BACK in time relative to each other according to Einstein and the consequence of the math. It doesn't make ANY sense!! But relativists toss that part of time dilation under their 4th dimensional rug. The rug is woven from threads of gold that only the smart people can see apparently. So... here's a thought experiment/ Gedankenexperiment for absolute time. NO paradoxes... no nonsense or confusion. What do you see in a club? You see disco lights changing and a color wheel effect. You see everyone in REAL-TIME. Not just because they are so close to the lights. Light is not a recording of reality. Light is simply color. Illuminating reality in a certain color. Just because you can't see something yet or the color hasn't reached you doesn't mean it isn't happening in real-time. Zoom out and look at the people in the club through binoculars a mile away. You are still looking at them in real-time. The colors are shifting with a delay in the club. Now look at the club through a telescope from the surface of the moon. You're still looking at the people in real-time. But now there is a lag of the colors shifting by 1.25 seconds because it takes light 1.25 seconds to travel from the Earth to the moon. Now look at the club through an even bigger telescope from the surface of Mars. You're still looking at the people in real-time, but now there is a lag of the colors shifting by 3 minutes because it takes light 3 minutes to travel from Earth to Mars. fr you are a third hypothetical observer zoomed out and watching the person from Mars AND seeing the club on Earth... you're still seeing everything happening in real-time as well. But you see the colored wavepackets traveling with a delay to the observer on Mars. And the disco color wheel effect is just lagging before it affects the observer from Mars and the observer on the Moon. It doesn't matter how far you zoom out! There is only now to observe. But there WILL be a lag and delay for a given color/wavepacket to reach distant observers. But all points in space are already illuminated by other starlight. So if you're too far away... you'll just see the club in real-time but without any disco lights. Just see them in white light because that's the source already illuminating the scene. This is where it gets the most difficult because people think light itself is a recording of reality that replays a scene from where it came from. But another punch in the gut of relativity is that in order to see REFLECTED light... that would require a TWO-WAY transit. Which means the light would have to be sent out... record the scene of a distant event and then RETURN in order to REplay the event. Which means it would take 6 minutes to see the club from Mars by that logic and 2.5 seconds to see the club from the moon by that logic. The difference in tick rates between clocks has NOTHING to do with time dilation. Wait.. what?! How can that be? Because a clock itself doesn't represent all of time and reality. The difference between clocks is a "Transverse relative time shift." If the only light in the universe was from the lighter… the only way a distant observer would be able to see the astronaut on Mars is if the astronaut held down the button of the lighter for longer than 3 minutes. It takes 3 minutes for the packet of light to travel from Mars to Earth. The distant observer would never be able to see Mars, unless the light stretched from Mars all the way to Earth, and illuminated the path between Mars and Earth. And that would take 3 minutes for the boundary and first part of that wave packet to reach Earth. But if the distant observer wanted to observe Mars in real-time… then that packet of light would have to be on for longer than 3 minutes. So if the astronaut on Mars flicked the lighter at 12:00, the distant observer on Earth wouldn't see anything until 12:03. If the light was on for 3 minutes and 10 seconds, and the distant observer is 3 light minutes away... the distant observer would be able to see Mars in real-time for 10 seconds starting at 12:03. In the 20 second video clip of the rotating planet with shifting colors... just imagine you're a couple light minutes or light seconds away. You're still seeing the planet spin in real-time. But there is simply a delay of switching colors. You are Not looking back in time. It's just a color wheel effect from a great distance away. That's it!! There are many major flaws which tarnish people's critical thinking on this thought experiment. 1. Light does NOT ricochet or bounce. Electrons absorb, emit and re-emit ALL electromagnetic radiation. The electrons, making up the glass of a mirror will absorb the incoming light and re-emit a brand-new light as an equal and opposite reaction. NOT that "the same light" bounced off the mirror and continued on within the same frame of reference. 2. Light is NOT a recording of reality. 3. It is NOT the same light being observed from a source. It's never the same light. Each Hertz is a new light. Think of half of a sine wave as being its own emission. On an oscilloscope, a stimulus generates a peak which initiates an equal and opposite trough. Or vice versa. That repeating process is not "the same light." If you cut and paste that sine wave to another sine wave, the boundary between the waves will always be in phase. (thus refraction) 4. The speed of light is NOT the same in ALL frames of reference, no matter what. 5. Light is NOT made of particles and waves that flip back-and-forth. 6. Time is NOT connected to the speed of light. Time remains constant regardless if you accelerate towards or away from a clock. The clocks themselves will indeed be off! But that's an affect on the electrons making up the atomic clock affecting the oscillation of the isotope which is ASSUMED to ALWAYS be the same. So ANY difference in oscillation is treated as a literal distortion in space-time. 7. Space and time are not linked at all. That is a mathematical artifice under Lorentz invariance. Time is relative under Lorentz invariance. But time is absolute under Galilean VARIANCE. When people hear or see the word GALILEAN... their brains switch to auto pilot to "aether theory" and "classical physics." What people don't realize is that aether theory used Galilean INVARIANCE. Rather than space-time being used as an excuse to explain the difference in frequencies between atomic clocks... it was originally aether being used as an excuse to keep the speed of light the same. But None of those things are valid! We are thinking under the framework of Galilean VARIANCE! Completely new revolutionary model returning to Isaac Newton and Classical physics but without the corpuscular theory (particle) theory for light... without a particle-wave duality... without an aether... without a 4th dimension. Just good ol elementary math within 3D Euclidean space. Everything happening in real-time, right now. This reformulation of Galilean transformations was offered by Dr. Edward Dowdye in 1991 called The Extinction Shift Principle. Effectivity as opposed to Relativity. If light required a two-way transit, in order to travel out… Record an event, and travel back to replay the recording… then it would take 6 minutes to see the astronaut on Mars instead of 3. Remember… They say the SAME light is a recording, and must travel there and travel back in order to REplay. Relativity says time is relative: t' ≠ t time is NOT the same from all frames of reference) and t = tₒ / √1 - v²/c² but Galilean Variance says time is not relative: t' = t (Time IS the same from all frames of reference) and τ_tr = τₒ / √1 - v²/c² Relativity says c' = c (The velocity of light is the same from all frames of reference) but Galilean variance says c' ≠ c (The velocity of light is NOT the same from all frames of reference) and that c' = c ± v (The velocity of light in one frame of reference is dependent upon the velocity of the light source relative to an observer in another frame of reference. Whether that light source is approaching or receding away from that observer) Relativity says E = mc² (Energy and mass are universally equivalent and literally interchangeable under All conditions.) but Galilean variance says E = Δmc² = mₒc² (Energy changes in a system are the result from changes in mass. mₒ represents the original mass. Mass and energy do not literally interchange. There is an equivalence, not an interchange.) Many persons have shared this video with me. It has 11 million views on Instagram and 70K likes. Thats 70K people without critical thinking or lack of ability to fact check. Stay with me. This is a wild ride. I am not going into details of the person making the claim - because it is Deepak Chopra. Deepak Chopra is like turmeric-milk. You think milk becomes a "super-food" when turmeric enters the scene, but the fact is, turmeric is there just to waste your time. Same with Deepak Chopra. He is an 'embodiment of pseudoscience,' who, once upon a time was a physician, but now fully evolved into shell of "what was once a doctor" currently filled with mystic beliefs, white-washing Ayurveda, preaching transcendental meditation and quantum healing to prevent sickness. Sir Richard Dawkins called Chopra's claims "quantum jargon as plausible-sounding hocus pocus" and the scientific community has found that Chopra's treatments generally elicit nothing, because Chopra is a fraud who sells $350 meditation glasses to people who cant think for themselves. and Now the video. In it, a younger Deepak Chopra claims "with the power of the mind, one can change poison into nectar and nectar into poison." And he cites an actual scientific study to prove his claims. Only one little problem - that is not what the study concluded. As per Chopra, a study performed at the Ohio State University looked at a group of rabbits fed diet rich in cholesterol. One group showed high cholesterol, while the other showed lower levels of cholesterol. This was stunning, because all the rabbits were the same, they consumed same diet. So, what was different in the rabbit group that had lower cholesterol levels? Chopra says – it was happiness in those rabbits which led to better chemicals and chemical reaction in the brain that changed the cholesterol into a different pathway that did not hurt the heart. Why were they happy? Let us get into one of the most bizarrely misinterpreted study which led to what we now call as “The Rabbit Effect.” A type of rabbit, used in experiments, called the New Zealand white male rabbits, develop heart disease much like humans if fed a high-fat diet. So these rabbits are used to study effects of cholesterol in the heart using “diet experiments.” In 1978, Dr. Robert Nerem and his group fed a group of these rabbits high fat diet. At the end of the study, he measured the animals’ cholesterol, heart rates, and blood pressure. As expected, the cholesterol values were all high and virtually identical to one another. The rabbits had similar genes and ate the same diet. Now they all seemed destined for a heart attack or stroke. Only one aberrant problem. As the last step, Dr. Nerem needed to examine the rabbits’ tiny blood vessels to show cholesterol deposits there too. Looking through the microscope, he expected all the rabbits to show similar fatty deposits on the inside of their arteries. Instead, there was a huge variation in the fatty deposits between the animals. One group of rabbits had 60 percent fewer deposits than the other. What was happening? There was no clear biological explanation to this. They checked every little item they used in the experiment to see if that had caused changes. But every little thing was controlled and accounted for. Except one small thing. The researchers themselves. A Canadian postdoc named Murina Levesque had recently joined the lab. She was an unusually kind and caring individual. When it became apparent that all the animals with fewer fatty deposits were under Murina’s care, the team dug deeper. They noticed that Murina handled the animals differently. When she fed her rabbits, she talked to them, cuddled, and petted them. She did not throw the food at the little animals. She gave them food with love. So, prove this, the research group repeated the experiment, this time with tightly controlled conditions. They compared the little blood vessels of one group of rabbits cared for by Murina (food+love) to the arteries of another group of rabbits cared for in the standard way (only food). They found the same effect again. The paper was published in Science Magazine. This one: Social Environment as a Factor in Diet-Induced Atherosclerosis - So did the study prove that if you are happy, and the mind is free, poisonous substances can turn into nectar? - No, that was not what the study says. Remember – the study showed that high cholesterol levels in the blood was same in all rabbits who were on high fat diet. Only that the cholesterol deposits were lesser in the arteries of those who were fed with “kindness” – meaning who were less “stressed.” The study took the medical world on a wild ride because all the rabbit experiments would have to now look at how emotionally these animals were, to come to better conclusions from the interventions studied. So, a group of researchers specifically looked at “handling” and diet induced cholesterol deposits (atherosclerosis) in rabbits. They found that handling the animals did not have any effect on the atherosclerosis size inside the blood vessels and this was only roughly determined by the amount of cholesterol in food eaten. In the original “Rabbit Effect” study, the amount of food eaten between groups was not looked at. We now know that chronic stress leads to different behavioral patterns which also includes increased eating. Chronic life stress seems to be associated with a greater preference for energy- and nutrient-dense foods, namely those that are high in sugar and fat. Higher the stress, higher amount of food eaten, more the cholesterol and more importantly, more deposits inside the arteries which can be independent of cholesterol levels. How? One possible mechanism for this process is that chronic stress causes small blood vessel injury (endothelial damage), directly activating macrophages (an inflammatory cell), promoting foam cell formation, and generating the formation of atherosclerotic plaque inside small vessels. This mechanism involves numerous variables, including inflammation, signal pathways, lipid metabolism and endothelial function – and has nothing to do with cholesterol going to another pathway because of brain chemicals. Cholesterol is the body is metabolized through the same pathway whether you are happy, sad, or delirious. That is not what the rabbit study claimed or what it proved. It only made way for other studies to show that chronic stress could be an important factor that negatively impact heart and brain health which was independent of the food that you consume. Poison does not become nectar if you are happy and nectar does not become poison if you are sad. That is just Ayurvedic mumbo-jumbo from hocus-pocus self-help gurus who cite “Agni and the Digestive Fire” as the mechanism. “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” is more believable. If you take rat poison happily, you will still die. If you eat a banana while crying, you won’t die.

BREAKING: $2.5 trillion just got wiped from global markets in 24 hours. Bitcoin crashed below $60,000. The Nasdaq dropped 4% in a single session. And every retail trader's feed is full of people posting their losses in real time... Bitcoin fell from $78,000 to $59,300 in 5 days. A 24% drop in under a week. $1.5 billion in leveraged crypto positions got liquidated in 24 hours. Long positions made up $1.28 billion of that. The fourth time in 5 days that daily liquidations crossed $1 billion. US spot Bitcoin ETFs have now posted 11 consecutive days of outflows. $3.5 billion pulled out by institutions in less than two weeks. Then the equity side cracked. Broadcom dropped 13%. Micron dropped 9.5%. SanDisk dropped 11%. Western Digital dropped 8.5%. Roughly $1 trillion in market cap erased from semiconductors alone. Strategy, the largest corporate Bitcoin holder on earth, dropped 10% after disclosing its first Bitcoin sale in years. 32 coins. $2.5 million. A rounding error against their $59 billion stack. It didn't matter. When the maximalist sells one coin, everybody else hears permission to dump everything. Now here's what actually triggered all of this. The May jobs report came in too strong. 172,000 new jobs against an 85,000 estimate. Prior months revised up by another 93,000. That single data point killed the rate cut narrative. If the economy is too strong, the Fed doesn't cut. If the Fed doesn't cut, risk assets get repriced. Crypto first. Tech stocks second. Everything else last. The entire rally of the past 12 months was built on one assumption. Rates are coming down. That assumption got vaporized in one report. And the market reacted exactly the way it always reacts: Panic. Right now Twitter is full of people posting their losses. "Down $40,000 this week." "Sold my entire crypto position." "Out of the market until things calm down." This is the exact moment retail always loses. Not because the market crashed. Because they're making decisions while watching the crash happen in real time. Every single one of these crashes follows the same pattern. October 2025: $19 billion in liquidations. The biggest wipeout in crypto history. Bitcoin made a new all-time high three weeks later. March 2026: S&P 500 dropped 7% on the Iran war. Retail panic sold at the bottom. The index recovered to a new all-time high in 18 days. February 2026: Bitcoin dropped 15% in one day. Two days later it had bounced 11%. Same script. Every time. The crash creates the opportunity. The panic transfers the assets. The people who sell at the bottom always fund the returns of the people who don't. Here's what's actually different this time: Crypto is no longer separate from equities. Bitcoin used to be the "uncorrelated asset." That story died this week. Bitcoin moved down with the Nasdaq. Down with semis. Down with tech. Down with everything. The diversification most retail investors thought they had? They never had it. They held the same trade in three different wrappers. A Nasdaq ETF. A Bitcoin position. A pile of tech stocks. All three crashed together because all three were the same bet on cheap money. This is the moment that exposes who has a system and who was just riding a narrative. The narrative investor sees their feed full of losses and panics. They sell at the bottom. They sit in cash through the recovery. They buy back in 6 months later when the headlines feel safe again. They have already locked in the worst possible outcome. The systematic investor sees the same feed and doesn't react. Because the system already decided what to do at every price level before today happened. Surmount was built for exactly this moment. Automated, rules-based strategies that execute when the market crashes, not when your emotions do. No panic selling. No FOMO buying. Just rules. Running. While everyone else is screenshotting their losses.

THE OCCULT ROOTS, ELITE, INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES and INSTITUTIONS PLAN to ALTER MAN & CONTROL SOCIETY. It was all engineered. From symbolism, to intelligence agencies Mk Ultra programs, to transhumanism, and transgenderism, and where the elite get their pedophi*e beliefs from. This is going to explain the foundation and plan for society and layout a huge piece of the puzzle to help you understand where it all came from and how it started. Many of these occult rooted wealthy socialists knew exactly how they were going to literally bring in their New World Order before most of the methods or techniques even existed, and the crazy part is that it's happening today, exactly like they said it was. The last part of their plan, before it is complete was the sexual revolution, and what do we see happening all around us today with transgenderism, transhumanism, and pedophil*a with children? The plan was to revolutionize Western civilization through counterculture, and a sexual revolution to make the West more amenable to a future of socialist technocracy. They knew if they wanted to win they had to play the long game. These people were thinking generations ahead. This is called the Fabian Society model-the slow burn of implemented ideas to transform society. Their symbol is a literal wolf in sheep's clothing/skin. The Fabian Socialist Technocrats talked about this in the 1920s & 1930s. Like Bertrand Russel, a British philosopher who was one of the very first people who openly lived in a pan/poly relationship before anyone else, who basically helped plan the sexual revolution as well as many others. Herbert George Wells (H.G. Wells), the father of science fiction also wrote a bunch of mainline geopolitical books like "The Open Conspiracy," and "The New World Order." In these books he describes how they would revolutionize Western civilization through counterculture and sexual revolution to a socialist technocracy. These books were literally telling you their plans. The concept of technocracy has roots in ancient ideas like Plato's philosopher kings, and it gained traction during the Industrial Revolution and the Great Depression. Technocracy emphasizes the use of technical expertise in decision making often prioritizing scientific evidence and data over political considerations or public opinion. Sounds good in some aspects but it doesn't work overall. So, as counterculture, this sexual revolution, and darker occult practices, like Satanism and Paganism, etc., started to rise up, elites and governments started to catch on to these beliefs and practices and big money went into funding the creation of some institutions, non-profits and other programs along with projects in intelligence agencies in the U.S. and others. This overall takeover of the West and society was both calculated and non-intentional in a way. But from big names involved, The Esalen Institute was born. A non-profit in Big Sur, California that focuses on humanistic alternative education. The Institute played a key role in the Human Potential Movement beginning in the 1960s. The Esalen Institute was founded by Michael Murphy and Dick Price in 1962. It is basically the "think tank" of counterculture and the sexual revolution, promoted by very wealthy and influential people. Their intention was to support alternative methods for exploring human conscientiousness, promoting that everything is divine. One major thing you must understand that the roots of many of the people in Esalen were all into Satanic occult type belief systems and paganistic practices, like from the teachings of Anton LaVey and Aliester Crowley, who both were heavily involved in Satanism and also into pedophil*a and transhumanistic beliefs. Crowley was also a part of British Intelligence/MI5, and heavy into altering the mind with drugs and substances to make contact and change conscientiousness and to be like their own god. Other notable figures of Esalen was Timothy Leary, a psychologist who is also known for his advocacy of psychedelic experiences, a prominent figure of the counterculture movement and heavily into Aliester Crowley's sex revolution beliefs. All these sexual beliefs are associated transhumanism, transgenderism, and pedophil*a. Which is no coincidence why you see the heavy push for this on our society and on our children today. Another very prominent name and usual suspect is David Rockefeller who heavily promoted and funded the Esalen Institution and any others like it and donated millions of dollars to them every single year from the 1970s to around 2004. Rockefeller wasn't the only one and this is just one piece of this overall plan to destroy the West and society itself to bring in this new world. Let's move on. Now we will connect how Mk-Ultra was literally beyond the WW2 German connection and operation paperclip and set up from an arm of these foundations and writings of some of these people who laid the ground work and sparked these ideas into a reality, to be used on Western society and to literally alter man's mind and his actual physical appearance. Bring in the green agenda and convince man that man is the problem. A White Paper was written in the 1970s called, "Changing the Images of Man," put out by the Tavistock Institution. In this key paper they talked about reengineering all of Western civilization's thoughts. Not just about the environment, but also about man himself. The Tavistock Institution of human relations is a British non-profit reaserch and consulting organization, specialising in the study of group behavior. They also have sister companies in China and Germany, and it was established in 1947. They explained about how they needed to convince man that man is the problem. This is exactly where all of your counterculture, sexual revolution, depopulation, antinatalist, transgenderism, transhumanism, pedophil*a, etc., beliefs stem from. You are the problem but you can change yourself. Feb 4, 1932, A Brave New World, and then, A Brave New World Revisited was written. Huxley wrote that this is not fiction, this is a plan of things to come. The 2nd chapter is literally all about child sexual abuse material. This is where all this stuff came about and into our society. Huxley heavily believed in Aliester Crowley's belief systems and partied with Crowley, even attending orgies together. Huxley took Crowley's book, "The Drug Diaries to a government study level in a sense. Which was originally what Crowley was working with to contact entities and perform ritualistic ceremonies and involved with sexual activities with children. Tavistock was basically the British Mk Ultra from the studies originally from Aliester who was also a British intelligence agent with MI5. These drug studies and mind control studies at Tavistock led to the idea that you can engineer and change a human being, not just in his mind, but an entire change of physiology and biology of a person. Hence Transgenderism and Transhumanism, etc. Like how they're literally giving kids drugs and surgeries to "change" their genders today. In 1969 Dr. Holger Hyden who worked on mind control through drugs and medication, etc., was invited to a mind control conference in San Francisco that the Rockefellers sponsored by the CIA's, "Voice of America. Dr. Hyden's papers were about drugs and chemicals actually changing gender in men and women in the future. And look where we are now. The CIA made alliances with the French post modernists and deconstructionists who were a part of Congress for Cultural Freedom. The CIA also had and still does have members who studied and agreed with these same belief systems and started to study mind control after Huxley's brave new world which sparked their interest because of Crowley's actual experimentation actually using drugs to alter conscientiousness and for control or engineering one's mind and the results and studies from the Tavistock and their research. Which all stems back to his Satanic and sexual beliefs. Now we examine the CIA Mk Ultra with Hollywood and it's Mk Ultra program to induce, steer, and mold behavior throughout the population through, sex, drugs, and rock and roll. This was all apart of the mind control program on a grand scale relating to propaganda and drugs. Most A-list celebrities back then were also working or were active intelligence agents who also had DoD badges including Marylyn Monroe, to access the famous Air force location named Laurel Canyon where many operations stemmed from when it came to manipulating the public with music, t.v. and with any other type of influence. Many were recruited to do spy work for intelligence agencies. This was basically them working out their big plan, their agenda, which still happens today with the huge push with the occult and Satanic worship, sexual deviancy, transgenderism, transhumanism, you name it. They even have after school Satan groups in schools for kids starting as young as in kindergarten. This is also why you see the gigantic push for pedophil*a and trying to be able to give children consent and be sexualized, while horrific laws are being passed to reduce penalties for child predators. This is the type of "Brave New World" they want. The last step before bringing in their New World is the sexual revolution aspect which includes transgenderism, pedophil*a, transhumanism, Satanism, the green agenda, and depopulation. But the sexual revolution is the most important and last step. The fall of Rome also occurred when this type of sexual activity occurred as well. Something to really take into consideration and compare it to where we are now. Every single one of these ideologies and beliefs all stem from these wealthy elite individuals, institutions and belief systems that they all planned decades ago and it's literally happening right in front of us. There is so much more to this but this gives you an introduction or a starting point to connect the dots of where it all came from during the past century, which directly is impacting our lives and society. They are now experiencing heavy pushback. We're onto them and their ultimate plan. They gave us the roadmap. It's up to you to understand it and up to all of us to stop it.

War is a Battle of INTELLIGENCE! Listener Questions Philosopher Stefan Molyneux unpacks Iran's real average IQ near 84 via Richard Lynn's data, shattering online test myths, political censorship and ideological fury to reveal intelligence's raw grip on civilizations. Questions: "Would you say your love for the music of Freddy Mercury is the primary factor that has unconsciously influenced you to repeatedly make false claims on X that the average IQ of Iran is 104-106. Firstly Stef, I’m a man who is deeply fascinated by the topic of IQ. And having said that I know that the IQ of Iran is roughly 84. I of course am not an IQ scientist/researcher myself but I have several sources from the top IQ experts some of which you probably have heard of (or maybe even interviewed on your show!). Now data from the most prominent IQ scientist Richard Lynn confirms the average IQ of Iran to be 84 (Citation 'The Wealth of Nations (2002), pg.133'. Which conversely is not only 20 points lower than your outrageous 104 IQ claim but is also even lower than Iraq which is 87. Now of course in a country of 90 million people you might have a million people with an IQ of 104 and let’s say 90,000 people with an IQ of >129 (See Normal Distribution charts attached below). So you will have some very smart people in Iran, but these people are an extreme minority generated by the bell curve of genetics being thrown 90 million times!, so as a whole on average most of the 90 million Iranians are borderline intellectually disabled. Now Stef back to your claim. Your claim is OUTRAGEOUS! You claim the IQ of Iran is 104-106, which is complete nonsense. I mean Stef think about what you’re saying Stef. Your saying the IQ of Iran a dysfunctional country majority populated with brainwashed borderline mentally dysfunctional people is the same as a highly industrious, innovative and merit based futuristic tech megalopolis like Japan. I mean spend one day in Japan and spend one day in Iran and I imagine the experience would be like worlds apart, yet you Stef claim that the IQ of Iran is the same as Japan??? WHATTT???? Does randomly firing missiles every so often like a child having a tantrum prove anything but the government of Iran is full of low IQ dysfunctional people. Now I know the IQ of the government is not necessarily the same as the general population. BUT, if the IQ of the general population was really that much higher than the governing leaders, then those moronic leaders would have been deposed of by the people a long time ago. Yet they weren't, so we should infer the general population isn’t in fact that much more intelligent than the government’s. Stef, in the West you might encounter Iranians who are very smart, but it goes without saying this sample is a very biased sample. What is particularly strange about all this, is you Stef are a man with a very high knowledge about IQ’s effect on national wealth and civil decorum and functionality, yet despite Iran being a highly dysfunctional nation at practically any level you can look at, you Stef echo a claim that the IQ of Iran is the same as Japan and even higher than Western Europe! How ABSURD! Which brings me back to my initial question. (Continued...) "freedomain (Continuing on ->) So Stef, when otherwise rational people act out of character and push fake news based on data that is from a biased sample (or is possibly even data that has been manipulated and propagated as a psy-op by the Iranian government) when they otherwise wouldn't ordinarily do so, one naturally has to ask WHY??? In my opinion, I think I know the answer. Stef, the only thing that explains this BIZARRE behaviour of yours (tweeting unverified claims about IQ), is you Stef have a bias in favour of Iran which I think stems from your love of Freddy Mercury music. Would you agree Stef? "(*** Stef you did tweet out a Youtube video of a Freddy Mercury song at about the same time you made your Iran IQ tweets, so I think the evidence is clear Stef, Freddy Mercury was on your mind, when you made those fake news Iran 104 IQ tweets.) "Now, lastly Stef you might be asking, why putting out a FALSE tweet falsely claiming the IQ of Iran is 104 even matter's that much? To that I would say it matters a whole lot because IQ of course matters a whole lot, including in regards to military objectives and war. Like ask why would invading Iran be any different from Iraq? Did Trump invade Iran because he thought it would lead to a different outcome because Trump views the population of Iran to be quote 'high IQ people'? (as Trump even said so as much in the last 24 hours.) "BUT … Mr. Trump, what if Iran isn't populated by high IQ people, what if Mr. Trump you were misled by fake news that Mr. Molyneux negligently tweeted rather than read the actual source material. (Lynn, 'The Wealth of Nations' (2002) IQ of Iran = 84). Well, Mr. Trump if you believed the average IQ of the population of Iran was 104 then you Mr. Trump might have assumed that all you had to do was take out the authoritarian government and then the high IQ population will swiftly bring about peace and democracy. But Mr. Trump, what if the average IQ of Iran is not 104? What if the top IQ scientists such as Lynn were right and the average IQ of Iran is in fact 84? Well then Mr. Trump, then your dealing with a very low IQ population, who will be frankly impossible to deal with, they will inevitably vote for another dictator and you Mr. Trump will find yourself in another forever war. That is why national IQ matters and that is why putting out false unverified and unsubstantiated tweets about IQ is a great error of judgment. Lastly to conclude, I believe in the great predictive power of IQ like you Stef, which is why I think it would be incumbent upon you to put out a correction unless you have verified sources from other top IQ researchers that support your OUTRAGEOUS Iran 104 National IQ claim." "Hi Stef! when communicating philosophy or philosophical ideas to the average person, and they respond with confusion or indifference, how do we know whether we have failed to adequately relay the ideas or if it is just too complex a language for them to grasp? I know everyone is capable of understanding philosophy on some level even if they’re lower IQ, so could the disconnect come from the disparity of time spent in the subject?" "Your Sunday (3/15) show was incredible. As a Catholic, that opening monologue challenging today's Christians to answer with clarity what Jesus commands via the Good Samaritan parable, especially when it comes to the specific child abuse scenario you laid out, it left me with a deep sense of sorrow for what you endured, and my own sense of frustration with the leadership of the Church. "The reality that not one, no church leaders, Anglican or not, lay or religious influencers; no one has tried to dialogue with you to address these essential issues, when you have been pointing them out for decades is more than disappointing to hear. "(Not as disappointing as some of the immediate live caller responses yesterday... the second woman was out of line, and the gentleman who landed on the idea that if you had not been abused, we wouldn't have received your philosophy gifts was hard to stomach.) "Nonetheless, if one (myself) was going to try to reach out, share your 3/15 show and try to coordinate a dialogue just to deal with the Good Samaritan and cold abuse topic, is that something you would be comfortable with? "second question "a few days ago, someone asked about how you feel about the Shroud of Turin, maybe you missed it but there has been renewed interest in the Shroud the last few years when a new photo 'negative' that appeared in 2024 along with new studies that for many was very compelling ... from a reason and evidence standpoint... to the image being impossible to reproduce. "I could be wrong but I felt like your answer lumped it so quickly with other things ... I believe u mentioned people of faith like Aquinas have searched for 'proof' for centuries. And you found that people of faith who are seeking proof to be an interesting paradox. "are you able to revisit this topic and assess what authenticating (if we are to believe the new reporting) that specific historical artifact could mean for at least establishing how the image came to be on the cloth? "again appreciate all u do to improve the world via philosophy and advocating for objective morality." "America in WW2 has burned down some and bombed all the major cities in Japan, even using the atomic bomb to create a glimpse of hell never before seen on earth. Yet today, the alliance between US and Japan couldnt be friendlier. In the middle east, we’ve also bombed them to next week and back for 30 or so years. And they still, understandably, hate the US. What do you think causes this difference in point of view between the countries? Is it religion/culture? Could it be IQ? Forgive me if this is too politcal or naive a question. Thank you!" Nvidia Founder and CEO, Jensen Huang, sat down for 49 minutes with Y Combinator at Startup School 2026 and explained the future of AI agents and systems thinking better than any course or conference this year. This is what he told the room: 1. Systems thinking is the new coding. Jensen was asked what skills will matter most as AI takes over more tasks. He skipped frameworks and languages entirely. "Most software is going to be done agentically anyhow. So you have to be much more able to think abstractly about systems." If agents write the code, the person designing what the code does is the one who matters. 2. Controllability is the single biggest agent breakthrough still needed. Jensen laid out what he thinks is holding agents back. He went past intelligence, speed, and context windows. "Controllability is probably the single biggest breakthrough that we need for agents at every single level." He described changing one word in a plan file and having only that part regenerate while everything else stays intact. That level of precision is what's missing. 3. You don't need perfect agents to start using them. He pushed back on the idea that agents need to be flawless before they're useful. "We don't need the agents to be 100% accurate, 100% high quality in order for us to use it. It could be 80% and then we help it the rest of the way." 80% agent output plus human review is production-ready right now. Waiting for 100% means waiting forever. 4. Nvidia already runs agents everywhere internally. This wasn't theoretical. Jensen described how the company uses AI coding tools today. "We've got Claude Code autonomously running in sandboxes all over Nvidia. Some people use Cursor, some people use Cognition. We let a thousand flowers bloom." They're not waiting for agents to mature, they're learning by deploying at scale. 5. The ChatGPT moment for robots already happened. When asked about the robotics timeline, Jensen didn't say "soon." He said it already passed. "The ChatGPT moment of robots happened a couple years ago already." Just like ChatGPT opened our imagination before it was productive, robots doing reinforcement learning grounded in physics simulation crossed that threshold years ago. What's left is post-training: environments, eval, sim-to-real. 6. Start before you're ready. Jensen closed with the mindset that carried him from a company built on the wrong algorithm to the company at the center of the AI revolution. "I always had this feeling, how hard can it be? And truth be told, it is way harder than you think. But you don't want your mind to be there." The difficulty will find you on its own. You only have to get through today. Watch the full thing, then read the guide on open weights below.

🚨 THE GHOST IN THE MACHINE: EPSTEIN BUILT THE FOUNDATIONS OF MODERN AI — AND NOBODY WANTS TO TALK ABOUT IT The story they told you is simple: Jeffrey Epstein was a rogue financier, a degenerate, an aberration. A lone predator who somehow became friends with presidents, princes, Nobel laureates, and the architects of the modern world through pure coincidence. The story they won’t tell you is what he was actually building — and who was cashing his checks while the ink on his 2008 conviction was still wet. 🧠 The AI Summit on an Island Owned by a Predator In April 2002 — when “artificial intelligence” was still a punchline and the field was in a decades-long “winter” — a small gathering of the smartest minds in computing assembled at a ritzy hotel in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Not Silicon Valley. Not Cambridge. Not a university campus with institutional oversight. A predator’s island. The “St. Thomas Common Sense Symposium” brought together: - Marvin Minsky — co-founder of MIT’s AI Lab, arguably the founding father of artificial intelligence - Doug Lenat — creator of Cyc, the first serious attempt at machine common sense - Vernor Vinge — the science fiction writer who coined the term “singularity” - Roger Schank — celebrated AI theorist - Push Singh — Minsky’s protégé, the rising star of the field The resulting paper — on how to finally achieve human-level AI — contained one sentence that should have been screamed from every rooftop for two decades: “This meeting was made possible by the generous support of Jeffrey Epstein.” Attendees later recalled Epstein flying them in on a private plane, hosting a beach barbecue on his own island, and lavishing the gathering with resources. One source described Epstein speaking fondly of Minsky, saying he “loved talking to him about AI.” So while the world’s press was busy ignoring a convicted sex offender’s weird science hobby, a predator was seeding the intellectual foundation of the technology that now runs your phone, your bank, your news feed, and soon your government. 💰 Follow the Money: The Donor Database They Tried to Hide When the MIT fact-finding report finally dropped in 2020, it confirmed what insiders already knew: Epstein gave MIT $850,000 between 2002 and 2017. And here’s the part that should make your skin crawl: - $100,000 to Marvin Minsky in 2002 — years before his conviction - $525,000 to the MIT Media Lab — every dollar of it after Epstein’s 2008 guilty plea for soliciting a minor - $225,000 to Professor Seth Lloyd — also post-conviction MIT administrators didn’t reject the money. They didn’t blow the whistle. They created an “informal framework” to accept it quietly, on the condition that Epstein’s name never appear anywhere. Staff at the Media Lab reportedly referred to Epstein as “Voldemort” — “he who must not be named.” His donations were recorded as “anonymous.” His calendar entries used initials only. When Bill Gates donated $2 million to the Media Lab in 2014, internal emails show Ito writing: “This is a $2M gift from Bill Gates directed by Jeffrey Epstein.” The development office’s reply? “For gift recording purposes, we will not be mentioning Jeffrey’s name.” Read that again. A convicted sex offender was directing the flow of millions in tech philanthropy — and the most prestigious engineering institution on Earth was actively scrubbing his name from the paperwork. That’s not a scandal. That’s institutional complicity. 🔗 The Joi Ito → OpenAI Pipeline Here’s the connective tissue the mainstream press never bothered to stitch together: Joi Ito, the MIT Media Lab director who personally cultivated Epstein as a donor — who solicited “top-off” payments of $100K to fund researchers Epstein hand-picked — became one of the early investors in OpenAI. The lab Epstein was funding was the same ecosystem incubating the people who would go on to build the machine that now answers your questions, writes your emails, and increasingly shapes what you’re allowed to think. Epstein didn’t just fund Ito’s lab. He personally invested $1 million into a private investment fund Ito managed, plus another $250,000 into a company Ito was commercializing. When the heat came, Ito tried to “eject” Epstein’s money. But you can’t eject an idea once it’s been wired into the infrastructure. And who sat on OpenAI’s board until late 2023? Larry Summers — former Treasury Secretary, former Harvard president, and a man whose private correspondence with Epstein continued until the day before Epstein’s 2019 arrest. The released emails show Epstein referring to himself as Summers’ “wing man” — advising the married former Treasury Secretary on how to pressure a mentee into a relationship, urging him to play the “long game” and keep her in a “forced holding pattern.” That man was making governance decisions at the most powerful AI company on Earth. And the board seat only ended when the emails leaked. 🧬 The Real Agenda: “Superhumans” With His DNA Now for the part that reframes everything. Epstein wasn’t just interested in AI as a hobby. According to reporting from the New York Times and his own voluminous correspondence, he was obsessed with transhumanism — the project of upgrading humanity through genetic engineering and artificial intelligence. His specific dream, confided to scientists over years: Seed the human race with his own DNA. He planned to impregnate dozens of women at his New Mexico ranch, spreading his genetic material across the population. He handed out 23andMe kits “the way most people hand out business cards.” He pushed cognitive scientist Joscha Bach on whether gene editing could boost intelligence. He corresponded with Noam Chomsky about “genetic altruism” and race-based cognitive differences. And the AI connection? That’s where Peter Thiel enters — the PayPal co-founder who has spoken openly about uploading consciousness, who funded transhumanist institutions, and whose own correspondence with Epstein was regular and ongoing. The vision was never just money. It was a eugenicist’s fusion of genetics and machine intelligence — a project to build the “cognitive aristocracy” that would inherit the earth, with Epstein’s own DNA in the mix and AI as the enforcement mechanism. The Slate analysis, published after the full Epstein files were released, is blunt: “Jeffrey Epstein wasn’t just a sex pest. He was also a eugenicist.” And the institutions that now steer AI — the labs, the boards, the funding networks — were built inside the same social circle. 🌐 The Edge Foundation: The Network That Let Him In None of this happened in isolation. Epstein was the principal funder of the Edge Foundation — the invitation-only salon of Silicon Valley elite founded by literary agent John Brockman. For up to two decades, Edge was the conduit through which Epstein gained access to: - Google founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page - Elon Musk - Jeff Bezos - Bill Gates - Nathan Myhrvold - Nick Bostrom — the “father of longtermism” whose Future of Humanity Institute shaped Silicon Valley’s entire AI-safety philosophy Bostrom’s organization Humanity+ received $120,000 from Epstein — including money to cover the salary of Ben Goertzel, the computer scientist who popularized the term “AGI” (artificial general intelligence) and now runs SingularityNET. Let that land: The man who coined the term for the technology everyone is now terrified of was, in part, on Epstein’s payroll. The worldview threaded through this entire network — an obsession with racial hierarchy, genetic “optimization,” “climate culling” to reduce surplus population, machine intelligence as humanity’s inevitable successor — wasn’t an accident. It was the operating system. 🎭 So Ask Yourself the Obvious Question The official narrative treats all of this as a series of unfortunate coincidences: - A predator who happened to fund the founding fathers of AI - A university that happened to hide his donations - A board member who happened to be his close friend - A network of billionaires who happened to share his transhumanist vision That’s not a coincidence. That’s a pattern. Jeffrey Epstein didn’t stumble into the AI world. He bought his way in — with cash, with access, with the leverage his blackmail operation gave him over the most powerful people in tech and finance. And the technology now being deployed to monitor, profile, and control the global population was midwifed by a man who wanted to breed a master race with his own DNA. They told you Epstein was a footnote. A cautionary tale. A “bad apple.” He was the seed investor. 🔥 The Bottom Line You don’t get to fund the founding fathers of AI, bankroll the institution that incubated OpenAI’s early investors, sit your friends on its board, spread your eugenicist ideology through the network that shaped its safety philosophy — and then call it a coincidence. The machine has a ghost in it. And the ghost is still collecting royalties. h/t vladtv for the video #EpsteinFiles #EpsteinAI #GhostInTheMachine #FollowTheMoney #EpsteinNetwork #AIIndustrialComplex #Transhumanism #EugenicsExposed #MITMediaLab #OpenAI #LarrySummers #JoiIto #PeterThiel #EdgeFoundation #NickBostrom #AGI #TechBillionaires #TheMachineHasAGhost #SiliconValleySecrets #WakeUp

Why Opus 4.6 Is The Final Boss Of Algorithmic Trading (Full Bot Build) the day of the human trader is officially over and most people are still staring at charts like it is 1995. wall street is terrified because the barrier to entry just got deleted by a piece of software that can outthink a stanford graduate in seconds. they want you to believe that you need a multi million dollar education to compete with the big banks. they want you to stay stuck in the cycle of emotional trading and leverage because that is how they pay for their hamptons houses. but there is a specific reason why every retail trader is about to become obsolete unless they pivot right now. i am going to show you exactly why your current strategy is a mathematical death trap and how a single jump in technology just changed the game forever every time you sit down at your computer to draw lines on a chart you are entering a gunfight with a toothpick. the institutions have been using high frequency algorithms for decades while you are trying to guess which way the candle is going to move based on a feeling in your gut. it is not a fair fight and it was never intended to be. last year we were looking at models that could barely handle basic logic but now the intelligence has scaled to a point where the machines are finding edges we did not even know existed. there is a ghost in the machine that is pulling out strategies with sharp ratios so high they look like typos. if you do not understand how to harness this power you are essentially donating your capital to the people who already have too much of it i spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developers because i was too scared to learn how to code myself. i thought that being the idea guy was enough and that i could just hire people from upwork to build my dreams. i got rinsed for years paying for apps and bots that did not work because i did not have my hands on the wheel. it took losing a massive amount of money through liquidations and over trading to realize that nobody was coming to save me. i had to become the person who could build the systems or i was going to be another statistic in the graveyard of traders who thought they were smarter than the math. once i finally sat down and forced myself to understand the syntax everything shifted and the world became a giant playground of data the truth is that code is the great equalizer because it does not care where you came from or what school you went to. i got held back in seventh grade and my teacher told me i would not make it around here. that kind of talk is meant to keep you in your place but the computer does not have a bias. if you can write the logic the system will execute it exactly as told regardless of your background. we are living in a time where a kid in a basement can build a system that rivals a hedge fund because the big tech companies are subsidizing our intelligence. they are spending hundreds of billions of dollars on infrastructure and we are the ones who get to reap the rewards of their competition most people fail in this game because they fall in love with a single idea and refuse to let it go even when it is burning their account to the ground. they spend months or years trying to make one indicator work when the data clearly shows it is trash. you have to drop the ego and realize that your intuition is probably your biggest liability. the secret to winning is iterating to success by testing a hundred ideas until you find the one that actually sticks. i call it the rbi system which stands for research backtest and implement. if you skip any of these steps you are just gambling with extra steps and the house always wins in the end research is where most traders get lazy because they just want a magic bot that prints money while they sleep. they go to youtube and find some guy promising a ninety percent win rate with a rsi crossover. that is not research that is falling for marketing fluff designed to sell you a dream. real research happens when you dive into white papers and study what the quants are actually doing on wall street. you look for market inefficiencies like liquidation clusters and cross exchange discrepancies that are hidden in plain sight. by the time you finish this process you should have a list of ideas that are grounded in reality instead of wishful thinking backtesting is the filter that saves you from losing your life savings on a bad hunch. most people use tools that repaint or give them false confidence because the data is not being handled correctly. if you are using a basic charting platform to see if your strategy works you are likely seeing a version of history that does not exist. you need to use raw python libraries like backtesting py to see the cold hard truth of how your logic would have performed. when you see a drawdown of thirty percent on paper you realize that using ten times leverage would have deleted your account five times over. the math does not lie and it is the only thing that can protect you from your own greed the most dangerous drug in the world is leverage because it makes you feel like a genius right before it makes you a pauper. i have watched two billion dollars get liquidated in a single day because people thought they could predict the bottom with fifty times leverage. the exchanges can see exactly where your liquidation price is and they have every incentive to push the price there to hunt your liquidity. you are playing in a casino where the house can see your cards and they are actively trying to take them from you. the only way to win is to stop playing their game and start using limit orders to save on the fees that are slowly bleeding you dry it is funny how much money people will spend on food and entertainment but they will hesitate to invest in their own education. they will spend a thousand dollars on a weekend out but will not put that same money into learning a skill that could provide for them for the rest of their lives. money is just a tool of exchange and it always replenishes if you are providing value to the world. if you spend your capital on knowledge you are buying back your time and your freedom. i decided to live my life on youtube and build in public because i wanted to show people that a regular guy could do this. now i have fully automated systems trading for me while i sleep and i never have to worry about getting licked by a sudden market move again chasing the greats like jim simons is not about the money it is about the mastery of the system. he ran up a net worth of over thirty billion dollars by doing exactly what we are talking about here. he did not stare at charts all day and hope for the best he built models that exploited the mathematical laws of the market. he was a scientist first and a trader second and that is the mindset you need to adopt. if you are not approaching this quantitatively you are just a gambler who happens to be sitting at a computer. the goal is to become a quant researcher who happens to have robots executing their findings the transition from hand trader to automated builder is the most liberating thing you can do for your mental health. you go from waking up in a cold sweat checking your phone to waking up and checking your logs to see how the system performed. even if the day was red you have data that tells you why and you can use that to make the system better tomorrow. it is a process of constant improvement and refinement that never really ends. you are building a legacy of code that will continue to work for you as long as the electricity is running. i am not afraid to die on a treadmill because i know that i will outwork anyone who is just looking for a shortcut if you are still on the fence about whether or not you can do this just remember that i was exactly where you are. i was losing money and feeling like the market was rigged against me because it actually was. i had to decide that i was going to change my environment and take control of my own destiny. you have the same opportunity right now to pivot and start building your own automated future. the models are getting better every single day and the barrier to entry is lower than it has ever been in human history. you just have to decide to lock in and do the work for a thousand days until you become undeniable there is no better feeling than finding a strategy that has a sharp ratio over ten and knowing that you built it with your own two hands. it is a moment of pure clarity where you realize that you are no longer a victim of the market. you are the architect of your own financial reality and the possibilities are literally endless. i am going to keep sharing everything i find because i believe that we can take on wall street together. as long as i am breathing i will be stepping on the gas and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with code. welcome to the family and let's get after it because the machines are already running and they are not waiting for anyone

Moneytaur study blueprint 🗺️ The process I used to go from not knowing what an order block is to pulling cash from the crypto markets in under 6 months using 🎯 Master concepts. Proof of performance, past 120 days👇 Start date: 09/03/2025 Requirements: - A PC/laptop - Wifi - A basic understanding of trading. ( What candlesticks are, how to actually place trades , etc ) - A free mind - Time or the ability to free up time. Starting: - Structure and routine - Stick to that routine + Pre mortem plan. - Notion / Obsidian setup. The first thing you need to create is a clear routine moulded around how you intend to approach this very large and complex task. This will not be linear and you will naturally adapt it as you progress but especially in the beginning some resemblance of structure each day is vital. This is an individual process but it is important to understand from the beginning that this will require a majority of your free time assuming you work a full time Job or study as a student. For me in the beginning this looked like: - Wake up at 6:30. - Shower - Study/work for 1h 45m before leaving for work. - 09:00 -> 17:00 work - 17:30 Exercise / Train - Eat - 19:00 resume study/work - 22:30 Start to wind down and get ready to sleep. It changed several times over the months and especially now I am full time but this is irrelevant, the only thing that matters is sticking with what you choose. Whatever your own routine may look like, it is important to understand it will inevitably require sacrifice. --- The next thing once you have established a draft framework of your routine is ensuring you will actually stick to that routine. Something I implemented which I found particularly beneficial was the concept of a Pre-Mortem plan. This involves creating several scenarios of a future in which you have failed and working backwards from each of these to find where it went wrong. Here is a video which explains it fully: When I did this I came up with 3 scenarios as well as prevention and cure for each. In the 6 months that followed each scenario presented at some point but I was able to catch them early due to having done this. The last thing is to not over complicate this, don't hyper focus on systems and loose momentum optimizing each detail. Just ensure you do the fucking work. I was a little guilty of the above at times, trying to craft the perfect routine. In reality the person who just gets up, drinks too much coffee and works his ass off out performs the workflow perfectionist who visualizes and repeats affirmations, any day of the week. --- Next you need somewhere to store your notes, journal your trades and build your knowledge. For me this was Obsidian but I have also used Notion before and it is an equally viable option. Whichever one of these you choose be warned you will inevitably want to bang your head against a wall trying to use them for the first few days, but they will both click pretty quick and are 100% better options the word document or paper alternative. Here is my full obsidian setup tutorial: Here is a link to MisterPA 's notion Journal: Here is how I create "Meta-Notes" using obsidian: The process: - How I did it. - How I would do it if doing it again. Now I did things the "hard way" and manually worked my way back through each of MT's tweets starting in 2021, reading every one and logging those that I felt where relevant. You can see in my first post: the very first system I used to do this. I quickly adapted though after about a week and focused less on just logging each relevant tweet but trying to find and focusing on those which contained the most information. There where a lot of charts I looked at then skipped over because especially at the start of his timeline they contained little useful information and my time was better spent finding those where there was something to decode. Now this does not mean skip out on "work" just use your time efficiently. -- If however if I was to start from the beginning again with the goal of levelling up technical understanding as quickly as possible I would take a different approach. To start with I would familiarise myself with all relevant SMC concepts, I have linked the best free recourses for this below 👇 CryptoChase beginner friendly index: Barncore's "The Moneytaur Way" series: Gian's Trading bootcamp playlist: Following this I would then work through all of Taur's subscription posts working backwards, recreating his charts and taking notes on his logic. The subscription feed has the highest value density and least noise. Video example of my notes from his subscription posts 👇: --- Okay so now once you have a basic understanding of concepts and can re-recreate them on charts of your own it is time to put this in to practice. The next step is vigorous backtesting, you can use the trading view tool but I think trade Zella offers a more use friendly option if you pay for the subscription. Especially as it allows you to change timeframes without skipping ahead to candle close time of the timeframe you change too ( like Trading view does ) *my only note would be that their LTF/Micro TF data feed with be different to brokerage charts you will use on Trading view, to start with though you should not be going low enough that this is an issue. When you backtest in this context, treat it like real trading. That means journal and logging like you would if real cash was on the line. Take time, do not rush and focus on quality. Stick to BTC, ETH, Major FX pairs or indices as these assets are less reliant on confluence, backtesting a shitcoin is near useless as whether levels work or not will be highly dependent on Majors PA. Go on HTF, scroll back a couple years and try not too look at chart while doing so and then begin. Start with HTF analysis and work down to 2H or wherever you feel comfortable, chart it fully and then identify setups. Make rough notes / plans and then press play, execute the setups as they hit, log and journal trade management as well as observations and key notes. It is very important to not cheat when you do this, do not skip back and adjust your stoploss because it hit by 0.1%, do not skip back and adjust plan because you missed a block and your TP got frontrun. Instead these are the things you journal, embrace these mistakes because they are the cheapest mistakes you are going to make. Grind this, do it for hours, put some music on and enjoy. To start with focus on HTF's, as you get better and start netting $ on paper you can drop the timeframes and increase the difficulty. HTF = Normal, MTF = Medium, LTF = Hard. Even if you do not intend to day trade, learning how to read the lower TF's that force you to think faster, harder and prepare you for lower win rates / loss streaks can greatly improve your ability on higher TF's. While you are doing this as you start to have concepts click you now want to build up your real trading experience, take a sum of money that you care about but will be okay loosing and dedicate this to live trading. Start taking real trades and expect net losses in the beginning. This is where you will make you 2nd cheapest mistakes. This is also where you can begin to learn about your psychology. You may encounter some elements already in backtesting but the real market is where true colours really start to show. Mental issues are inevitable and part of the game, get used to them and start working to identify and fix them. Reading and applying books like Trading in the Zone and Mental Game of Trading are important and will help a lot but there is no easy fix, for some stuff you I believe you just have to get used to it and it goes away with experience. Losses suck at the beginning but after you loose 100 times you starting getting pretty numb to it, same goes for the winners. To accelerate the learning process, build connections and get advice there is also always the option of private groups, while I never personally chose this route and committed to learning everything through my own endeavours there is no denying that having nearly all the information you need structured and compiled in one place is valuable and can save time. Beyond this having access to real time thoughts and opinions of profitable traders can accelerate performance, however it carries the risk of being a double edged sword if not used properly, if relying on it like a crutch and using it as a substitute for real work you will not succeed. With that said if you take it for what it is, a learning opportunity then I believe it can be very beneficial. I am not a member of, nor affiliated with any paid group. There are now many options available within the community, all run by different people with different styles, tailored to different needs. If I was to make a recommendation though, as a non-member, it would be Albert & Co's 618'ers simply due to the diversity in styles of the traders running it and results I have seen from members I know personally. It is important that as you start to trade with real capital you reduce noise in your social feeds or eliminate it all together. You do not need 5 different opinions, you also do not need 2 people telling you the same thing in their own way so you feel re-assured. What you do need is to develop your independent thinking as a trader and be comfortable making different decisions to others, even traders ahead of yourself if it fits with your system or understanding of market. Taur here is perhaps an exception as this is who you are learning from but down the line a real test of your own ability and independence will be being able to stick with your own plan even when it differs from his. Don't get me wrong, counter trading him is retarded but you must learn to adapt his gift to your own style. This will make sense at some point. The next stage is taking your understanding of specific concepts to higher level as you simultaneously snowball experience. Look back through your journal and review where you lost money and made money, do not over extrapolate from a small sample but start to take notes and observe if trends in performance emerge. This is the beginning of the transition to self reliance, you now understand the strategy but must learn for yourself when and where it works. Here you can also learn more nuanced secondary concepts such as VSA, orderflow etc and add these to your game where appropriate. Do NOT get lost in the sauce though and remember mastery of basics is key. IMO a big focus should be understanding correlation thoroughly but especially on HTF's this is the most important thing and what triggers the majority of large swings where most of your cash will be made and losses recovered. Some people will disagree with me here but IMO you should also not be *focusing* on Odd TF's. These are secondary at best and most people overweight their significance leading to avoidable losses while wondering why price did not care about their 327minute Breaker Block which they think is the key to the market. Study Taurs feed and take note of how he mostly uses: 3M, 1M, 3W, 2W, 1W, 5D, 4D, 3D, 2D, 1D, 12H, 8H, 6H, 4H, 2H, 1H, 30m, 15m + micro time frames. The only thing left is time and repetition, you must show up each day and really do this, for months. Maybe you start to see result's, you catch your first key swing and where able to trade where others froze. Congratulations. Learn from these winners and repeat the actions. Find what assets work best for you, find your style, refine and grow. --- The last thing I will include is a short list of tools or links that can be helpful. - Trading view tutorial: - Dictionary: - Market news Calendar: --- Thank you too all those who have read this, I hope this has been helpful for the beginners who want to start but are just not sure how. 🫶 Don't just bookmark this and move on, start 🙃

The largest IPO in history is also shaping up to be the largest exit liquidity operation in history SpaceX went public at more than 90x revenue, and the insiders who bought in at a fraction of today's price are about to start selling their shares to you. Let me walk you through why this IPO is built to separate retail investors from their money: SpaceX has NEVER turned a profit and lost close to $5 billion last year. At the offering you were paying more than 90x revenue and at the peak the market briefly valued it near 140x. 30 years ago the head of Sun Microsystems explained in detail why paying even 10x revenue almost always ends in tears, and he was right. But listen closely, because the valuation is not even the real story. The scarcity is what CREATED this valuation in the first place, and the calendar that kills the scarcity is what kills the price. Less than 5% of SpaceX shares were actually available to trade at the IPO. Then the index committees REWROTE their own rules to fast track the stock into the Nasdaq 100 just 15 trading days after listing, which forced every passive fund and index ETF in the country to buy at the exact moment the float was at its tightest. The Nasdaq inclusion alone forced an estimated $4.3 billion of buying, and the Russell reweighting added roughly $3 billion more. The supply was minuscule and the buying was mandatory. That's a manufactured squeeze, and it is why the stock went above $225 in its first week. Now watch what happens next, because this is the part they ain't explaining to you: The lockup was staggered on purpose, and the entire schedule is sitting in the prospectus for anyone who bothers to read it. In early August, right after Q2 earnings, 20% of the locked shares come free. Another 10% unlocks early if the stock trades 30% above the $135 IPO price going into the report. Then tranches of 7% hit the market at 70, 90, 105, 120 and 135 days after the IPO, which means fresh insider supply lands roughly every 2 to 3 weeks from late August through late October. Q3 earnings triggers the single biggest release of all, another 28%, roughly 1.3 billion shares. On December 8 the 180 day lockup expires entirely. And on June 12, 2027 comes the final wave, when Musk's own 6.4 billion shares, 42% of the whole company, become sellable for the first time. Add it all up and insiders could be free to sell as much as 44% of the company by early September, which would balloon the tradable float by roughly 900%. All of that supply lands on a stock the company deliberately packed with retail, because SpaceX reserved close to 30% of the offering for individual investors vs the usual 10%. This deal created over 4,400 paper millionaires inside the company. You think none of them are looking to cash out? Early holders are already loading up on puts to lock in what they have. First they keep the float tiny. Then they let the index rules force the world to buy at the top. Then they release a flood of insider stock into a crowd of retail buyers who were handed the shares up high. When the price finally breaks the offering level, the people who got in years ago at pennies on today's dollar will hit the bid, and the exit liquidity is your retirement account. And what are you actually left holding? Strip away the science fiction and the only business inside SpaceX that reliably earns money is Starlink, which produced $1.2 billion of operating income last quarter. A wonderful business worth hundreds of billions on its best day. NOT $2 trillion. Serious fair value work lands around $30 a share. Nobody has been a bigger bear on this deal than me. I called it out the moment it started trading, and it is already playing out on schedule as the shares have given back the entire squeeze and slipped below their opening print. I was Peter Lynch's auto analyst back in 1981 and I have watched every disaster since, and I am telling you this is one of the great wealth transfers of my lifetime packed into a fancy narrative. Tesla was the biggest misallocation of capital in the history of stock markets. SpaceX may have just surpassed it. SPCX goes straight onto my short list, and the beauty of this setup is that the catalyst is not a guess or something, it is literally a PUBLISHED CALENDAR. This is the most grossly overpriced stock at scale that I have ever seen.
